Hi thereThe file sync didnt work for the last couple of days. With the last sync it added to my storage from previous syncs. I've now emptied the whole thing including the archive. It still shows 2.44Gb / 12.23% used with just one little folder in there. Can this be reset?Thomas
I restored the standard fonts on my mac using Font Book. Unfortunately this screwed up my Creative Cloud fonts. The Creative Cloud app says the font is synced. But it's not on my system anymore. On TypeKit.com it says I don't have any fonts synced with my desktop.
I get the following "Error Starting Creative Cloud cookies dir: cannot make folder /users/admin/library/application support/cloudsync/cookies:Permission Denied (error 13)I have reinstalled the Cloud Connection and get the same error. Please help.
I'm an Adobe Community Professional and Adobe Certified Instructor, and I've been blogging about Typekit the past couple weeks since it's available. I've had some Typekit fonts installed successfully on two Mac computers (Mac OS X 10.8.4).However, Sunday afternoon 8/25 PDT, when I was working I noticed that the Sync Settings feature wasn't working in InDesign because, it claimed I didn't have an Internet connection (it wasn't an Internet connection problem because every other website was coming up fine). When I investigated I saw on both computers that the Computer Cloud Desktop appliation wasn't connecting. In fact, when I went to creative.adobe.com, I couldn't get a connection either. After an hour or two, when I went to creative.adobe.com, it now had a message that it couldn't display my file because of something like "high volume." (This seemed strange since this is a summer weekend.) Nevertheless, on my MacBook Pro laptop, I soon had a connection, and the CCDA is working fine, show
I received early Typekit Desktop Sync access, but it's not at all what I was hoping for:Typekit shows 934 fonts available, but only 205 are available for desktop use. That's less than 1/4, but the plan specifically states "Full Library Access". Does anyone know why this is? I've gotten nothing but wasted time from Adobe's Live Chat representatives, who transfer me from one department to the next until I'm disconnected without ever even reaching the right person.
Hi,After we got the email for early access being accepted, we updated the Adobe Creative Cloud app, then closed/opened the app. Still says "Coming Soon" also tried restarting.Got the email this morning, is there a considerable delay?
Recently got access to file sync, and I've got one PSD in my CC sync folder. If I leave the creative cloud app open, occasionally I'll look up and see the syncing indicator on the status icon. When I open the CC app, the file tab shows an extended "Syncing" spinner indicator, even though no files have been changed.

SO I got the email saying "You're In!" but when I open the Creative Cloud desktop app nothing has changed. I happened to updtae the app this morning, so it should be up to speed. What do I need to do to get the Files and Fonts panels to change so that can sync?
After my Creative Cloud file sync had been enabled again a week ago, it has been disabled again today. I have been waiting for it to be available again for months and now without any warning it has been disabled. I know the 'new' functionalities of file synchronisation and sharing are very poor, but at least it was there. Why did Adobe do this and when is it going to be solved again? I need an answer on this topic soon, because I'm working on a project and need CC to function like it should.(The 'Update' is for Adobe Premiere)Adobe is not giving me the full service I am paying for each month. Perhaps I will have to take juridical actions in this matter.
I am encountering a very strange problem.I had used typekit desktop sync which worked fine. In the middle of creating a document the font suddenly stopped working. As I try to work through this problem, I notice when I try to readd the font (after removing it) it consistently says "5 font files have been removed" even though I just selected them to sync to the desktop.Instead of adding them when desktop syncing is selected, it removes them (even though they were never present). It is very strange and I could not find a topic relating to this.Any ideas?
I have deleted my files in the cloud, but I still get the message that I use 18 GB (of 20 GB). Should be 0 GB. Can anyone look into that? Thanks, Jeroen
I started with Font sync on my desktop...selected a bunch of fonts to work with and it worked great (this is literally one of the best additions to my workflow ever)! When I moved onto working on my laptop from home...it was also working great...Then today I open up CC and it's not syncing. So I check on Typekit...yep everything is still checked to sync there, but nothing showing up on CC and the fonts aren't available in my apps. So I try adding a few new fonts...these ones DO sync...but not the ones I had previously checked. I tried unselecting the old fonts on Typekit then reselecting, doesn't work (although new fonts do), tried restarting syncing, restarting CC. Nada. Really bizarre that it was working and now it's not. Also stranger that I can add new fonts, but deleting and re-adding the earlier ones doesn't make them work.Unfortunately, I'm smack bang in the middle of a project using a bunch of fonts I now can't access with a looming deadline. Not fun times.I saw a similar-ish is
Hi -- I signed up for the early access file/font sync and received my email saying "You're In..."When I used the link in that email to download the CC Desktop App and when I launch it, I'm still receiving the error "Unknown Server Error" Sign in is currently unavailable. We are unable to access your account. Please try again later.Anyone run into a similar situation or have thoughts on how to remedy this? Thanks in advance!Kristina
Why am I constantly seeing a "Unable to sync files(s)" message on my screen?
