Bei einigen Büchern fehlen die Verknüpfungen mit Anwenderkonto, wie kann ich das beheben?

I used Digital Editions annd it works fine with all epub interactive elements, but no luck with arabic text!

Bij downloaden bij de online bibliotheek krijg ik fout melding. Ik heb vanalles geprobeerd: de-autoriseren computer, sleutel verwijderen met de Register -editor maar geeft aan dat dit niet gaat. opnieuw ADE downloaden helpt niet probleem blijft. Wie kan mij helpenof heeft telefoonnummer van Adobe voor nederlande ondersteuning

I am trying to download an .acsm file on my mac but I keep getting the message:"Unable to download.Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_OPEN_ERROR" I would be most greateful for any help

Hi, I don't seem to be able to download Adobe Digital Editions at all from the Google Play Store:I'm hearing similar reports from people attampting to download for other devices, including Windows 11. Is this a known issue that is being fixed? I work for a company that sells pootected PDFs for use with ADE. What should we advise our customers? Thanks, Steve

I am a PhD researcher. In the last years I purchased some ebooks and would like to import these ebooks (epubs) into Atlas TI, which is a qualitative research tool. The ebooks can be read in Digital Editions, but as they are protected I can't import them into Atlas TI. How can I arrange that I can impost them?

Hi,I just installed ADE 4.5.11.187303 on my Windows PC.The notice says "connect your kindle to your PC then drag and drop your Ebook on the icon of the kindle" But the icon doesn't appear anywhere.Did I miss something?Thank you for your helpBernard

I am trying to set up a Kobo Aura ereader to borrow and read library books. I have verified my Adobe ID. Each time I try (I installed, uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Digital Editions) I am unable to authorise my Windows 7 computer. Hi - as I don't have admin rights on my company laptop and I would like to be as flexible as possible: Is there a way to open the ADE files in browser (e.g. Edge) instead of an dedicated, downloaded and installed app? Thank you

I think everything that can go wrong might be...So, downloaded a library book to my Macbook - .acsm file. When I try to import to ADE I get the E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12 message.  From reading the forums, I try to deauthorise and re-authorise my computer. Doesn't work. I get a message saying UNABLE TO ERASE AUTHORIZATION. TRY AGAIN AFTER SOME TIME. OK, search the forums again and find a file somewhere in the bowels of my macbook that I need to erase (activation.dat) in order to deauthorize and reauthorize. I try and find it, and when I go to users>>library>>application support>>adobe there is no folder for Adobe Digital Editions! No idea where this activation.dat file is, can't find it if I search in spotlight either. So, then I try on a Windows computer. I'm able to get the .acsm file into ADE, and I can open and read the book in ADE. BUT when I move it into my Kobo and try and open it on the ereader I get a "Your eReader is not authori

I just had to delete and reinstall ADE because it started putting my library books in what appears to be the cloud.  I delete the cloud a long time ago, so I am assuming that the cloud that appears on the book cover means 'the cloud'.  Now I get an error message when I try to sideload the book onto my Nook.I just don't understand the on-again and off-again behavior of ADE. For 2 months it worked great, however as of yesterday, once again, it won't let me sideload books and tells me I have returned the book. Maybe if Adobe got together with Windows they could figure out who or what is the problem.  If anyone out there has a suggestion, please let me know.

My Digital Libary is under C:\Users\UserName\OneDrive\Documents\My Digital Library. I don't have Office 365 and do not want to use OneDrive. Turning off OneDrive with the library where it is makes Digital Editions non-functional. It will lock up and the only way I can close it is through Task Manager. I would assume that somewhere in the registry is a pointer to where the library is. Does anyone know of a way to do that? Thank you in advance

Tenho uns quantos livros, comprados por mim - por isso estes livros são meus - em formato ebook. Como passava algumas horas de espera no meu antigo trabalho, instalei o ADE 4.5 no computador do trabalho e fiz o download dos ficheiros "título do livro".acsm. Autorizei o ADE 4.5 com o email do emprego e li uns quantos desses livros dessa forma sem andar com o meu kobo para trás e para diante, foi muito bom.Entretanto esse emprego acabou, já não tenho esse email! Só que agora aparece a mensagem: "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER" quando tento abrir os MEUS (!) livros no meu computador em casa, com a ADE 4.5 autorizada pela minha adobe ID pessoal.Como posso recuperar a minha propriedade dos livros e aceder-lhes no ADE 4.5 em casa?

After I changed phone and downloaded Digital Editions app on my new phone, I lost all the books that I previously had in my library. I have no idea how to regain access to them. Can someone please help me with this issue?  

Although the books are correctly downloaded I can not read properly the books, as the image appears as if it had been deleted. I've tried on both my iPhone and my iPad and the result is the same. Even though there is no problem when I use the same file in my Kobo reader. Thanks for your time.

I'm using ADE 2 on Windows 7. I downloaded and used one book onto my Nook a few months ago,. Just purchased some more books and can't download them as when ascm is opened I get "Unable do download - Error getting license. License server communication problem. E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12."The authorise computer option is greyed out on the help menu as well. Also the book I had downloaded now has says "license key is damaged". I do have internet access and have tried this several times. I've got no firewall software blocking anything. Any ideas what I should do so I can actually use what I've brought!?Thanks in advance,Nigel

Tengo la aplicacon instlada en un iPAd y en un MacBook, la misma cuenta con el mismo ususario y contraseña, pero los libros iPad no puedo verlos en el MacBook y los instalados en el MAcBook no aparecen en el iPAd. 

I am trying to open an acsm ebook from my public library online. It was working before, but now ADE gives me an"Error! Check Activation" message. So I check my activation and everything is in place. I Go to "Deauthorize my computer." I put in the username and password (tested on the Adobe site), press the "Continue" button, Then I am given the option to "Erase Authorization." When I do that, it just comes back to the the login screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, no change. Ideas?

Hola,Cada vez que intento descargarme un fichero acsm, me sale lo siguiente:Error al obtener la licencia. Problema de comunicación con el servidor de licencias:E_ACT_NOT_READYTengo ID de Adobe, tampoco me deja borrarlo como he leído en algún foro. Mi ordenador en un mac mini.Ya no sé que hacer he comprado varios libros en formato electrónico y no los puedo leer, y tampoco puedo descargármelos de la bilblioteca.Muchas gracias por si respuesta.
