I just wanted to sign in to my Creative Suite. Normally I recieve a sms from Adobe with the verification code. But today I received a sms from an e-mail address horikel548@gonaute.com with just six numbers. No extra text. I did not receive anything from Adobe. (I did not use the code to sign in but re-issued the code via mail). Is this some kind of fishing???

Hi There, I do have the basic 20GB plan with Creative Cloud on my Mac, and it suddenly appeared to be full. I deleted and removed about 6GB of files, but it keeps seeing the cloud as full (20GB / 20GB).I do not have files remaining either in the Deleted folder or in the Trash.Does it just need lots of time to sync? 2. Also, I do not have that many files on it, mostly jpegs. I do not really understand where those 20GB come.Anyone would know what is happening? Thank a lot for your answers. Best,Rémi

Creative cloud auto-update isn't working!! I've turned on automatic updates but I still have to do them manually.....then what's the point of automatic updates? Fix it please

I have all of my company logos in a cc library, and I want to share them as a public download for non-adobe users.  Basically I want to have a logo library that everyone in my org can access and download, even if they don't use adobe cc, with the option to see all of the contents in a web browser and choose their download type, just like in the CC library web interface, while also retaining control of the files on my end from within adobe cc (updating, removing, etc).  Is this possible? If not, is there a way to easily copy all of the files in a cc library to a cc "file" which can then be shared publicly? I do see an option to "export" a cc library from within Photoshop, but it creates a .cclibs file and doesn't actually export the files themselves. Thanks!

I've updated my Google Analytics Tracking Code in the analytics tab of my Adobe Portfolio settings but no data is being collected by GA4 analytics. I understand it takes a few days to propagate but it's been a week. What am I missing? Is there a way to see my portfolio's raw HTML code to see if the code tag actually updated? I'm way out of my depth here so hoping for some help. Thanks!

Hello. I'm on a plan with 100GB in cloud storage. I don't upload any files into the cloud, yet I see that my storage is full to 105GB. See the attached screenshot.Can someone please help me understand what's going on? My wife is trying to use the new Adobe Express features but can't because of this. Thanks.  

Hello For context, I have two iMacs one in the office and one at home, both have access to the same Creative Cloud folder.  I'm currently relocating my Creative Cloud folders to an external drive, I'm performing this on the office iMac. The same procedure will need to be performed on the iMac at home, using the same external drive once the relocation is complete. What happens when I repeat this procedure with the iMac at home? Will it overwrite the folders in the external drive? TIA

At assets.adobe.com/files, clicking on "Locate" used to open the folder that the file is found in. Now, it just opens the file in the browser, which "Open" already does. And from the opened file screen, there doesn't seem to be a way to determine the file's folder. In many if not most instances, I actually need to open the folder containing the file, not the file itself. I don't understand why Adobe would duplicate the feature of "Open" and remove the very critical feature of being able to open the containing folder from this menu. Was this a mistake? Please add it back. It's a source of massive slowdown in productivity.

I'm in the process of creating my website using the Marina theme in Adobe Portfolio. I want the images to display brick or masonry style, but at the moment they just appear square. Is there a way of doing this? I think this site here uses Marina and it is displaying the images at different widths. https://annlettering.com/home The second thing I like on this website is that when you click the photos they just enlarge, they don't link to another page. I can't figure out how to do this. If anyone knows how to do these two things, I'd be so grateful!  🙂

hello, I have a problem with my adobe and behance account. I have two adobe accounts, from different e-mail addresses, but I use only one. On the other I have a behance account. As such, I have two portfolios which is confusing and frustrating. Adobe keeps switching me between accounts. I would like to combine two accounts into one - keeping plans from one and portfolio from the other. It is possible?      

Hello, my Creative Cloud storage is not showing properly since a few days. It always says there "58 MB used", which is impossible since I have many gigabytes allocated on it. I just want to get the status displayed. Anyone else having this issue?

Just bought my Lightroom + 1TB plan and when i was trying to install it, the installer froze in a blank window and never installed anything. Tried running the Tool to repair or uninstall but it always said it was done with errors. Tried disabling WIndows Defender but nothing worked.What should i do?Running Windows 10 on PC.

I just typed several pages of text into a portfolio page, selected "Update Live Site" and now it's gone. I tried clicking back, hitting CTRL Z, refreshing the page, reopening the page and enabling/disabling the page but no luck.  It sure was a lot of work to lose. If anyone has a solution, I'd really appreciate it.  For now, lesson learned and I'll never type anything directly into a portfolio page again.

I installed the creative cloud app on my new mac (m2pro) with macOS Ventura 13.4, and it immediately gives me a connection error.I am attaching a video to better understand the problem.Has anyone had this error and how can it be fixed?It does it with the wifi home connection, as soon as I connect with the mobile hotspot ... everything works.   

Adobe cloud files how to copy a different cloud account

Good morning,I try to explain my problem in the simplest way possible.To allow my user to work, we associated his email with a new non-enterprise license until we buy a new one.After she followed the steps of the email she received and logged in, she lost all her libraries.I checked in https://assets.adobe.com/libraries but everything is empty, as if it were the first time you log in.Do you think it is possible to restore the disappeared libraries?Thank you for the support.

Liebe Community,  ich habe mir für Piktogramme und Farben 2 verschiedene Bibliotheken erstellt. Wenn ich nun auf color.Adobe.com mir bestimmte Farben für mein Projekt aussuche und auf  "Zu Bibliothek hinzufügen" klicke, werden mir die Farben die ganze Zeit in die Piktogramm-Bibliothek geladen. Ich möchte aber dass mir die Farben in die zuvor erstellte "Color-Bibliothek" geladen werden. Wie kann ich das ändern bzw. aussuchen in welche Bibliothek dies reingeladen werden soll?  Über Hilfe würde ich mich sehr freuen! Liebe GrüßeAlex

Is there a "correct" was to activate & deactivate the machines I'm using on my account. Because at the moment, there seem to be about 20 steps when there surely should be one!! Firstly, when I go into the CC app on the desired machine, it doesn't know my username & password! Why not? That is messed up! I have to go to the Adobe web site, log in there, navigate to my account settings & deactivate the machine & then repeat the entire process on the other machine, except Creative Cloud asks me to log in again every time but DOESN'T REMEMBER MY USER NAME & PASSWORD. So I have to go off to Safari, log into the passwords section & then copy & paste the password from there.What a complete mess!!Surely all I should have to do is to go up to the menu bar, click on the CC icon & go down to a menu item that says "deactive on this machine" then go to the other machine & go to a menu item that says "acitivate on this machine".Why is it so ridiculously compli
