Its my first time using Adobe Dimension but the Scale Tool is missing, How can I add it in toolbox? Thank you

Hi thereI am using Dimensions to create a realist photograph of a branded box using a packaging template I have created in Illustrator. This needs to be very high quality and resolution as these images are being used on the web on a retail site and where buyers have an option to zoom in, however when I render my design and open it up in Photoshop if i zoom in the image is very pix-elated and becomes blurry.The idea if using dimensions is to cut the photography process out - ideally I am trying to recreate a pack shot image with a white back ground and just the items packaging (this being a branded box) for the packaging design I have already created in illustrator. Is this possible and I am having problems doing so?

Hi there, I just built a custom 3D cube shape (an outer cardboard case that contains 12 smaller boxes) in Adobe Dimensions and I would like perforation lines where there is a fold. At the moment, I am adding the perforation lines after the render creation in Photoshop. Ideally, I would prefer to add a perforation line in Dimension so that everything is good to go once rendered. Has anyone done that yet and could advise?

I licensed and downloaded free materials from Adobe Stock. How do I add those to my materials in Dimension? I see .mdl files and then image folders within each. On a Mac, Thx

I'm fairly comfortable using Adobe Dimension. I was just wondering why we don't have boolean operations? It would make creating shapes so easy. A few extra 3D tools are missing from Adobe Dimension such as bevelling or extruding. 

Hello, I am faced with a problem regarding using the render in adobe dimensions. When I try to render it pops up with a message saying to report the bug attached with the log, but I cannot find the place to report any bugs or problems. It says that I have to find the feedback panel and report a bug. Can anybody help?

Adobe Dimension hangs most of the time although i have 64.0 GB with Nvidia graphic card.

I just bought a new laptop and after I install Dimension and try to run it, it literally powers the system off. I can't get past the "system resources check." I’m on my second laptop from a different manufacturer and I’m having exactly the same problem. I can't believe I'm the only person running into this issue. I know I don't have the "minimum system resources" requested for Dimension - in particular, I only have 128 MB of VRAM. But, I have been running Dimension with no difficulty for a couple of years on an older laptop with that same amount of VRAM and a much less powerful CPU.  I already had an Adobe tech spend nearly 2 hours working on my first laptop with no success. I'm guessing I'll run into the same thing when I try them again. Can anyone tell me a specific current laptop or hardware/software configuration that they know to be compatible with Dimension? Or if anyone has a solution, I'm all ears. I've tried virtually everything that I've seen posted for so

I've downloaded a Turbo Squid model from Adobe Stock (Left Can), and assumed it would be layered, like the Dimension models (Right Can), but this isn't the case. It's just one single layer. I feel duped! Am I right in thinking I can only edit the individual parts of this model via the UV Map? 

I have a new CORSAIR - VENGEANCE i7400 Gaming Desktop - Intel Core i9-13900K - 64GB DDR5 5600 MHz Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 - 2TB SSD. I downloaded Adobe Dimension and it's flickering and flashing anytime I hover my mouse over it. There's nothing wrong with my PC; everything including Nvidia is up to date. What do I do to stop this? The program is unusable. 

Is it possible to set a transparent background for a material? I have tried a few different materials (glass, water) and settings but the plane shape is still visible.Screenshot prior to rendering.Rendered result. The shadow of the odd shaped menu looks to be correct.I have a quick search but can't find out if a transparent background is possible with Dimension CC?

Hi Adobe Community, I have recently created a 3d model of a tumbler and placed an image as decal but I noticed not matter how much I try to scale the image it shows a strange trail. Hi! Im new to dimensions. Can someone tell me why my label wont wrap around the entire image. it distorts like this when i increase its scale! Im super new to dimensions.

Hello,I've been trying to use Dimension for two days now but everytime I try to create a new projet or open a saved file, the app keeps loading and nothing happens. Also, the only way to close the app is by forcing it through the task manager. I've been using Dimension for a while and I never had any problems using it. I did the update, tried installing older versions, uninstall then reinstall, I even uninstall the entire creative cloud app and I updated my computer.The other apps work perfectly.Can you help me solve my problem please ? I really don't know why it won't work...

Hello! I just recently installed Adobe Dimensions, and I seem to have no starter assets in my library. I've tried reinstalling the app and using a previous version, but it still doesn't seem to solve my issue. Is there any way to fix this? I have no idea if this is an issue with my laptop or an issue with the app itself. Thank you. Here's how it looks for reference: Here's my device specs if it matters:Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics 3.00 GHzRAM: 8.00 GB (7.37 GB usable)  

That's a really hypothetical question, since I bet that doesnt work... But maybe there's a someone outside who knows an answer. ^^ I have the following project: A really simple product with a label on it (that lable is placed on the model in dimension). Then I'd usually export the product as glb. That's it.  Now, if theres a new lable for the product, it needs to be updated on the model. Normally I would open the dn file, go to the model, import the new image and then save it again. A possible quicker way would be to just change my image somewhere and with that it also gets changed inside the dn file (and the glb file if that works). But without touching the dn file. That would just be a quicker workflow especially, if working with lots of products.  Is there any way to do this or is ist just a beautiful dream? 😄

Hi, There is no Aero group, so this is the closest place.  I am creating a fairly simple animation in Blender 2.9 (Mac) and exporting as an FBX.  The animation info is intact, since I loaded the file in Cheetah 3D and animation is in place.  I am using Aero on iOS 14.4 on iPhone 11 Pro Max.HOWEVER, I followed the information here:https://helpx.adobe.com/aero/using/import-fbx-files-into-aero.html and here:https://helpx.adobe.com/aero/using/add-animated-assets-aero.html The animation shows up in the screen list, but will not play. It is a simple animation, no NLA and a single track... but it does not play when I set a trigger.  I am able to create animations successfully from within aero, just not import them.  Is this a limitation, or is there a trick or step I am missing.  Thanks.

Yesterday the above commands worked fine, but today none of them do. I have deadlines and online there is no fix, just unanswered questions... please provide support for this asap.copy and paste no longer works, neither does cmd+ z to undo in Dimension. No idea why - please help!!

having an issue with a project that suddenly I'm unable to open and requires me to provide 'logs' (attached). I have delt with in the past with 2 other projects that i would love to access again, will there ever be an update for this issue? 

I have Adobe dimension blocked. I can't even get a project to open what could be the problem?

Can you fix this issue or is this a feature? I cannot exit Adobe Dimension 2024 without using the Task Manager. I've posted a screenshot but I'll post a video shortly.
