Al momento de poner crear, se queda dando vueltas y no hace mas nada y no permite cerrarlo a la aplicación, como puedo solucionar este problema 

I'm doing a series of soap bottles and I'm not happy with the crispness of the final images I've been getting.I need the bottles to be isolated with out groundshadows. so I've turned that off in the scene settings My image size is 900X 200 px at 600dpiI've set the materials to be a plastic with an opacity of 15%1) A PNG output does not give me a transparent backgorund2) Trying to mask a PSD layer results in pixelated mask outlines.What am I doing wrong?

Hello. Many of my students are having a hard time rendering water and ice cubes as transparent in Adobe Dimension. I had them try to edit the opacity, the translucency, and edit it in Photoshop, but nothing has been successful.  I cannot find any tutorials or information on this problem because I cannot find anyoner having this issue. Please assist! This is a very urgent issue because tomorrow is the last day of class!  I attached students work before and after rendering.  Thank you!  

Hello, I want to match this table to the image using match camera perpective. But it isn't letting me.My aim is to create this table with the jugs and cups in Dimension. Then match the camera perspective with the jerrycan image.Then place the jerrycan onto the table in photoshop after isolating it. 

Does anyone else have an issue with the undo command (cmd+z)  just not working at all? Any help appreciated.  

Hello does anyone know what these codes mean.gbl Error 13686ms> RENDERCORE ERROR?: GL Render Target does not have an FBO attached to it. Intended?lantern Error 21435ms> [init] rtGlobalSetAttribute failed with result code 1546 I am trying to render a 7680 x 4320 at 150ppi scene. (I have never had issues with rendering this big before) With a highly detailed character right in the middle and it keeps failing. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Substance has been announced and according to the post this would not affect Dimension, however I could not update my Dimension (I used it 1 day ago and it was fine) and had to uninstall to re-install the app...and it has totally disappeared from Creative Cloud which states it is no longer available.Has Dimension been discontinued out of nowhere for Substance (which isn't included in CC plans) or is there something wrong with the app?

I'm working on a rather large project, and I had this notification pop up when I tried to reopen the project."A problem caused the application to stop working correctly."After trying to find a solution, uninstalling and reinstalling the application several times, installing and trying to use previous versions of the application, and reupdating the application I finally gave up and started the project over. I had a good week's worth of work into it the first time, so I stayed up late restarting the project. All was going well. Decided to save it because things were starting to move slow. Closed the app so I could catch up on a few other things. When I try to open the new project, same error...Now neither version of this project will open. I can't seem to find a way to convert what I have done to a different file format to keep working on it and at least salvage what I've done. I don't know what to do and am getting extremely frustrated. 

I'm currently working in Dimension, I went to change tools before it froze immeidately. I'm stuck on the rotate tool, it let's me move around my cursor, but nothing else. I cannot switch tools or even rotate despite being on that tool. I cannot exit out, I've pushed quit and force quit, but it still remains open. I have tried uninstalling the app and restarting my laptop (MacBook Pro 2016)  and it will not let me do either since the program is still open. I'm on a time limit as I am supposed to be finishing a project to present at 3pm PDT. What else can I do to get it to close?

When will this vesion be released for Apple Silicon? thanks

Hi,  I've been using Adobe Dimension much this week, and I often have some struggles because it freezes for no reason. Especially when I save or try to export the file. And then I can't even close the software, I have to to close it from the task manager.What can be the problem?Thanks !

Hello!  I'm having an issue with an Adobe Stock file I licensed and importing it into Dimension. I'm able to import other 3D models into Dimension with no difficulty, including other licensed models from Adobe, but when it comes to this specific file it won't upload. Has anyone else encountered this and do you have a workaround? Or do I need to request a new file/refund? The Adobe Stock Model in question is AdobeStock_#123958223 Please let me know! I read the Help section  and it says we CAN but it doesn't say how and I can't figure it out. 

Greetings,I have this huge issue with Dimension. Starting on February 11th, 2022 Dimension started generating huge 2-3GB repositories EACH time I open a .dn file. These unneeded repositories are stored in the following folder:C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\FelixDCXAppID\com.adobe.dcx\SnapshotRepository How do I disable this snapshot "functionality" ? My SSD almost filled up before I caught the culprit. Upon reflection the problem must be related to a change in my workflow.I used to work on smallish .dn files 30-50MB in size. The current .dn files are actually around 2GB in size. (the big .dn link to other smaller .dn files) The big .dn size is something I would also like to fix

Hello, I'm curious to know if this happened to other. In our team we noticed some variation in colors from one render to another, but doing so from the same files. Been wondering if this due to Dimension having less update then Illustrator and Photoshop. Thanks.

How do i report a bug? Every time I render a file I'm met with this message An application error has occurred. To help us diagnose the issue please follow instructions below. Then it gives me two instructions. But I can't find the feedback panel to report the dimension bug log that the program gathered for me...

Dear community,Newbie in Dimensions here.I need to make a product mockup for work. I am working with a custom made bottle- as my company has custom made bottles- where I need to place a label on.As far as I understand- Photoshop is no longer the program to use for making custom 3D objects to import into dimensions. So i made a path in illustrator- and turned into a three-part 3D object.My problem: when i import the objects into Dimensions- only half of each object part, shows.Images are attached. Hope someone can help.

Recently I've been running into the problem in which I am unable to scale non-proportionally. I am not holding down shift and neither are any of the models I'm scaling locked to scale proportionally. The only way to fix this problem at the moment is to uninstall Dimension with settings erased and reinstall. Did I accidentally change some settings within my program? Please help!

So I've searched for answers and I'm probably over-looking, because I can't seem to find any. I know I'm able to group objects together, but whenever I try to apply a material to my object, it isn't consistent. The texture scales differently for different sized objects and goes in different directions. I want it all to be flush and consistent as if it is one object. [First Picture]ALSO, If the shapes overlap and I apply a texture, I get a glitchy overlap that flashes every time I move the object. [Second Picture]Please help me 😞

Hello,After adding the background and matching the image.I want to get closer view of the image so i use the dolly tool. But it moves the objects instead of the camera?Same with the rotate tool. If i take the background off. Now i can rotate around the object etc. How do i rotate around the image after adding the background?
