Portfolio has begun uploading an older versionof my site (from several YEARS ago) instead of the current version, which was fine until several weeks ago!?

When I try to save a file on line I see: for days now.  I can save to the laptop  

Hi all, I'm trying to create a videography portfolio. Ideally, I'd want the main page to have my Showreel right under the header, a playable Vimeo embed. Under that I want a collection of pages linking to different projects. Is this possible? I can't find a way to add an embed to a collection page, or add a collection to a custom page.

Hallo, meine 100GB sind voll, aber die Dateien nicht mehr online zu finden (da der Cloud-Dienst eingestellt wurde). Aber wie kann ich den Speicher dann jetzt wieder leeren? Denn er wird immer noch als voll angezeigt, ich möchte aber die Dateien löschen. Man kann nur nicht mehr darauf zugreifen, also auch nichts löschen. Was tun??Danke im Voraus!

Hallo zusammen, leider habe ich aus versehen einen grossen Bibliothek Ordner in meiner CC Library gelöscht. Das ich Ihn in der Web Version, unter den gelöschten Dateien nicht mehr finde, vermute ich dass mir das bereits vor längerer Zeit, als die 30 Tage passiert ist. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit den wieder herzustellen?

Hi,  I created my portfolio with my student account. My university cancelled the account since I graduated, but now my portfolio link gives an error. I've signed into the account on Adobe Portfolio and the portfolio website is gone, it doesn't even show the project anymore. I paid the subscription, hoping to get it back, but it didn't work. The domain still exists, I've tried to use the same domain to create a new one. All my job applications have this portfolio link. Any advice? 

Hi, We have been receiving issues on our Production environment saying that post the promotion of launch to language master home page, when the content authors rollout the Language master to Live Copy, the order of components in Language master is getting affected due to the rollout, the components are re-ordering in Language master.We are still not able to replicate the issue in lower environements so have asked for a screen recording of the entire process the authors are following but has anyone come across such issue?Is there a way to debug the standard rollout process to make sure the updates are done on the LC and not LM.Any other suggestions? 

I'm amazed to see that after I upgraded, got a new computer and reloaded all my Adobe Creative Cloud apps I'm having all kinds of probelms with unknown errors now I see that I cannot install Adobe InDesign because my Mac drive is case sensative. After doing research on this I see that Adobe is reocmmen ding eiterh to re format the drive for uncase sensative ( or mac journaled) to install Adobe products. I find this absolutely ludecris as a solution. So Adobe is expecting all users with xase sensative drives to do this??? NO WAY. Can someone please let me know about this as I'm having issues wiith Acrobat and Indesign so far. RD

I work on 2 devices, on one device the syncing works perfectly. On the other one it does not, when I try to open the files from my laptop (working one) in the creative cloud on my pc, it says that I don't have acces to the file even though I'm working on the same account. I have tried uninstalling and repairing the program but nothing seems to work.

Hi--Noticed I have shortcuts to two different versions of my cloud products. Had noticed earlier when I tried to load a project after using the INDesign shortcut that it said the project was a newer version of the software and now that makes sense.  However I really only want the shortcuts for the newer products is there a way to have that? Thanks

Hey so It's a bit hard to put this all to words, everytime I log into my computer I get a notifcation on windows saying "Activation error when syncing". And then in the creative cloud app there's an error visible there but the library still says just down below that the sync went fine.So i'm left wondering what's going on for real. I also did the creative cloud app repair thing in the control panel but it didn't do anything. All in all I would wanna uninstall and reinstall creative cloud to see if its helps but I got the error message I can't because I still have apps installed that need creative cloud. So what can be the issue here really?  

My account was recently consolidated and since then my creative cloud storage is telling me it has reached its limit.  I was told I would have more storage with this consolidation.  Help?

Hi I have spent a full day reading about the changes made as of Feb 1 2024.  I am more confused than I was to start with, so to save time I am going to start at the end and work backwards. I'm on W10 desktop version, with the elimination of the sync feature what is the point of creative cloud now?  I saw there are very basic functions such as seeing layers, now I don't, I use to upload j-pegs now I can't, only PDFs, when I open a PDF on the website storage it opens in acrobat.  All previous articles on Cloud Docs and Creative Cloud seem obsolete so I don't want waste my time reading them. I read one posted dated the 30th of Jan. explaining the difference betwee a cloud doc and creative cloud, why explain when it won,t exist the very next morning?  I have read an article on creating a cloud doc but the is no longer an option in the save as dialog for the cloud, the solution is in preferences, does that mean you have to change the preferences each time to change desti

This began 2 days ago. A folder appears in the sidebar of every Finder window called "Creative Cloud Files Personal Account [myemail@xxxxxx.com] and a long series of numbers@AdobeID". I can remove it from the sidebar but it keeps reappearing after restarting or sleeping. I keep my sidebar very organized for my workflow and this is incredibly intrusive. Anyone know why it's occuring and how to elimate it permanently?  Mac Sonoma 14.3Creative Cloud 6.1.0.587

Hello, can someone tell me the cost of "Adobe Forms Designer 6.5" and am I correct in saying it is windows only and not Mac?

I have the app set to NOT boot up on login and that's worked for years.Then about 2 weeks ago it has begun forcefully booting up showing a red dot with an exclamation mark as shown in the attached image here:  Opening the app it shows the red dot with an exclamation mark on the cloud storage, but clicking it doesn't show me what's wrong. There's no errors, no error messages, there's no prompt appearing to ask me to do something. I have refreshed the app, rebooted, tried all the options I found online.Checked the settings again.I don't get what's wrong and the app itself isn't telling me what's wrong. The cloud storage isn't full, it's not even being used. Please Adobe.... just fix your app. I'm on Mac OS Monterey 12.7.1. On an Imac Pro (2017).   

hello everyone, why i can't load libraries in my creative cloud. it say "Oops page not Found. library syncing is paused....." and i press resume button but nothing happen. 

Title says it all. I don't use Adobe snc but accidently saved a 63Mb file which I've now deleted. Here's what I see... After searching, it seems the standard answer is to read this page: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sync-files.html But I'm not using sync and have plenty of room left. Does anyone know how to fix? Any help much appreciated. Cheers, Ben

Ive tried uninstalling this UXP Webview Support program over 5 times. I've restared the computer. It even gives me the option to remove the file in Abode Cloud. When I confirm remove, it does nothing. What's up with the parasitic app Abode illegally installs into my computer?

Hi all When you click on an image from a Photo Grid, the image displays full screen with options to cycle backwards and forwards - which is all good. However the background is always White even though i selected Dark Scheme at the Site Wide level. All other backgrounds for all other objects are dark.  I don't see any properties in the Photo Grid to change background. If anyone has an idea it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. 

Is it possible to embed a PDF viewer from Document Cloud onto a page in Adobe Portfolio? I have tried to get an API key from Document Cloud but it doesn't connect to Portfolio. Help!

Bonjour,  Je suis désolée je ne suis pas dans le bon fil de discussion mais je ne trouve pas pour l'application "adobe portfolio". Je vous explique mon problème :j'ai mon compte payant adobe, et j'ai crée tout mon portfolio à partir de ce compte.j'aimerais arreter mon abonnement payant pour ce compte, car je vais en ouvrir un autre (j'ai des réductions grace à mon ecole de graphisme). est-ce que cela signifie que j'ai vais perdre la possibilité de modifier mon portfolio?Est-ce que je peux continuer ce portfolio sans abonnement payant ?
