Download & Install

I am on macOS 12.6.5. When I try to update the Creative Cloud application, it downloads "1%", then the internet connection of my Mac breaks down and the computer freezes. The only "solution" is to shut the computer down by using the on-off-button (nothing else works). How can I solve this issue? All I want to do is my Lightroom installation.

I have downloaded and installed Adobe onto a second computer (I have a 2 computer annual subscription); it installs the Creative Cloud initially - but extremely slowly, and then tells me to install Adobe Acrobat from the CC. Again, this takes a very long time with notifications that it is taking longer than normal. Once all is installed, I then periodically get notifications - even when I'm not using Adobe, that 'Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the CC from ...'  The original computer I have the system installed on is very rarely on at present so I am not running the software on 2 computers simultaneously.  I am trying to install onto an HP laptop with the following specs. Processor Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3060 @ 1.60GHz 1.60 GHzInstalled RAM 4.00 GB (3.85 GB usable)System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Hi all, I downloaded and used the free trial for Premiere Pro and After Effects to make a video, then cancelled the subscriptions about six days after signing up. However, I can still open my projects and still edit like normal, albeit with the pop up wanting me to subscribe again and such. I am under the impression this is a bug? If not, may I make any future edit work in this state?  Thank you.

OK... so this has been annoying me since I have been using Adobe Software decades ago. But it's only getting worse. Or at least still hasn't been completely dealt with... and since CC we get even more of it. Why can't Adobe figure out a way to group their Apps together, simplify the overall structure and App Experience of the whole process. It's a world class mess.  In the Application folder, there*s already two additional CC apps which from a user POV should be only 1 single app...Adobe Creative CloudAdobe Extension Manager CC and then again in the Utilities Folder there's 5! folders instead of just 1, even taking up a complete row in my utility folder chooser, which is annoying as you know what. Is there a way I can put in the serial number into the trail version I already had downloaded on my computer?

I have a Mac Pro late 2013 running 10.10.4 with CS6 Production Premium installed and am having problem installing and updating Creative Cloud.After I installed Creative Cloud(2.1.3.121). I tried to install CC2015(After effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Illustrator). Every single one of them stuck at 90% during the installation process.As soon as I quit CC, I get a notification saying the app has been successfully installed. It is indeed, I can open all of these apps and start using it.Then I get another notification saying there are updates for these apps. I tried to update but all of them stuck at 0%.Obviously I am not the only one experiencing this problem. So I have tried to do the following things:- Log out CC and log in again.- Restarting the Mac- Quit all the Adobe process in activity monitor and uninstall CC, then re-install CC.- Rename 'caps' in the /Library/Application support to 'caps.old', and re-install CC.- Rename 'OOBE' in /Library/Application suport to 'OOBE.old', and

CS6 Installation unter Windows 11 - Programme können nur über rechts Maustaste "als Administrator ausführen geöffnet" werden. Die Windows eigene Kompitabitätsanpassung funktioniert bei CS6 nicht. Auch wenn die Programme als "Windows 7" Programme eingestellt sind, muss ein CS6 Programm immer über "als Administrator ausführen" geöffnet werden. Das ist sehr nervig.Gibt es eine Lösung oder einen Tipp?Mein Windows 11 Benutzerkonto ist das Administratorkonto. Ich habe das über lusrmgr.msc richtig eingestellt.Ich möchte weiterhin die CS6 benutzen und nicht als Notlösung zum Xara Designer wechseln.Danke für jede Hilfe.

Ho installato Photoshop 2020 per un po ', ma alla fine ho aggiornato al 2022.  Se provo a disinstallare tramite il pannello di controllo, ricevo un errore che dice "Il prodotto specificato non è installato su questa macchina. Si prega di uscire dal programma di installazione e ricominciare da capo." Ho provato la cosa Creative Cloud Cleaner e non ha rilevato Photoshop 2020, solo 2022

I installed many apps on account 1, and if I log out and log into account 2, the apps are no longer shown in creative cloud. Why?

