Digital Editions

I have recently developed a problem where I am unable to download books from my library account, every time I click on the download link the Digital Editions opens upand gives me the message Error! Check Activation.When I go to the Help scetion and look at the authorosiation information it is an old email address from my previous supplier which is no longer valid, I cannot remember what the password was so cannot erase the information and update with my current email address.I have tried uninstalling the Digital Editions to try and start from scratch but everytime I download digital editions it has remembered my old email address so I am back at square one,I really need to get Digital Editions back to downloading books as I am disabled and housebound and reading is my main escape from reality.Can anyone give me any ideas to sort this problem please. Kind RegardsAlbert WardYour Adobe Case ADB-16691486-M3T4

Hi everyone, i've got a problem with my account. When i try to delete the book that i upload previously they doesn't disappear. Every time i start the application i found them.What is the problem? I need to delete my account and create one another? Thank you

I'm trying to dowload a PDF and told by the program it's only compatible with the newest version of Adobe Digital Editions 4.61. I seriously can't find anything except 4.5.11. Is there anyone who knows if there is actually a 4.61? If so, could you point me in the right direction because I'm not seeing it.Marcia

I purchased a new laptop that uses Windows 10 in S mode. I can only download apps from the Windows store. I would like to use Adobe Digital Editions but can't download it unless I opt out of Windows S (which I don't want to do at the moment). Any suggestions as to how to open acsm files using a product from Microsoft store?  Or any other method?

When I print some letters on some lines are chopped off and do not print.The same effect like like the description above when I print the getting started with Adobe Digitals editions 4.5 ebook also. appreciated all your assitance.

Salve. Ho scaricato Adobe Digital Editions un anno fa. Ieri ho scaricato un e book da Mlol Biblioteca Digitale, che è stato salvato come file .acsm. Quando sono entrata in Adobe Digital Editions, mi ha chiesto l'autorizzazione ma non accettava la mia identificazione. Ho provato a cambiare l'indirizzo email e la password ma non funziona ancora. Cosa posso fare? 

When I print out a acms file using Adobe Digital Edition, The top margin is very large and the right side of the printout is cut off. My settings are :Paper : LetterOrientation : LandscapePrinting on both sides : Flip on short edgeScaling : FitFont setting : Medium Even when I select the font size as small, it gets cut off at both the right side and the bottom. How do I solve this problem?

I am unable to open ebooks from the library on my Nook Glowlight 3. I just started having this issue.  This is what happens:I transfer the ebook to my NookI try to open the ebook on the Nook I get a message asking me for Adobe ID and password - THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFOREThen I get an error message that says This book is  not activated for current ADE userHELP

I have a new pc and had to download Adobe Digital Editions again for me to download ebooks etc.But after I downloaded it and clicked on the icon on the desktop nothing happens. It does not start.Anyone an idea why this happens or how I can solve the problem.

I have downloaded several books to digital editions but when I open a book and try to copy something from a book to then paste in my paper, it will not work.  The copy function is not available or highlighted.  Does anyone know the procedure for copying out of this program or even if you can?

Dear All,I am having a single para of around 200,000 characters. When it got displayed in the Adobe Digital Edition, the para getting split in last but one page and displaying huge space in the content. Based on the screen size the content is getting split in different places but in the last but one page. Please clarify is there any character limit is there in <p> and how to rectify this problem. I try to un install - install version 4.5 /3/2 and no matter what, I can read the file from my cumputer but not on my Kobo even if it's autorise.  A cannot count the number of time every thing was uninstall and install both on my kobo or my PC.  Could my PC be too old? Do I need to switch my Kobo for a Kindle?  Please help me.

I just had my adobe digital edtiotion download it. I dont undestand how come i cant log into my account. it keeps popping up a msg saying, the vendor account is not associated with the item you are trying to open.I already tried to reset my password. it seems still not working

Hello, I have recently purchased a Kobo Clara HD e-reader. Prior to this I had purchased a Kindle paperwhite and created an Adobe ID and downloaded ADE onto my Mac. Realized that I was unable to get library books on my Kindle as I am in Canada and sent the paperwhite back. I recently just purchased a Kobo Clara HD. ADE is still installed in my computer under my Adobe ID. I downloaded a library book from DownloadLibrary onto ADE and then was able to transfer it onto my Kobo. However when I try to open the book on my Kobo it says that my device needs to be re-authorized and then I need to re-import my book. I have tried this but it did not work. I tried deleting my Adobe ID and then creating a new account with the same Adobe ID but this did not help my problem either. I read some other forums and they said to uninstall and re-install ADE. That's what I am trying to do now but when I am trying to erase-authorization it asks for my password for my Adobe ID and then it says my credentials d

I can't login with google credentials on ADE when selecting google as vendor when trying to authorize.

How do I get to authorize an acsm file and download an eBook, which I have just purchased onto my computer instead of an office PC, which I authorized and downloaded it on. The eBook is only downloadable once. Kindly help.

I bought my textbook beginning of semester I used it throughout my semester with no problem. Last week I tried to access my abobde digital 4.5 app and the only available information to read was "getting strated with adobe". I can't see anywhere where I can sign in and I am very confused. Can anyone tell me how to access my textbook? Thank you!

I'm not sure why anyone would put a book in an epub format, but unfortunately I purchased several books that are in that format. I have digital editions content under an ID I don't remember. All my content should be under the same ID but when I try to access the content i receive a message asking me to enter my email address and content code. Where do I find this information?
