Hello Forum,I would like to download some new fonts. I think I need to do this via Creative Cloud App. I had uninstalled Creative Cloud earlier via my system's regular uninstall process (although I realize now I shouldn't have). Problem is, I try to download Creative Cloud again and it seems I need to use the Creative Cloud Uninstaller before I can reinstall Creative Cloud desktop app. I am worried that this will delete my work / files that I have created using Illustrator and InDesign. Can someone reassure me that this is not the case. Also, what is the best way to obtain new (preferably free) fonts?Appreciatively,Jen

After speaking with Adobe via the Chat system I was told that my macOS version is too old to run PS and LRC.Well, I am!PS: 21.2.5LRC: 9.4 What I wanted to check is that these are the latest verions that my macOS can support.Any information would be gratefuly recieved. Thanks,Simon

Hi. I have a CC subscription. I'm running Mac OS 10.14.6. I don't want to upgrade my OS as other software would be rendered obsolete. Is there a way of accessing legacy versions of Lightroom Classic? There is no "earlier versions" option for Lightroom Classic within the CC desktop app.Thanks

 I have an old/unsupported version of Adobe Acrobat and need a newer version so I can upgrade my OS.When I click the “download” link under Adobe Acrobat Standard DC,  I get a message that reads “this app is not currently available for your platform.” .  What is the solution? Thanks.

Bonjour a tous,   Mon problème est le suivant, a chaque fois que j'appuye sur la barre espace lorsque je me trouve sur indesign ou photoshop, cela me ferme automatiquement le logiciel.   Depuis quelques jours il impossible pour moi de résoudre ce problème, j'ai biensur essayer de désinstaller et réinstaller et j'ai aussi été voir les raccourci clavier mais je trouve rien.   Merci pour votre précieuse aide si quelqu'un a la soultion.   [Le modérateur a provisoirement déplacé le fil de discussion du forum Acrobat vers Download&Install]

Recebi notificação para atualizar 6 apps (entre eles illustrator e photoshop). Cliquei em atualizar tudo e imediatamente apareceu janela de erro "conflito na atualização" e fechou tudo. Quando reiniciei a creative cloud desktop apareceu como atualizada, mas sem qualquer registro das atualizações. Não deu tempo de ver os outros 4 apps que teriam atualizações, mas o Dimension não está mais renderizando pela GPU, ele reinicia de onde parei, mas renderizando pela CPU toda vez que eu altero nas preferências. Agora mesmo travou geral, nem consigo fechar

Hi all,The publishing group I'm working with has determined that v 15.1.3 is the most stable instance of InDesign; creating the least amount of glitchy behaviour in our shared files. I have the most recent version installed and I'm trying to install the previously mentioned version alongside. However, in my CC dashboard, the options only seem to go as far back as v. 15.1.4Does anyone have any idea where or how I can install the version I'm looking for? It's from 2020 -- I don't understand why it wouldn't be available!?Thanks

Lightroom 6.31,mit der neusten version 6.31 kann ich lightroom plötzlich nicht mehr nutzen..... startet zwar im ersten moment auf und schliesst sich gleich wieder von selbst...... somit ist diese software im moment (für mich) unnutzbar.... 😞 Warum ist dies so ? Mach ich etwas falsch (habe nichts in den Einstellungen oder Hardware geändert ?!? Für eventuellen Beistand wäre ich dankbar. Gruss Dudu

Many times when I turn on the computer CC tells me I have updates. Today it said there were four. When I click on the CC app to update them it shows that all apps are already updated. I just installed the Photoshop update yesterday as well as the new CC update. I'm running Windows 8 64 bit and I am logged in to the administrator account.Notice how at the top of the screen capture (image above) it says that I have one update. But when I click on it to see the update it says there are none. (See screen capture below)This is extremely frustrating and convinces me that the CC app is seriously screwed up.

Can run the original install of LR v6 from it's own icon on the dock but when I try to run the one with updates (v 6.3) from the Adobe CC icon, I just get the 'Lightroom quit unexpectedly' error. If I check for updates when running 6.0, it says it's up to date (and obviously it's not).Any suggestions?Thanks.

I've been trying to install it for a little bit now. I've followed all the help options that I've come across and yet nothing seems to be working. I also tried the cleaner tool and still nothing. I follow the instructions but I keep getting the same result. "Installation error 1" Some help would be very much appreciated.

J'explique.Voilà à cause du problème de compatibilité de certaines fontes sur adobe à partir de la Version 18.2.1 on ne peut plus utiliser les documents créer avec certaines fontes. Avant, je pouvais avoir deux versions de InDesign mais là, il veut obligatoirement installer la mise à jour.

I am looking to get the CREATIVE CLOUD fro teacher. Where I think you get 20 apps. The main ones I need is Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and a few more. I am using a MAC. QUESTION 1:When you get the creative cloud, do all 20 app download to my computer? Asking because the new base MAC only have a 256GB hard drive and I am afraid it's not a lot of space for operating system and all the apps + all my design files? QUESTION 2:If I need to download the app I want to use in my computer, is there a list somewhere where I can see the size of each app? I KNOW I can get a bigger HD and that is what I am trying to figure out, when my needs are going to be. Thanks.
