Download & Install

Pls help. When i try to download adobe photoshop on mac i get transfered to a site which says "Install creative cloud and photoshop" and "account authentication" beneath. When i press proceed i am asked for a "system password". What is that? Hope to find help.

I have recently been forced to upgrade to 10.10 and unfortunately cs3 needs reinstalling.I have the disks and when I install via the set-up assistant it cannot install and says in red it can't.What can I do?Thank you.

I'm using Mac OS and I've selected open at login for Photoshop but my Illustrator and InDesign apps won't open at login (won't show as checked in dock or system preferences)

 I am not able to download adobe xd free version from cc after sighned in . CC is not showing adobe xd icon .

I purchased a Lightroom subscription via [removed by moderator}, a third party discount site and was provided with a link to download, but the voucher (discount code) didn't work.  Due to this, the distributor (Adobe presumably) upgraded me to the entire Master Collection from which to install Lightroom and provided me with a licence number for the product.  I've installed Creative Cloud and Lightroom trial, but can't see how to upgrade to a full licence without paying for another subscription.  This is so frustrating as the third parties are very slow to respond and I've been unable to find support online despite hours of research. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi, please is there a way to uninstall really old versions of Photoshop and Lightroom Classic.  I am on Mac OS12, Monterey. In the past I have installed new versions but kept the old ones. I have LRC 8.1 and 8.4, and PS 2014,2017, and 2018. I want to get rid of all them now as I have newer versions which work well. None of these apps now show up in Creative Cloud except PS 2018, for which there is an uninstall prompt. In Applications, in each of these apps there is an uninstaller. Is using this the only way of removing them, and crucially, will that remove all the bits and pieces in both the Libraries on my Mac? Or will i have to go searching for these to delete them manually. I need to install Illustrator on a PC with no internet connection.  I understand Illustrator is now subscription based. Is there a workaround for me to install and update the software on this non-internet PC while I continue to pay for the subscription?

Hi! I am not able to download or see Adobe XD anywhere in my CC

Seeing as I could not find any solutions to the problem of installing CC Apps on a removable drive, I'm going to share my own in case others find it helpful. In my setup, I have a 128gb external SD card in a tablet with only 32gb preinstalled. Adobe Creative Cloud manager would not let me install any programs to the SD Card (my 😧 drive) because it is a removable disk.My fix involves simply mounting the external drive in an empty folder on the C: drive, so that creative cloud is unaware of the true path of the drive.Right click on the windows menu and choose disk management.Right click on the partition you want to install Adobe CC applications to.Select "Change Drive Letters and Paths..."Click Add.Point to an empty NTFS folder on the C drive that you would like to use as your mount point. Myself, I used "C:\ExtSD"Click OK.Now you can select a folder on your external drive through the mount point on your C: drive, which to Adobe, simply looks like a folder.I used "C:\ExtSD\Progra

I have two logins one through work and one on my ipad.  Currently i would need to login as one user, download files, logout, relogin with a different user to access software.  Is it possible to login under two separate accounts.at the same time on one machine

I have purchased the Teacher edition of Creative Cloud from Amazon. I have been sent a product code to enter in order to activate it but it keeps saying that the code is invalid. I have contacted Amazon and they said I need to contact Adobe. I have been through the Adobe support pages and have checked the code is correct and I keep getting the same message about the code being invalid. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm not sure is this on right place at this forum but for some reason I can't install Creative Cloud at all on my computer.My computer is MacBook Air M1 with newest OS.When I download installer here:https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/creative-cloud?locale=en But when I click to stat it it doesn't do anything. I can see it on activity monitori but it just stayes there and nothing happens. Sometimes it get "Not responding" and sometimes doesn't.I have tried to run at creativecloud cleaning app but it doesn't do anything and only tells me that there is something to fix on my hosts file but it can't do anything and when I check my hosts file it looks normal.I have rebooted my computer few times and I tried to run cleaning with OnyX too but nothing has changed. I have tried to delete files from cache and library etc. but no change.

Esto afecta mi trabajo el cual estoy haciendo inutilmente, que puedo hacer para arreglar esto ya que mi trabajo ya es muy lento y aveces tengo que reiniciar la lap para proseguir igualmente econ photoshopy lightroom , cuando no se activa la aplicación todo se vuelve interminable

Le disque dur principal ( C: ) est un SSD de faible capacité.J'aimerai pouvoir installer Adobe CC, Lightroom et Photoshop sur mon autre disque dur mais malheureusement je n'y arrive pas.J'ai lu plusieurs topic de solutions proposées mais aucune ne fonctionne.Etant donne que ce que je veux installer me prends trop de place, je me retrouve avec un PC qui ne me sert à rien car je ne peux pas l'utiliser.J'espère que vous pourrez me proposer des solutions viables pour pouvoir installer ce que je dois ailleurs que sur C:par avance merci.