I received an email saying I have early access to Files and Fonts and to download the new CC desktop app. I did that and installed it but it doesn't include access to Files and Fonts. I retried the download and install several time with the same result. I was logged in to my Adobe CC account. What do I need to do to get Files and Fonts and TypeKit access?Ron
I'm able to add fonts in Typekit, but they do not show up in Photoshop, and in the Fonts tab in Creative Cloud, it's reverted back to the Coming soon screen.
I usually save to CC storage but I just lost the option to do that, it is no longer in my save to pull down or in my open pull down. where are my files?
I received early access to the font and file syncing service from CC a couple days ago. I began moving a lot of my files over to the Creative Cloud folder and they began syncing just fine.Last night, after a restart, I noticed that the files stopped syncing for an unknown reason. I still have my 'Clients' folder in my Creative Cloud Files folder, however the desktop app is giving me the generic window of "To start saving files to Creative Cloud..." window even though I do have files in my CC folder. See screenshot attached. It clearly shows that I do have a big folder and one JPG image in the CC files folder. One thing I did notice is that if I go to the Preferences -> Files tab, it shows my Folder Location as my home directory, and not the CC Files folder. I have tried several times to change the Folder location to the CC files folder, however every time I do I'm prompted with a Move dialog and when I click on Move, the popup turns black and says "Movin
I subscribe to CC and therefore have a 20GB storage allowance. When the cloud storage became active again (yesterday) I went to clear out all the old files I had stored (plus the archived files) to reset to the full 20GB availability. Having done this, all files are deleted as I wished (including archived files) and yet on my CC icon (on the top bar of my Mac) the usage is showing 44.53% of 20GB. I have ensured that the CC folder on both the computers I use is also empty, so nothing should be on the system. How can I clear the system so I have the full 20GB allowance?
I have CC installed on my work computer and my home computer.Yesterday at work I copied some of PSD files to my CC folder on my work computer in order to work on them at home last night.Got home - files synced perfectly.I opened them right from where they had synced to in the CC folder on my home computer - completed my work and pressed save.I watched the updated files syc/update.This morning I get to work - check my CC folder on my work computer and the files are still the original ones I uploaded yesterday - not the updated ones I worked on last night.Checked the files on the browser version of CC and same problem.Any ideas?Would love to know if there is a trick to get the modified files to show up on my work computer this morning so I don't have to drive home and get them. Thanks!
will it be implemented? is it already and i cant find it?
Before you sync, save those files somewhere else too. My files 'synced' all the way BACK to May! Really glad I saved the latest files somwhere else first - but all the ones in between are gone.
I did an experiment this morning to see what was going on with my space utilization being incorrect.1) I added about 5GB of files and folders to my local CC Files folder2) Sync worked properly, my utilized space went from about 5GB to about 10GB3) I deleted 5GB of files and folders from my local CC Files folder4) Sync worked properly, and all 5GB of files and folders were archived in CC5) From the website interface, I deleted all 5GB of files and folders from the archive6) My archive showed as empty via the web interface7) My files and folders on the CC web interface matched the contents of my local CC Files Folder😎 My CC space utilized, according to the web interface, only dropped from 10GB to 9.2GB, but the actual utilization should be a little over 4.9GB.I suspect this is happening to everyone and will get worse with time. Adobe - please address.
Windows 7/x64. Copied several files to the Creative Cloud Files virtual folder (INDDs, PSDs, PDFs) 10 mins ago, but on the web portal there's no sign of them. Tried re-copying them several times, nothing doing. File and Font Sync is turned on on the CCDA menu.
