Hi,  I have a business account, only using 8 GB out of 1 TB of cloud storage: Creative Cloud Files - I was working yesterday on my laptop on some files stored on the cloud. Today I'm working on the same laptop, but the files in the folders aren't the latest version of my documents, they were saved 4 hours before I finished. All my working files miss the last 4 hours of work. Also, there is a PDF I created when I was done and it keeps showing up and then disappearing from the folder. It's there, 20 min later it's gone, and later it is there again. I also saved some PDFs and renamed them, but they show their former name now. Some files I deleted are back in the folder. Basically, I lost 4 hours of work; the Cloud Files folder overwrote my working files with previous versions of them on my own laptop storage, as I'm working on the same laptop as yesterday, so no sync was required. I know Creative Cloud Files is going to be discontinued, but in October for business acco

Hello, I recently purchased the $19.99 Creative Cloud subscription for all the software, I bought the Creative Cloud subscription and received an email from my school account. But then when I opened the software apps it said that my trial ended because a few months ago I bought the 6-month Adobe software from a website called https://store.collegebuys.org/. Is there a reason why my software wasn't relaunching when I first bought the discount for $19.99 Creative Cloud software apps? Also when I click my order number it says there are not any orders associated with my account. I'm not sure why.

How can we view/remove external weblinks without the pro version?

I've created a Collections page in Adobe Portfolio - it works perfectly fine. However, I'd now like to add a separate image at the top of the Collections page, to serve as a banner. I can't find a way to accomplish this. Any ideas?

I need help with spacng issue layouts on adobe portfolio.  The spacing looks ok when in desktop preview/mode, but the mobile version is way off, and the header/nav bar is at the top where I want it, but the content /mashead is way on the bottom. Attaching a screenshot of the issue.

I've developed a nice little website in Portfolio. On one page, I'm trying to embed hyperlinks to other pages for individual photos contained in a photo grid. For example, I have a grid that contains three separate photos, and I'd like to have each photo in the grid to have its own link to other pages - a simple and common function for many websites. I cannot find a way to accomplish this in Adobe Portfolio. Does anyone have a suggestion? Incidentally, I find it EXTREMELY frustrating that Adobe doesn't provide a support community dedicated to Portfolio. While I realize that Portfolio isn't necessarily an important money maker for Adobe, enough customers use it to warrant a community forum. Further, in my view Adobe should devote some resources, however small, to continue developing this product. While Portfolio may not be the tool of choice for serious website developers, it does provide an effective tool for small commercial photographers and hobbyists.

I separated exactly 227 PSD files to put them in the cloud. In total, they gave 73.6 gigabytes of files. I selected them all and started uploading them to my 100 gigabyte ADOBE cloud. My 100 gigabytes of cloud storage was completely exhausted, and when I checked, only 121 files went to the cloud. (there were 227 files of 73gb total, and only 121 of these files used up the 100gb of the cloud, how is this possible?)

Hi,I have an issue with the shared libraries invitation dialogue window. If the list of invited people gets too long, it's not possible to view them all, as the window is truncated at the screen bottom and it is not scrollable.(Mac OS 12.7.1, Adobe Creative Cloud v6.1.0.587)

How come it won't let me add a video to adobe portfolio? I keep pressing the + symbol and press video and nothing happens. I keep restarting my computer and the tab but it still won't work. Someone Please Help!

how do you download a backup of all the files? I have a  bunch of AI files in folders that I would like to download but I can only figure out how to download a single file at a time not a folder of them or even multiple within a folder

After the latest creative cloud app was installed it does not initialize anymore. I receive the attached error messages. I red all related troubleshoot articles and followed the suggested steps to resolve the problem inclucing to deinstall ALL Adobe apps using the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanertool. The bad thing now is I cannot reinstall my Photoshop and Lightroom app anymore since the creative cloud app is not starting. I also install the latest  C++ Library from Microsoft. My System is a Lenovo Ideapad 3 15ITL6 with Windows 11 Home 22631.3296 installed.I need urgent help please since this as my working system.

The CC libraries is not working.  I, and many others are having this issue since December 2023.  FOUR MONTHS. The Libraries are crucial to our firms workflow.  How do you get someone to provide a solution!!!! 

Hi ,I lost all my data uploaded as backup in my creative cloud account. Please help me. I logged in after a month or so and all the files are gone.

My creative cloud Iphone app has no upload button under the quick actions and I cant figure out another way to upload videos my adobe cloud

Since Adobe terminated the feature of the embedded Creative Cloud Folder in the Windows Explorer, I'm unsure where / how to sync my .prproj and .aep files to the Creative Cloud. Neither the desktop app, nor the Web Cloud Service lets me upload these file types, as they are not supported. Also, in Premiere Pro's preference settings, there's the option "Save backup project to Creative Cloud", but in my case it's greyed out (I assume it's now only available for business accounts?).Has anyone faced the same issue?Thanks in advance.

I'm having a problem, right now, with files stored in CC Libraries disappearing. *POOF* gone. And I'm actively using those files in multiple CC apps, so this is - you could say - a bit of a problem. Fortunately I had backups so I could replace them, but so far I've had to do this with 4 separate illustrations.Adobe is aware of this problem (I just spoke to a head tech on the phone). They assure me "not to worry" because they are going to fix it some day and all your files will magically probably maybe reappear. Of course, if you're trying to use those library files in your current documents, well then hopefully you've got backups. So you can continue working, but also because I wouldn't bet the change in my sofa cushions that those files will ever come back.Adobe's plan seems to be, "Put all your files in the Cloud and just trust us that they will almost always probably be available when you need them."They are discontinuing the local+cloud syncing service for Team account later this y

Why backspace doesn't work in Adobe Programs?!?

Bonjour, impossible de synchroniser mes bibliothèques dans creative cloud sur Mac. J'ai fait toutes les manipulations recommandées, un partage d'écran avec le helpdesck, désinstaller et réinstaller les appli....les màj sont ok. Si quelqu'un a une idée ? merci.
