Error en Adobe Digital EditionsError al obtener la licencia. Problema de comunicación con el servidor de licencias:E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12 No puedo descargar mis libros, tampoco me permite borrar la autorización y no obtengo ayuda de soporte técnico, porfavor ayudenme. son libros de mi universidad y ya arrancó el semestre. I have purchased two books and downloaded them onto digital editions on my iPad. Both of them worked fine until yesturday, when one book completely glitched. Some pages are completely blank, others are cut through by white lines, making it completely unreadable. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and signing in and out of the app, but nothing has helped so far. Any suggestions????

Can someone assist me with this?  I factory reset my Kobo ereader this morning but now I'm unable to authorize it with ADE. 

is it possible that some of the books i purchased and downloaded on ADE cannot be highlighted?Is there something i can do to change this?Thank you in advance 

We have a shop that uses EditionGuard to distribute our eBooks. Adobe Digital Editions is used to open the eBooks. We have a customer that is prompted with the message "The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try again" This user mentioned he has not fulfilled this transaction before so we would like to know who did it. All we can get from the fulfilled transaction is the adobe ID of the user in this format urn:uuid:ff2ddc22-eca0-46c6-a84d-xxxxxxxxxxxx. Is there any way to identify the linked email address that completed a fulfillment using that ID? Thanks in advance

Hello!Please bear with me. I think this is a Kobo problem, but Kobo support asked me to consult Adobe about it, so here I am.On my new Kobo Clara 2E E-reader, I'm having trouble with a PDF file. This file, which is an image PDF file, has 1,347 pages and takes up 112.6 MB of space.If I start at the beginning and try to page through it, after six or seven pages the Clara 2E kicks me out of the book (and marks it finished!).I've tried using the scrubber to position myself a bit further into the book and then trying to page backwards, but I get to a point where it simply won't page back anymore.I initially experienced this problem after loading the book (along with all my other books) through Digital Editions. Based on a Kobo support page, I tried deleting it from the Clara 2E and copying it directly onto the device in Windows using drag-and-drop. That didn't change anything; I still had the same symptoms.What's also odd is that this book works fine on my Kobo Forma and Elipsa readers. I c

The approximate solution for moving your authorized books between authorized computers is to copy the content of .\Documents\My Digital Editions from one computer to another -- but important details are missing.   Should you merge or merely overwrite all folders with copy, i.e. the tag folder?   Is there any chance you'll knock out a duplicated entry?   Worse yet,  Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.11 has no help entries about these specific details.   If you attempt to chat with support, they tell you support ended.   On the File menu, there is not even an import library, to assist you.   Computer savvy users with some DOS and file manager skills can take guesses, but this is a severe omission in docuemtation and support.   Adobe is asking us to respect to DRM, but Adobe has no respect for end users.  Their total lack of any rudimentary features that are promised to end users is disrepectful. While I am symp

I purchased 1 (one) ebook form ebooks.com, but 5 copies of the same ebook got installed in Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.I cannot delete the 4 supplementary ebooks - they all come back even after removing all 5 copies.I uninstalled Adobe Digital Editions 4.5, removed everything "Adobe" from my PC, removed all references to the book title from my PC, even removed adobe digital editions from the registry - but when I reinstall Adobe Digital Editions 4.5, all 5 copies of the same ebook come back!I see many previous threads regarding this problem, but NO SOLUTION! I tried version 3.0 instead - but version 3.0 can't open the ebook (I get an error message).I can't live with the 5 copies of the same ebook, because my annotations would then be spread across the 5 copies of the ebook.IS THERE A SOLUTION FOR THIS PLEASE?Thanks!

Habe inzwischen ADE mehrmals gelöscht und neu installiert.Habe bei Adobe die ID geändert.Alte ID ist nicht zu löschen, nimmt Passwort nicht an.Habe viel versucht, bin inzwischen verzweifelt.Adobe bietet keinen Support, da das Programm kostenlos ist.Wäre sehr dankbar für Hilfe.Habe probehalber ADE auf meinem Handy installiert, da funktioniert alles einwandfrei.Habe Windows 10 auf dem PC.

Ello ocurre después de la conversión de pdf a acsm. ¿Alguna solución?La empresa que antes nos convertía el archivo pdf a acsm (que ya no existe) me decía había que 'empaquetar' el archivo pdf primero para corregir este error, pero no sé qué quiere decir eso de 'empaquetar'.¿Alguien sabe que quiere decir lo de empaquetado?Gracias de antemano,

I recently switched to Two Factor Authentication for my Adobe ID for security reasons. Adobe Digital Edition is not working any more after the switch. I cannot import new DRM books as I always get "Error. Check Activation!". Trying to solve the error is not possible as I cannot deauthorize nor reauthorize (after deleting the regedit key manually). It will always result in an error when typing in my Adobe ID password.System: Windows 10ADE Version: 4.5.10This is a major issue for anyone who is concerned about password and account security.

Wenn ich mich auf dieser Webseite http://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/de/JoinAccountLoginForm.jsp mit meinem Pocketbookaccount einlogge, erhalte ich trotz mehrerer Versuche "Falscher Benutzername, falsches Kennwort oder anderes Konto als angefordert". Benutzername und Passwort funktionieren bei Pocketbook problemlos. Was mache ich falsch?  

I had problems opening my Adobe Digital Edition 4.5 and read books on the last 3 days, so I read that I have to desinstall and reinstall Adobe Digital Edition on my PC, wich I did, but it doesn't work, the programm now just dont open anymore.  Could you please help me??  I am in the middle of my master degree and need to be able to have acces to the book I had bought. Thank you.   

Hi All, I have received feedback from reader saying that there are alignment issues for images present in ePub. This issues when checked on ADE 4.5 on MacOS, it is absent and aligned correctly. But when the same title is checked on ADE on Windows 10, the issues are observed. Version of ADE is 4.5 on both OS. I have also checked on other readers for image alignment issue, but it is not found. So I am sure ePub package coding is not an issue. I have attached images for your kind reference. Kindly let me know how shall I resolve it. Thank you for your efforts,Ganesh Satav

Hello, I'm starting with Adobe Digital Editions. I authorized computer without ID, and i add to library Adobe DRM file and it won't works. As a red after, it needs authorization with ID, so I made it by google account. But now Adobe DRM file didn't work due to "error getting license". What can I do to be able use it?

I can no longer download books on my Kobo. I use Adobe digital editions 3.0 as required by my library.  This is the message I get CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED.  the book is available, gets to my Kobo but I can not transfer it. I did try to uninstal and reinstal Adobe.  Same problem. HELP ANYONE.
