I have an old project for an interactive film I created in  Director. Is there any way to put it on a website so people can watch it and interact with it?   It has sections with audience interactivity, clicking which scene to watch next but there are also sections with scripts which randomly choose the direction of the film so I can't just put the individual film scenes on youtube and have the viewer click to make the selections.   I have the director project both as a dir file and as an exe file and all the original separate movie clips. I also made it as a DVD using adobe encore with the randomised scene sector as well.   I know Adobe has discontinued Director but just wondering if anyone had any advice on what I could use instead. HeySo I have an HP ChromeBook and for class I need to be able to draw on Illustrator, however, I am having difficulty finding a way to download it. My teacher has the software on a USB ready to be downloaded on to the laptop. So I was wondering how will it be possible to download the program onto my laptop and if it is compatible with my updated laptop. Thank you for your patience and your responses!

What is wrong with this program? why does it keep uninstalling itself randomly?

This is so strange, and frustrating.Here are my computer specs.I am having a issue when I save and name files in all adobe programs (After effects, premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator). In photoshop for example When I highlight and delete the default file name of Untitled-2.psd to save a file photoshop will automatically add the ".psd" extention after I tryp my first character. If I type several more letters then backspace It will delete until the "D" in .PSD then generate another".psd" extention on the end of that. Another strange part of this is that if highlight the "Untitled-2" before the extention and delete it it will generate another ".psd"  This video will show you this issue.https://youtu.be/IEQKh4oMN5I Any help is greatly appreciated!

i had to do a factory reset when i signed in to my adobe account it said buy on photoshop, illustrator, and indign did my membership get deleted and how can i get it back 

Old computer crashed and I cloned the disc to a new computer. Everything worked, but cs5 master collection (edu) started saying that the serial is not valid. I contacted adobe support, got new cs5 installation packages, after re-install, serial was still not valid. Then I contacted adobe support again and they said that they do not recognize my serial being a serial number issued by Adobe. I then asked that how it is possible, that I have the same serial number registered to my adobe account and how it has suddenly become invalid.I got no clear answers for that. I have the original cs5 dvd discs - I reinstalled everything and things went smoothly, serial number was accepted. But after reboot photoshop started complaining that the serial was valid. I have the original invoice of the boxed product. Original product did not come with a serial, I had to contact adobe and verify my student status. After that I got an email where the serial number was. I ev

Is this the worst written Adobe app or are the 2 – 3 updates a week required to keep all other apps flourishing? Today the app showed illustrator, InDesign, and photoshop had updates, but again the Creative Cloud had an updates, after which the three apps showed as up-to-date. This happens at least twice a month.

Good day, I recently upgraded to Mac OS Mojave. After doing that I get an error when I'm trying to install After Effects CC 2018, saying "This software cannot be installed on this computer" ... did some looking up and found out that many of the video programs aren't compatible with Mojave... is there any work around for this? (apart from downgrading)Any help will be massively appreciated.

I will try to explain my problem as best as possible since English is not my native language.i have a problem with photoshop 2023 and my desktop computer (i9, amd radeon rx 6600), First of all, let me say that I have tried to install it on my laptop and on my father's computer and it works fine on both, without problems.However, on my desktop computer (i9, radeon rx6600) I install it, I start it and the program opens, so far everything is perfect, it even lets me open photos, the problem comes when I click the mouse on the upper menus (Edition, Help,.....), when I click there I get a blue screen and my computer restarts!but that's not all, I have managed to "solve" it, if I launch the photoshop 2023 program as "administrator" then it works perfectly for me, my computer does not restart...What could be happening on my desktop computer? Why does it restart when I click on those upper menus and yet if I open the program as administrator it works fine for me?&nb

Hi, I upgraded to Windows 10 recently from 8.1, but when I try to launch my current version of Photoshop (v19, 2018 version) it says no subscription found for Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 and to start a trial, and trying to follow the "please contact customer support" when I say I have one (it's the Photography Plan (20GB)) it takes me to a page that says "Your Adobe serial number has expired or is invalid". I tried a couple of fixes like signing out of the app, running the limited acces repair tool, if accepting the trial helped, they didn't work. And then I tried uninstalling it and then installing v22 (oldest version it would allow) and the error seems to stop, but now some of my plugins, etc. are missing, I'm assuming due to age, maybe? Re-installing 2018 version makes my plugins and such re-appear. Unless there's a solution I'm missing for my missing plugins, etc. that you guys know of (couldn't find anything yet), I want to stick to the 2018 version to keep using them. Is th

‌I'm trying to install CS5 onto a new computer from disc and using the original (valid) serial number. I have deactivated the software on my old computer. When I enter the serial number to install on my new computer I get an error message telling me the serial number is invalid. Help!

Hello everyone, I have severe complications while getting the creative Cloud Desktop App to work. The application itself can be installed. However, a connection can not be made with the right servers from adobe. If i go to the DLM.log file i found, that in the end adobe tries to download a file from my companies server which is not possible, as i have cut all possible relation and path variables. At this point I probably need an admin to help me out with this. I've done every reset, reinstall, and file delete in OOBE. The support page is useless and doesn't work. I'm just fishing for literally any help with this "professional" program that apparently can just lock you out of important documents and files.

I have got Adobe Elements 14 this was upgraded many years ago from elements 12. I have built a new computer and have used my ssd drive I have the serial number for 12 but will not except it I only edit the odd family photo please can you help.   Title edited since the original subject had nothing to do with Elements... Hi all. I'm a film student who has just finished university and unfortunately I now cannot afford the Adobe package as £600 a year isn't feasible, however I need Adobe to create material to advertise my skill. I can't get the student package now as I have graduated and despite still having an AC.uk email, I don't have the evidence to say I'm still at uni for a year licence. I'm looking at buying an old CS5/5.5/CS6 CS Premium disk for now. I know they're very old, however I can't afford the subscription. I have a few questions: - If I buy a used one off eBay, will it still work if used?- Are CS5/5.5/6 still redeemable? Have the activation been deleted?- If I purchase a student and teacher one, can I use my university email to activate it? Will it expire? Is there anything else I need to know? I'm on windows 10.Thanks!

I buy a liscence to a friend with my credit card. But when she try to dowload the files with her link in her email she can't. Same with other way to dl it. It says eror 404 , unable to acces to this page. and show this message on the screenshot: I think her account might be setup as member of another contry and can't dowload it because she buy a license with is not viable in NZ. But it's really confusing because i buy it on her computeur with my credit card and we were in NZ.  I would like to got a refond and be able to buy the nz liscence one. I try to got a suppor email that could helps me but i can't find it anywhere.  Please kindly provide some helps or at least a support email/phone number.  Thanks

I want to buy a mac at the end of the year.Is it possible if I buy a license to use it on my windows now and on the mac later??

I am in New Hampshire, a no sales tax state. I have been on the phone for over an hour andhave been passed to 3 different people trying to get someone at Adobe to understand. They want a tax exemption certificate. But there is no such thing. New Hampshire does not have a sales tax. How can I talk to someone who is familiar with doing business in the United States?
