Creative Cloud Services

I switched over to Creative Cloud file storage from Google Drive given that seems the direction Adobe is attempting (and failing miserably) to move, but my sync is short by over 40 gigs (and that's not because my plan is too small given I have the 1 TB plan) and I can't let go of Google Drive because I legitimately have zero faith in CC's abilities to sync anything whatsoever in a reliable manor. Something always fails to upload because Adobe had this brilliant idea to put character/file naming limitations unlike literally every other alternative service out there (see Google Drive, Dropbox, GFS, Backblaze, and even Microsoft OneDrive), and the entire sync halts as a result. I keep showing that 100 out of 26368 files are synced and I'm unsure how to reset this crap. If Adobe can't fix this, they owe it to their customers to refund every dollar for the 1TB plan grouped with the CC all apps plan.

Hi all. I've seen that other people have had the same problem as I'm currently having but I can't see any answers where the user is able to resolve this without help from Adobe... so I'm posting this whilst knowing it already exists in other threads! Apologies. So my 100GB of Cloud Storage was nearly full this morning. I visit Creative Cloud web / Launch more / Synced files / Deleted. The list of files ranges from files deleted over the past few days to in some instances files that were deleted 7 years ago! I've managed to permanently delete some of the more recently deleted files; however, anything from over month or so ago just brings up a "Could not delete asset permanently" message. Any help to empty the old files out would be gratefully received. Thanks in advance. 🙂

I have two adobe accounts. One account is Creative Cloud and 10 assets per month. The other account is Adobe Stock and 10 assets per month. Each accounts have different a different email account name. The account that has only the Stock and 10 assets has suddenly stopped showing my library and does not show any available assets. I had more than 100 available last week. Can anyone explain why this account has suddenly been stripped of my history and available assets?  I use a Mac if that is pertinent to the issue. Thanks.

I installed the Creative Cloud Add-In in both Word and PowerPoint. While in Word everything seems to work as expected, in PowerPoint I am not able to work with the colors from the CC libraries. On the library panel all colors appear dimmed . I tried clicking on them to apply as fills on shapes or text but it didn't work. Am I doing something wrong? I am able to place artwork from the libraries, but the colors do not seem to work.

I purchased an Annual Adobe Plan last summer, and this morning it's saying that my trials have all expired on my apps. I go to my account and it says that my "admin" hasn't assigned my account any apps, and my account is showing no record of my purchased plan, yet I have the confirmation emails. What do I do? I have a very big presentation in 4 days!!!!

HiI have had the error of Creative Cloud telling me i cant save in my folder because i dont have permission, for the last month or so. EXTREMELY frustrating. Today it had a new update for creative cloud, and it seemed like that bug had gone away. Which made me happy, because now i can use a product that i pay for every month.....  Unfortunately, my Creative Cloud was not fixed, but instead became completely useless.. now i am stuck in an infinite "syncing" loop, that will not allow me to sync new files at all.I have tried all suggested bug fixes but nothing helps...Seriously... i have been using photoshop for the last decade, and i rarely had any issues with it. But since changing it to the cloud format, and since i started using creative cloud, i have been showered with bugs and errors on a regular basis... come on??!Please help?Regards Frederik

Every time I load Lightroom I get the warning below. Then when I cklick the arrows all seems ok. How do I stop it appearing all the time? I am running Sonoma OS on a iMac.

I currently have a landing page set up through adobe portfolio informing viewers that a new site is being built.  I built out a second portfolio that will be my permanant page. How do I move my domain from the temporary portfolio to the new permanant portfolio?

Hello,I've been using Adobe for 3+ years. Recently I spent some times in between jobs, so I didn't have any license anymore. Now I have a new one, but in the meantime it seems like all of the files I created since the beginning have been deleted, I can't find them even though CC says my libraries are synced. Is there a way to get them back?

Hi,I have two questions:1. I have 100 GB storage and i'm out off space. Can i upgrade the storage to more than 100 GB?2. I tried to delete files and theno deleted them permanently again from the "deleted" folder, but after a few second i see that the same files are added again to my files folder.Why is this happening?is it bug?Thank's,Dikla

Plain and simple; I'm on a Teams plan. I got Two work PC's. I shoot video, another guy with his own license edit. We need a shared folder. I have limited space. I want this kind of set up: 1st laptop (main use, but with limited space on dirve)  2nd desktop (only used for storage with lots of GB/TB available). The editor have used up his 1TB, on his machine, different sync folder and licence. I do NOT want to use and external drive on my 1st laptop, hence the reason for 2nd desktop as storage unit!   The "Creative Cloud Files" shared folder is a big issue for many. Such a big fail from Adobe really, 1TB "cloud" [edited by moderator] haha.. Please at least provide some clarity to the several questions listed below.   1) I will NOT use any actually useful Adobe app on my 2nd desktop (Premier, PS etc), this is only as a storage unit that is always internet connected but idle/a sleep.. Hi, I am using Adobe Portfolio. I created a page that I duplicated as I wanted the same format for new photos. (This will be easier to understand if you view the page). Anyway, when I duplicate a page, and then add the new photos, change the title page and the URL - then publish to the live site, the cover image doesn't refresh. The rest of the page is correct. Please see what I mean here: https://jenndcuab77.myportfolio.com/ - specifically look at "Jenny Lake" and "Potholes" Please know I have cleared the cache several times. Thank you for any guidance!

Hello. I have a problem with cc setup .exe file. I downloaded it and tried to open installer, but it`s not opening. I see only a circle indicating preparing to launch but it`s all. Everything stops, nothing shows in task manager. I tried adobe cleaner tool, creative cloud uninstaller, restarting the pc, I even managed to delete  Core Sync.dll to get rid of everything adobe-related but it won`t start installing. What`s the issue?

I'm using the M2 12.9 iPad 2TB/16GB of RAM and 14 Pro Max  The downloading of fonts has been a nightmare for the last five years on iOS and iPadOS, macOS is fine Is there a fix or workaround, as both devices crash almost immediately when installing fonts. 

Hi, I have an Adobe Team plan for 5 users. 3 users are facing an issue with the desktop app (Synced Files). The files aren't syncing on the desktop app, but are visible on the web (assets.adobe.com). But there is no error message. We've tried re-installing the desktop app, and speaking to the Adobe customer care chat. But no help so far.I'm aware Syned Files is being discontiued for Teams in Oct 2024 (in Feb for personal accounts), but why has it suddenly stopped working for a few members of the team?Anybody else having the same issue?
