Good morning,I can't install Adobe Premiere Pro on my mac. Could you tell me which settings should I set up on my computer in order to be able to use the software,please.Thank you.Deborah

I do remember we used to have a forum dedicated for General Adobe CC issues. I cannot find the forum now.   My question is related to the legacy (older) Creative Cloud applications which we used to get in the desktop menu, see below… Recently Adobe changed the desktop menu fully, and we're now limited to two older versions only from the desktop menu We, however, can access yet one other older version from this help page.   I have a large Academic client who has a Certiport Testing Center for their faculty and students to be Adobe Certified Associate. The issue is Certiport system is only compatible with the following versions… Photoshop 2018 version: 19.1.8Illustrator 2018 version: 22.1Premier Pro 2018 version: 12.1.2   Now, the above versions aren't too old, I'm surprised that Adobe would give us a chance to download v.2017, but not 2018?   Any clue where we can get above-shown version?

Segementation Fault (Mac OS) While trying to install after effects or photoshop or any adobe products terminal says this Message (Screenshot Attached) Segmentation Fault. Any ideas on this..??

I redeemed a code for the prolonguation of my creative photo subscription. It took the code but did not give me the licence. When I enter the code again it says: " code has already been used". What can I do?I will now try to use a second code I still have, however I want the subscription time for code 1 as well...Thanks for help.Kind regards John

J'avais Photoshop elements sur mon ancien ordinateur (sous XP). je n'arrive pas à le réinstaller sous mon nouvel ordinateur (sous windows 7) car j'ai toujours ce message d'erreur :  "L'installation de Photoshop elements nécessite Internet explorer 4.0 ou version ultérieure. L’installation va être abandonnée". J'ai la version 11.0.7 de IE sur mon nouvel ordinateur même si j'utilise habituellement Mozilla Firefox. merci d'avance de votre réponse.

If I want to fit a newer/bigger SSD on my Mac to use for system OS and applications only, can I simply just clone my existing drive or use the Apple migration assistant to transfer everything over for me? If I remember correctly, isn’t registration linked to the drive itself? Do I need to uninstall everything first and then reinstall everything on the new drive? 128GB drive, 75GB used and 53GB available, so not sure if it's worth the hassle or not. Still a fair amount of space left as all docs, pics, music etc. all live on other drives. If it ain’t broke an all that!!!

I'm building a new computer system and wanted to make sure I could reinstall my CS5 Production Suite on the new system. I have all my DVD's and my key codes, do I have to do anything so Adobe doesn't think I am installing it on a second PC ?

Twice, in the past 3 months,  I was informed by Adobe tech support, That CS6 Master Collection is compatable and will work with Mojave. I am getting crashes with all except, Photoshop and Bridge. Adobe tech told me that there were solutions on this site yet I can't find any. Other than rolling back, does anyone have any thoughts?

I just upgraded my PC to windows 10 and I still have my old software but I tried to install the new software and I keep getting Error 176 on all the softwares I try to download and I don't know what to do.

Hi. After having substitued the mother board (defective after many years) of my pc, when I try to launch any software of the cs6 master collection, a box appears telling me to signin to my adobe account to start the trial of this collection. I don't want to use my second installation possibility (I'm planning to buy a modern pc) so, have I to continue, use the trial and then (probably) insert the code number of the suite or this will lead to the second installation? Thanks to anyone that can help me.

I have 2 user accounts on my Mac, both of which have the Adobe CC app installed along with most of the suite. The problem is that, on my 'other' user account (the one which I didn't use when intalling the apps), it thinks only a few apps are installed... and doesn't register the rest of them. Is there a way to fix this?

I need to install photoshop 2020, since the company where I work plugins were created there, but the 2023 tool does not run them for me and I urgently need to install or get 2020.

Adobe Community.  All I wanted was full Adobe Acrobat . When I purchased that, Adobe also downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud. I did not ask for that or want it. This morning, I lost close to an hour of time while Adobe Creative Cloud did some sort of unasked for update on my computer. After the update, my computer was running very slowly. I have uninstalled Adobe Creative Cloud. Running Windows 10 fully updated on a relatively new Dell PC. Not sure what the issue is, but I warn all PC users to consider NOT INSTALLING Adobe Creative Cloud. 

I have a fully legitimate and purchased copy of CS6.  I am trying to install it on my new laptop however I keep getting a message that the serial number is invalid. The customer service people tell me that my serial number is good to go but because they no longer support this version of the product they can't (or won't) help me.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but still get the same error message.  It is very frustrating - does anyone have any suggestions? Cheers Phil

Hello, I bought the Photoshop Elements product via Showroomprivée in France, I received a redemption code with 10 characters. I downloaded the Photoshop Elements application on my PC, but there is no way to convert this code into a serial number, the page I am sent to indicates that it does not exist (error404). https://www.adobe.com/go/getserial_frThanks in advance.
