Hi, I tried to reinstall CS 6 on my Mac High Sierra. I downloaded the .dmg file from my Adobe account. However there is an error message popping up immediatly, stating that a file is missing to initialize the installer of Adobe.Anyone here to help me?

I have an old version of Audition (3.0) that works fine with Windows 10. I have a new computer and would like to install it. But I can't find a way to get the previous procedure to work. Any advice on how to do this?

Having downloaded and installed PS Elements 13, in the process of launching the program I have to enter my 13 character serial number into the six boxes provided on screen. When I start to enter the first characters, nothing appears on the screen in response.Can anyone help please?

Please consider making it easier to disable the Creative cloud app..Now it does not respect the choice made in Windows - to NOT start on every boot..Normally with apps like these it is possible to disable autostart - even without having to log in first..Now I had to make an account here JUST to remove an annoying little unwanted app!

I downloaded Adobe CS6, which I purchased and tried reinstalling it.  Once I clicked on the Installer, the following message popped up.Adobe Installer"Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to missing files.  Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem."As the Adobe Support Advisor is discontinued, what do I do.  I went to the forums, but I do not understand the procedures for diagnosing and correcting the problem.Please help!Peter

Right so I've been trying to install after effects for about over 3 weeks now and it won't work and pops up with the error code 21 and says my system doesn't meet the minimal requirements when I'm 99.9% sure I've got everything I need to have. I have the intel core i5-6400 processor, 20 gb of ram, Nvidia GeForce 750 ti graphics card, 64 bit windows 10 so I have no idea what the problem could possibly be. Sorry the pic above is in polish so some people might not understand what it says.

I recently upgraded my photoshop subscription. My question is should I delete my old version first then install the newer version?

i am so angry. the install for photoshop which i am doing always fails at about 10%. My drive has more than enough space and the error is incredibly frustrating and confusing. PLEAE HELP!!!

Good afternoon, I have an old computer (Windows 7) running PSE9. I want to transfer the program to my new computer (Windows 11).  I was able to grab my product key from the Adobe website, and download PSE9 to my new computer. When I try to deactivate PSE9 (via the help menu on the application toolbar) on the old computer, I get an error that says: "Please connect to the Internet, then press Continue." I am connected to the internet and can access commercial websites on both computers. When I try to activate (via the help menu on the application toolbar) on the new computer, I get an error that says: "Could not register your product at this time. Try again later."  When I try to sign in, I get an error that says "Photoshop.com services are currently unavailable. Please try again later or check your network connections. Error 400." Any help anyone can provide is much appreciated.  Thank you!

Hi, I have a new computer, a Mac Mini M1 (macOS Monterey 12.6.2) I got the message that Creative Cloud is damaged. I have tried the "repair" option with no success. I have tried to install Creative Cloud again but then I get error code 1.I migrated Lightroom Classic and Photoshop from my Macbook Pro 2015 (Monterey 12.6.1), which I now realize was a big mistake.I have tried unistalling Creative Cloud with no success. Would the easiest way to solve this be to reset the Mac Mini to factory setting and start all over again? Or is that a bad idea?  

Purchased PE 2023 via the Adobe website yesterday. Downloaded the installer, went through the install process but got the 'Reconnect to Internet' error message after entering my serial number. Eventually got that fixed and appeared to successfully activate the install on my Windows 11 laptop. Successfully launched the Photo Editor and then after 5 seconds or so, got a pop-up to say that my serial number has been revoked! I uninstalled PE 2023, used the CC Cleaner tool to remove all Adobe content from my laptop and repeated the install process with the same result - when trying to activate, I get the 'Serial Revoked' message Called Adobe Tech Support who confirmed that my serial is genuine and non-revoked. My issue is to be escalated and I'll apparently receied an email. Nothing yet...not even a ticket number. Any advice from Adobe support? Anyone else had the same issue? Thanks,David

Greetings,Can any of you advise me on what Adobe files I can safely trash from my Applications > Utilities folder?I just got a new iMac computer (running Ventura) and transferred everything over from an older computer (running Sierra).I'm sure some of this stuff is duplicate or not needed.I have attached a screenshop showing the Adobe components in my Application > Utilities folder.I had been using standalone CS4 on the older iMac running Sierra.  For years, I felt fortunate to have an affordable working solution.On the old computer (just a few weeks ago), I signed up for a yearly CC subscription, and the Creative Cloud App was installed and functioning, but I did not take the step to install any of the actual Adobe CC applications yet.  So I know that some of these components are part of CC, particularly as indicated by the dates and the style of the icons.Once everything was transferred to the new iMac running Ventura, I deleted every Adobe CS4 application and re

Hi,I bought my laptop (HP Pavilion x360 14-dw0028na Convertible) in late 2020.All of my Adobe software has stopped working properly in the last few months. Hello! I recently had to replace my motherboard, and now my CS6 Desing and Web Premium installation tells me that my trial will expire in 29 days. The license key I have does not successfully activate it, as after I open Photoshop again, it says that "The serialnumber __ is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 29 days to use this product." When I try to view the products on my account, none are showing up, and it shows no activated devices either. (I tried looking to see if the license is under a different email, but it does not appear to be under any others.) Trying to enter the serial number in the Products results in it saying that "This serial number is already in use." All of my hard drives remained the same, including the one where the OS is installed, and Windows successfully activated / continued to fully work after the motherboard change. Windows did automatically upgrade to Window 11, but I tried reverting to Windows

I have a Foto-Abo (20 GB) package since years for my PC. Do I need an extra package to pay for my laptop, or is one Abo enough for both devices?

Could we have a filter to not update the applications if this update induces a loss of performance?For example you would write:END OF SUPPORT FOR NVIDIA KEPLER SERIES GPUSBut it is not normal to force users to change hardware for a decision that is not technical because it is always possible to maintain current optimal performance with a scalable multi-driver configuration.We must be able to block an update if the support for the hardware used is abandoned to allow us to find software alternatives without loss of productivity.For my part, as long as this filter does not exist, I block all updates.

Is there those who know how to install install Production Premium on Ventura 13.1? 

I have seen a few people post here and the responses are always very vague, so I will try again in case I have missed something. I have a student monthly subscription that is finishing its 12 months that I want to cancel. I am unable to cancel because there is no button for it on my account, apparently because the university administrator is the person I need to speak to for cancellation. I don't know who that is, so how can I cancel? I am also not allowed to speak to anyone at Adobe because when I click on the chat box it says:-----Please contact your administrator for help.A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help.For product tutorials and step-by-step instructions, try our online help.-----I literally have no options to cancel!
