Assinei a creative cloud, e quando baixei pra instalar os programas, durante a instalação da creative cloud a tela comecou a carregar e ficou assim pra sempre, até que apareceu o erro "A Adobe Creative Cloud é necessária para resolver o problema.Mas não foi encontrada ou está corrompida.Baixe e instale a Creative Cloud outra vez em http://adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp", mas quando eu baixo novamente continua aparecendo esta mensagem eu não sei mais oque fazer porque preciso trabalhar com o Photoshop CC mais não consigo instalar ele por causa deste erro, eu ja tentei absolutamente tudo que eu achei na internet sobre isso, ja usei o Cleaner tool, ja desinstalei e instalei de novo e reiniciei o pc várias vezes ja apaguei todas as pastas da adobe do pc e continua dando esse mesmo erro, se alguem por obséquio puder ajudar este pobre designer desesperado kkkk

Adobe has some strange practices when it comes to billing support.First I had the agent ask me for the first 8 numbers of a card number and the last 4. Leaving only 4 digits missing of course. Then the name on the card, okay that was isn't out of the oridinary. However I've never been asked for more than the last 4 digits by any company.Leaving 4 out of 16 digits to put together isn't what I'd call secure That combined with the name gives alot of information to try and match up something to lists of stolen card numbers.A few moments later I was asked for a screenshot of the entire statement which would have contained the entire card number. I of course only sent a screenshot of that one line item. When I called the FCO for the first 8 digits as I obviously don't record his card number. Even he asked me immediately was I sure I was chatting with Adobe it sounded like a scam.Then 10 or 15 minutes later he asked if the card was issued in the US or Canada even though I was logged into my a

During the past week I've contacted around a dozen different agents regarding problems with Premiere Pro and After Effects. None of the agents have resolved my issue (only one agent gave me a possible solution), one agent left me hanging for 4 minutes after I posed a question (I ended up just closing the chat), and most agents answer my questions with scripted, unhelpful comments (such as "I apologize for the inconvenience. I will try my best to help with this issue.")Sorry if this sounds like a rant, but I'm fed up with inexperienced and unhelpful Adobe agents who cannot help me answer questions about my software that I paid over $600 for. Where can I complain to Adobe directly--not to some agent--about their costumer service, and where can I receive better service (meaning, being able to talk to people other than the "agents" I described above)?

This isn't a question. I have used Illustrator and Photoshop on desktop for 20 years.Ever since Creative Cloud, the apps take FOREVER to open in the morning. We pay so much to Adobe. I use music apps that are much heavier, but cheaper, and open right away. I have gone through hours of people giving me step-by-step instructions and nothing makes it improve. I think what they are doing is making sure we connect to their server - which is not something I need. At all.The crazy thing is that I don't do anything in these apps that didn't exist 20 years ago. I'm paying $50/month FOREVER, for apps that don't really evolve (just throwing on new services I don't want), and the slow load never goes away, update after update.... And yet, to keep my clients, I have to keep going. Feels like a sham.

Hello, since few months when I try to edit my excel file I get Adobe Certificate warning and I have to close the window, I tried resintalling my adobe apps and office as well but it didn't bring any changes, also I deleted that certifcate, but I guess is being re-creating when I enter any Adobe app. Maybe somebody know  what can I do with that? This issue is really annoying. Not my own screenshot but the window I speaked about looks the same as this. Found thread here about that but the fix is not explained.

I use CC at home, on my personal wifi. Then I take my laptop to work and CC keeps opening every couple of minutes asking for me to give my server credentials. I work in a school, where the server already asks for passwords etc on a very regular basis. How can I properly quit out of CC so that it stops assuming that I want it to be syncing and therefore asks for my server logon details? I essentially want a "go to sleep" button for my CC app's menu bar icon!Ideas?[having a 'creative cloud' is not useful if its practicality is outweighed by irritating and perpetual "you must give me your data" requests when I'm not wanting to use the cloud]

I am installing the software to a new computer.  Windows 7 64 bit with 6gb ram.  When starting I get a message not enough ram to run the program.  How much do I need?

Hi. I need to reduce some space in my HD. Windows "add remove programs" shows InDesign 2022 & 2023, for example. But I can not remove 2022. It just launches CC and displays the uninstalling process, but I can still see it in Windows. Also, CC shows Illustrator as "not installed," and I can see it in Windows again.  Do you know why this inconsistency and why I can not remove apps?  Thank you

Recently graduating from college, This last semester I took photography and other graphic design classes. I thought it would be a good thing to purchase a monthly subscription up untill I graduated. Using Adobe has been fun and easy up untill now. Noticing the recent $20 charge, I decided I should cancell since I won't be using the apps as often as I used to. While trying to cancell it shows I'll have to pay a $79 cancelation fee. As a graduate, I am not wealthy and cannot afford to pay these fees. As a student, I barely know what an annual is and honestly I didn't even know that's what I was signing up for. I thought this was just a monthly subscription. What can I do?

Hi--I just tried installing the update (23.02) and I keep getting an error message. Everything else has installed fine and works great. I'm on a mac and using Big Sur 11.74. It says "works on this device" and below is the error message. If you are anything like me, getting a degree in Video Game Art and Design or any such field that requires the Adobe suites, then you might be a bit short on storage space on your C drive. I have a SSD drive that I installed on my machine. It is much faster and smoother than the c drive. I wanted to install adobe onto the ssd drive, but apparently it is not allowed, still. I found threads to this problem going back to 2013, a whole 10 years ago. They say you have to install just the Adobe creative cloud to your C drive, and can opt to install the apps elswhere by finding preferences. I did this but I get an error code saying file path not ok. I had to install a folder on E Drive, double click E drive to get to the folder and select it. This is a fix from 3 years ago. I mean, Adobe, you are a multi billion dollar company, why don't you all get your heads out of dark holes and fix this? 10 years is too long....

why does adobe make the installation process a rat maze on their website? I paid for adobe illustrator and my access disapeared into thin air, no email directions nothing, oh but they were quick to take the money though 

Out of nowhere, my Creative Cloud is no longer able to sync.  It says "Syncing..." and has said this for hours no matter what I do, but it has stopped syncing as of some time this morning - I believe this was when it detected that several programs have updates.  I updated the programs as well and that didn't solve the problem.I have tried deleting all of the database files.I have tried deleting the OOBE folder.I have tried rebooting, also booting into safe mode, to no avail - same problem.Tried disabling my firewall and antivirus.Tried exiting and reopening Creative Cloud.Tried reinstalling creative cloud.Tried pausing and unpausing the sync.Tried just waiting for about 5 hours to see if it'd do anything...  Still just shows "Syncing."
