Devo cancellare un ID Adobe creato per errore invece di sostituire la mail nel mio ID Adobe pre-esistente.Come posso eliminare quello nuovo, anche perché non posso cambiare la mail nel vecchio ID Adobe perché risulta già usata.

Devo recuperare pass di account ma nn era associato un nemero telefinico o una e mail, come faccio? 

Hi I use ADE on Windows 10.  I am having an intermitent problem with an check activation error.  It just started reciently.  Sometimes it will allow me to download a book but sometimes I receive the error message.  I would be greatful for any assistance.  Thanks!

Why do my ebooks show in my library on my laptop but not in my library on my mobile.  Both use the same Adobe ID.

Hi I am wondering if the Digital Editions reader will eventually support PDF security passwords. I use Acrobat 8 Professional, so I experimented by (1) creating a Word document, then (2) creating it in PDF using Acrobat 8 Pro, then (3) setting a password for opening the PDF. I just installed the latest Digital Editions reader, then added the newly created PDF to its library. A message displays in the Digital Editions reader saying that this version does not support passwords. (If I add a non-password version of the same PDF to the library, it views OK.) Is there a way to password secure the PDF's that can be added to the library and displayed in the Digital Editions reader? If not currently, is there any plan to add password support in a later version? For those who wish to password protect a PDF for use in the Digital Editions reader, but are not wishing to add the expense of DRM or commercial deployment via a third-party, this would be a potentially useful feature. Hi,I'm trying to authorize my computer (not an ebook or epub or whatever). But each time, I receive the Activation server error : E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED... I have tried all the tricks : unauthorize the computer (it did not work unless I went in Run, regedit, etc. to delete the Adept keys), install the 3.0 version, unistall everything. I am at the end of options. Anything else I could try? My goal is to read the books I borrow from the library on my Kobo. I'm a little desperate at this point, and no support from Adobe. I have also tried the time thing, but everything is ok for the date, the time, etc. on my computer. Help anyone? Thank you!

ADE doesnt navigate between pages, it just shows page one, regardless of what page I select in the search bar. Pretty much sums up my problem. Does anyone know what causes it and might help me?

I see this issue has been raised in the past.  I recently rebooted my Kobo ereader.  Now, when I connect to ADE the option to authorize device is greyed out.  This might be linked to the maximum number of devices (although I am not getting that error message).  The people on the chat suggested Something in the regedit file but the instructions they gave didn't work.  After that they refused to help, referring me to the forum.  Can anyone help?

Hi. I'm trying to open a Adobe Content Server Message and I get the error e_lic_already_fulfilld_by_another_user. But it's not in my bookshelf anymore. It used to be there, but it's gone.

Salve ho un problema con adobe digital editions: ho tentato con tutte le versioni compresa la più aggiornata, il resto è tutto a posto, licenza valida, autorizzazioni valide, account valido... insomma tutto come da manuale ma al massimo riesco ad aprire il programma e vedere le copertine dei contenuti ma non riesco a scorrere le pagine, di fatto non posso usare  ADE e leggere nessun file DRM; qualcuno ha soluzioni da proporre? Le ho tentate tutte 

About two weeks ago Adobe Digital Editions 3.0 suddenly stopped working on my computer. I downloaded all versions of the app from 2.0 to 4.5 but none of them will open when I click on the icon and the message "The application stopped working" appears on the screen. I also tried to open it clicking on "Run as admin" but that didn't work either.How can I solve this problem?

I am trying to transfer a library book to digital editions and then transferring it to Kobo. When i try to transfer it to digital editions from my downloaded files I get an error message telling me to check activiation. What does this mean?

Please help.The ebook from uni I have downloaded I have to read in tiny font, when I zoom it bounces back and will not fill the screen. Why will it not fill the screen?....How can I read on a normal reader app that will allow the page to be displayed as the whole screen?.Is it tied to just Adobe editions?I tried to download into the phone but it won't open.Adobe editions is not very good as far as I have used. 😐😐😐

After buying book from KOBO UK, it appeared to download OK but I couldn't open it, Erroe message' Cant Open book(title) ' Errors encountered in the item'  Kobo can't help. I  have reinstalled Digital Editions v 4.5.11 in desktop with Windows 8.1

I recently upgraded my PC. I want to download a book I purchased through Google Play a few years ago. I get the above error message. Tech support says the solution is to post here. Could someone please contact me.

 I am using the latest release versions of iPados and Adobe Digital Editions.  When I open print replica books, often pages are nearly blank and have some traces of the actual pages.  These same books work fine on macOS and Windows. I will try to avoid purchasing any more Adobe DRM books, due to the company not fixing its bugs or doing proper quality assurance.

El otro día instalé Adobe Digital Editión 4.5 y al autorizar el equipo tuve el fallo de no seleccionar el proveedor y poner un usuario y una contraseña que no eran de ninguna cuenta de Adobe porque pensaba que el usuario y la contraseña lo ponías tú. El problema es que ahora, al intentar autorizar con mi usuario y contraseña de Abode me dice “Id o contraseña incorrectas para proveedor seleccionado. Reintentelo”. Me han dicho que el problema está en el editor de registro Regedit de Windows 10. En la ruta Adobe/Adept/Device me aparece el usuario y contraseña que puse en principio. El usuario es fácil de cambiar, pero la contraseña está en binario y no sé cómo cambiarla. ¿Qué solución se le podría dar? Gracias por anticipado. Saludos. 

I have Adobe Digital Edition 4.5 on Win 10.  I have downloaded 2 books from my library with acsm .  I downloaded them as epub books as I always have been doing.  Now I am getting the error W_ADEPT_CORE_LOAN_TOKEN_NOT_FOUND.I have unauthorized the Adobe and then reauthorized it.  I still get this problem.  I am doing the same as I have always been doing, just now getting this error.Can someone help me?

Can't synch comments and highlights in a document to other devices Especifacilly changes from my iPad to my PC and viceversa. I'm logged with my AdobeID in both devices.

I have recently installed Digital Editions and authorized my computor with Adobe ID. When i try to download a book I get the error message "Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_ADEPT_USER_AUTH"I have tried deauthorizing and authorizing again. I have rebooted my computor. What´s the next step?
