Hi, I've been having troubles when opening a fixed layout epub on ADE in Windows. The epub was designed on MAc, and it doesn´t have problems when opening it on ibooks or ADE on Mac, but when is opened in ADE on Windows, some of the screens (not all) are scaled. I've checked the code, but it doesn`t have any issues.Hope you can help me.

I am new to adobe digital . By mistake I downloaded a book 4 times and was not aware I was being charged? the book come up in "Purchased"- there was no mention of the charge in the process and I never got to any checkout - just to the terms and conditions page for the publisher . I was operating through a university portal - what can I do about this - I am totally lost .i have no idea what I will be charged and obviously I want to make sure it is only once if i cant cancel the whole process.

Locked out of mobile access to ADE following firmware reset on Android OS.I have 2 mobile devices (Android OS), and have previously authorised these devices with Adobe. Over the lives of the devices, I have had to reset the firmware on each multiple times. Unfortunately, it seems that ADE treats the reset device as a new device, rather than the same. Each time I reauthorised my devices following a reset, I was inadvertently racking up my activation count with Adobe. I must have finally reached my limit, because I now get the error "E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS" when attempting to reauthorise. There is no workaround for temporary access on Android the way there is for Windows. And there is no way to deauthorise the redundancies on my end, because all of those "devices" effectively ceased to exist upon resetting the firmware.Please, can someone with Adobe help me to get my activation count reset?

Hi there,I am having a problem where I can't seem to transfer my library loans onto my Kobo (Kobo Glo HD) using Adobe Digital Editions. I am able to download the ebook from the library and it appears to work when I transfer it to my Kobo, but when I try to open the book I get a message saying, ""This document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management and is not currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID. Please sing-in with the authorized Adobe ID and try again." My ADE says that it is authorized. I have tried logging out and logging back in. I have tried with different books from the library. What should I do?

Actions taken:Uninstall and reinstall ADEDeauthorize and reauthorize ADE with OverdriveDelete copies of original download and redownload bookNone has worked, please advise. I have had my NC for several years, never had this problem. Have not moved, same library systems and accounts being used.

Hello. I just deauthorized one ID from my laptop and tried to re-authorized my another ID.I succeeded to re-authorized, however, I could not find any books associated with the this ID. What should I do?

I have downloaded and installed Adobe Digital Edition V4 and cannot download my purchased ebook. Am also getting error "Error - Check Activation". Can anyone pls help?

I have been using Digital Editions to read eBooks from various university and public library sites for several years. Recently, I have not been able to open downloaded materials. I get this message: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12It appears from the forum that this has been an ongoing problem but the May 2017 queries remain unanswered. What is the issue? How do I fix it?As ADE is the only platform compatible with iMac for my university library, the issue is quite urgent.

How do I deactivate accessibility features in Acrobat DC Pro?

Because the Adobe support is worthless, I propose a change in the next version of ADE to allow multiple authorizations in laptops. I have this in my Macbook pro, but not in iPad, which allows only one. Chat is less than worthless, referring me back here, where a posting will show for about a day, and then disappears. Even on a search, it's dropped off the face of the earth. This explains why a search for "Merge IDs" yields EVERY ONE of them being unanswered -- going back for years. --And most every other question here unanswered. And the reason for two ID's? Because Adobe allowed a hack which killed two different email addresses, prompting a new ID. Had I known, I would have stayed with one, non-functional email address, and not lost half my books. Thanks Adobe, for your placebo of a forum, and less than placebo of security. And less-than-placebo of chat. Worthless. And now seeking a new partner.

hi my current email address used to authorize my ADE to the computer is being discontinued i must re authorize with new mail address ..not a tech person ..help thanks

ADE 1.7 didn't detect my new Nook (it shows up as a drive on the computer just fine), so after playing around a while with no luck I installed 2.0.1, but that doesn't recognize it either.  Both version recognize my old original Nook just fine, although 1.7 has been "freezing" up for several months when trying to transfer books from computer to the nook.

I couldn't find adobe digital edition in the windows shop. will it work if I download it from the windows 10 link on the web page if the technical requirements are met?

Wow, this is seemingly such a tough question. No searched forum, or even Google yields an answer for this. Question:How does one merge multiple Adobe IDs? --IF this is even possible. I have to Adobe IDs, both old email addresses, that power my Adobe Digital Editions. I am able to do multiple authorizations in my Macbook Pro, but only one in my new iPad -- which leaves me with half of the books unreadable at any given time. Merging these into one, current, valid email would be wonderful.On my Adobe, signed-in profile, there is only the ability to add ONE email address as a secondary, which I have chosen as my one valid email, so that I can actually get communication. The Digital Editions website just shows an error message. Is anyone else having this problem?

I am beyond frustrated trying to get an answer from Adobe. The contact leads here only or to a page which just leads back to the same page. I have a new computer I am trying to set-up Digital additions on for my Kobo.. I went in and created an account but no ID was generate just a blank page. I tried again but the system said there was already an ID for my e-mail. Now I am unable to contact anyone to get the ID.  How do I get my ID!!!
