I just purchased a new yearly license for Adobe Creative Cloud. Last year I stored a lot of my work in the cloud, especially my invoices etc. I wanted to re open my invoices in Adobe XD, but all of a sudden my files are gone!When I first opened Adobe Creative Cloud after purchasing my new license, I had to choose a so called profile. But my cloud files are completely gone!

Hello, I love my presentation gallery grid on the computer (mosaic style). Very good display quality for images and colors. But when I switch to mobile, it's the same configuration, so the images are too small / seen far away. You would need to be able to display full format images and scroll them to see them correctly on mobile. For exemple : The Ultrabook portfolio offers the same “mosaic” configuration and the mobile version is in full. But I preferred to use Adobe Portfolio because it is more complete, and I would like to use it as a real website + domain name thanks!(sry for my poor english)
When I upload files to creative cloud they don't show on my other device.
Hallo,ich habe vor kurzem die "Acrobat Pro 2020 für Windows Student & Teacher Edition" gekauft, nachdem ich das Produkt gekauft hatte, musste ich bevor ich es herunterladen konnte in einem Formular ein paar Angaben machen, um zu beweisen, dass ich auch wirklich ein Student bin. Nachdem ich dies tat, bekam ich am nächsten Tag eine E-Mail von customercare-support@adobe.com, diese enthielt eine 24-stellige Seriennummer und diesen Link ( https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/student-teacher-serial-product-code.html ) mit einer Anleitung wie man die Seriennummer aktiviert. Ich befolgte die Schritte aus der Anleitung, aber als ich die Seriennummer bei dem Punkt "Gutscheincode eingeben" eingab, bekam ich die Meldung "Dieser Code ist ungültig.". Jetzt weiß ich nicht so ganz was ich tuen soll, da man ja scheinbar keine richtigen Support-Tickets erstellen kann und der virtuelle Assisten im Chat jetzt auch keine wirkliche Hilfe ist. Up until now i have subscribed the photography plan of Adobe CC with 1TB Cloud Storage.I started studying a while a go and now thought about try the Educationplan since my subjects are directly connected with the creative field.My Problem: I can only find an edicuational plan with 100GB CloudStorage. But withing my current plan i am using clearly more then 100GBs from my booked 1TB.So is there any posibillity to change from my current plan to the educational one (with all applications) and keeping the 1TB cloudstorage? This would be crucial to me since i dont want to lose my photos and contents i have saved in the cloud and also plan to make use of the 1TB in the future. Thanks.
I've been using the Adobe tutorials on this site for a few years. They are/were awesome for teaching classes.https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/how-to/selection-tools-ba But now I get redirected to this site and they are not the same, even though the admin support says they are.https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/learn/app/photoshop?topic=get-started Really dislike this new format. It does not work well for teaching large groups. Anyone have any ideas if we can still use the original format of tutorials? Since chat support once again is completely useless, I now have to rely on this forum.My creative Cloud Storage is full. 100+GB. At least that's what Adobe has been telling me for a few years now. Today I needed to get 14 pictures from my iPad to my PC without loosing the edit settings, so a cloud might be a good solution, aye?Well, as I said, it says it is full. I have deleted a few pictures, and some new ones were able to upload (basically exactly the amount of space I just deleted). Right now, I have a handful of PDFs uploaded, and 34 pictures exactly. Everything together should not be more than 5GB. It can not be more. Still, there are a misterious 100GB somewhere. There is no archive, there is no trash can not deleted, nothing. Everywhere I looked, the pages said: There is nothing to see here, sorry about that mate.So, what do I do now? Adobe says I am using 78.3GB of my 100GB of cloud storage. However, on my local machine (Macbook Pro M1 Max, macOS Ventura) the Creative Cloud folder is only using 15GB. What's more, when I log in to assets.adobe.com it says I only have 4 files, worth a few megabytes. There is nothing in the deleted files folder. What's going on?
My account is linked to an email, it is one that he gave us at school, today I wanted to open the files in Photoshop, but it turns out that it says that it has not found the file, so I went to look in the cloud, in the folder is empty. With my plan I get 1TB of storage. I want to use my storage to store and share files like how I would with other storage services. However, I am unable to upload files to https://assets.adobe.com. For example, when I try to upload jpg files, I get an error message "1 file(s) could not be uploaded. Filetype not supported." Am I not using the correct feature/service to manage my storage? Thanks!

Hello All,I am really hoping to get some insight on this issue. I have searched through MANY forums within this community and still have not found anything in regards to a solid fix. I have a MacBook Pro 15 in. Late 2013 model on MacOS Big Sur. I work in an enterprise enviornment - CC and all other adobe applications work just fine on local admin login; however, any other user that signs in within the domain is met with this "Unable to reach Adobe servers" message. All sugggestions are helpful at this point; i have been stuck on this for going on two months now.PS - I have unistalled and reinstalled many times along side running Adobe CC Cleaner toolThank you
I want to the title of one of my pages on my site to be split into two lines. The first line would say "PROJECT" and under that would say "(in progress)". However, the field is a single line, and somehow the program decides where to split the sentence. It does not allow a hard or soft return. So in my case, it reads "PROJECT (in" on the first line and then "progress)" on the second line. If I add spaces, it does not help. Any suggestions?
I published my myportfolio.com website weeks ago. It's still not showing up in a google search. Under settings in myportfolio, I've set the meta terms and checked "allow search engines to index my site" and also "automatically submit site updates to search engines" . I've contacted myportfolio.com web based help (they have no phone number) weekly. The things they send me go around in circles, sometimes I doubt they've read a word of what I've sent them. The google URL Inspection Tool says it's an "invalid domain" How in the world do I get my website included in a google search?