For months, I have had ‘Updating Creative Cloud’ stuck at 0%.I could open the apps but not update them—nothing will install until this Creative Cloud ‘update’ is complete. Recently I've needed update the apps to complete a project. Without finding any way to get the Creative Cloud app to update automatically, I have repaired the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleaned out Creative Cloud and all the associated apps, reinstalled, cleaned the app and deleted any Adobe-related file I could on my computer, and reinstalled again under a different account and again in my own account; and every time I reinstall, Creative Cloud is showing ‘updating…0%’ from the get-go. This can't be right as the latest version should be downloaded upon reinstall, right? (note I restarted between most stages of my trial and error) There is no networks protections on my computer or my home network itself that I'm aware of. I feel like I have taken every step besides wiping my entire

Hi, my mac has been to the repair shop and now i have to install Creative Cloud again, but it wont - i dobble click on the .dmg and it looks like its installing but then disappears.  One of the advices is to go to terminale and paste the command: sudo chmod 1777 /tmp AND then type password. BUT WHICH PASSWORD?? ive tried both the CC password and my computers but nothing happened??

This has been a topic before, I know, cf. e.g. Jan 29, 2018  However, I've just reinstallede Lightroom Classic on a freesh Win10-installation so the problem comes to mind: Once again, Adobe has put an Adobe folder in my Documents. Surely, this has been fixed by now? What is Adobe doing in my Documents Folder? C:\Users\Kasper\Documents\Adobe\dynamiclinkmediaserver\12.1 Seems like the folder is empty but it just shouldn't be there.   

I have a license for Adobe Photoshop CS4. I have it installed on one computer. I would like to move the installation to a different computer. I do not have an installer. I can't figure out how to download the installer anymore. Copying the program files over does not allow me to enter my license information, it's just broken.

This just started happening.I have already logged out, quit CC, restarted CC and logged back in, with no effect.It shows LrC and CameraRaw in the "Installed" section but PS now appears in the "Available in your plan" section, with an (Install) button.  I can run PS normally from the Windows start menu.Not sure if it's meaningful, but the currently installed version of PS is 24.0, but in CC under "Other versions" it lists 24.0.1 as the current version.

I am asking about sites like <removed url-kglad> which contains adobe pirated software and i have reported to adobe about that site too, but no response or action. I think adobe is not angry with pirated softwares  

Salem aaykom,I install the CC application on my desktop in order to use the adobe xd app. After creating an account and open it, i didn't found adobe xd in the list of app availables in the application. Any idea please?

I'm struggling to get a download link to inDesign CC 2021. The virtual assistant is no help and I couldn't reach a real person to send me the link I need. Thanks in advance for your help 🙏 Alan

Has anyone else had trouble validating serial numbers during the install process of CS6 in the last week or so?I cant get it to validate a legit serial number that is registered to my adobe account. When I try to validate the serial number it comes up with a “Please connect to the Internet and retry” error, saying it isn’t connected to the internet. If I hit retry it will come up with the same screen again and if I hit connect it will let me install and even run updates of the programs but won’t validate, which will only leave the software useable for 7days.I have tried this on both a Sierra and Yosemite Mac, both freshly reformatted and I get the same problem. I also tried from home and through my phone just incase our work router, internet, virus protection software was casuing issues.  The strange thing is that I reformatted a machine last month and its all OK. I spent time on adobe chat last night and they even issued me a new serial number, but that didnt work either and

I didnt found any posibility to chat with an employee via chat so i need to write my problem here. According to my profil on adobe im verified as a student till August 2023 but still paying 62€ instead 30€. Appriciate any help 🙂

I just paid for my subscription and although it works on the web version of Lightroom Cloud. It keeps showing that it is Prepapring my Subscription both on my iPad and my iPhone and it has been going on for a while now. It usually gets done in a minute or two but it's been in that loop for a while now. Any help will be appreciated
