Ich verwende auf meinem Mac Book die Photoshop Version CC 2018. Bis vor einer Woche konnte ich PS ohne Probleme nutzen. Wenn ich Photoshop jetzt öffnen möchte, dann wird von mir verlangt mich anzumelden. Wenn ich das gemacht habe, schlägt er mir aber vor die Testversion zu nutzen ober eine Lizenz zu kaufen. Habe Photoshop bereits de- und wieder neu installiert. Das Problem ist nach wie vor vorhanden. Kann mir hier vielleicht jemand weiterhelfen?

Hi  I will soon need to remove my CC account from this Mac as I use it at work and a new employee will be using it and will need to subscribe to a new CC account on this machine . What is the best way to do this ?

I have been trying to install PhotoShop on my Mac and it has just been stuck at "Waiting..." and will not download any further. I have other Adobe apps like Illustrator and Lightroom installed so I am not sure why PS won't download.

when LR would not start because of missing DLL (substrate and ui) I unstalles LR classic and attempted to reinstall it the new installtion hung up at 90% and did not go further

My subscription renewed automatically, but the problem isn't there the problem is that actually i don't have money in my account to pay the subscription and i found that all my programs started usually working even i don't have money to renew.

THIS IS SERIOUSRecently, my internet connection drops to near zero responsiveness when Creative Cloud is performing an update of an application like Premiere or Photoshop. I managed to workaround the issue by setting the priority of setup,exe to low in the Windows Task manager. The issue is so intrusive that mail and browsing no longer work and the outside world no longer exists.  Also, an update takes hours. When the update is cancelled, normal internet operation resumes.

I cannot install any plugins through the creative cloud for any application. The ones I have installed are:PhotoshopIllustratorAcrobatXDFor Photoshop and Illustrator, any time I try to install a plugin I get this error:For XD, the problem is a little different. At first, I tried installing plugins through the in-app marketplace, but it would just keep loading for a long time and eventually quit. When I try to install plugins through the Creative Cloud app, it says that my version for XD is not up-to-date.I tried seeing if there were any missing updates, both on the "Updates" tab as well as through Menu > Help> Check For Updates, but all apps seem to be up-to-date.This is a big damper on my workflow.

Hi there, I'd like to download Adobe XD but the current version of the app that's showing in the Creative Cloud downloas list is not compatible with the Mac OS software I have installed (10.13.4). I had XD on the Mac previously so I know that there is a compatible version. I've tried to follow the instructions here on the forum and in the Adobe Help Centre for downloading a previous version but quite simply, when I click on the 3 dots next to Adobe XD in the Creative Cloud download list "Other Versions" is not available. Please note that upgrating the Mac OS is not an option. Can anyone help? Or let me know how on earth I can contact an actual person at Adobe for help? Many thanks, Jayne. 

J'ai procédé à une annulation d'installation alors que je téléchargeais une mise à jour de Lightroom Classic via Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. Depuis cette annulation, la fenetre de Creative Cloud Desktop reste desesperement bloquée sur le messgae "annulation..." sans me reproposer une reprise du téléchargement. Comment débloquer cette situation ? Merci

I just did an update on my computer to MAC OS version 10.15 i can not longer use my Adobe Bridge CS5.1 or Adobe Device Central CS5.5 i have done all the updates I can find....PLEASE HELP!   [Topic edited by moderator.]

When I launched my cc desktop app to use typekit, it wanted me to update. The update failed error 1001. I wasn't able to use it, so I uninstalled and then installed again with no luck. It initializes the installer and starts the download for the desktop app, but then disappears. I have used the cc cleaner, but all that did was remove my photoshop! Help.

I can't find my plan. I pay monthly plan for students, I have access to the program package, but there is no information about the tariff plan in my profile.

I need to downgrade Premiere Pro from the newest version to one before 22. Those are not shown in my CC-account anymore as a downgrade option. How can I still get that version? Thanks

when I try to sign in to CC on my toolbar at the top of my computer it asks for my username and pword (which are correct) but won't let me sign in. The screen says "You have been signed out". I can log in to the adobe site so the username and password are correct but I can't download programs….

Do I need to be connected to the internet to use Photoshop CC?

i had to reset my pc due to connection issues and it uninstalled my apps, including photoshop. im trying to reinstall it as i have a piece i have to have done saturday but it wont load the actual download page, every other page is fine, its just the download page?

Hi, I downloaded Dreamweaver CS6 from my Adobe account and started to install it on my new computer. However, the serial number - ie. the one Adobe approved years ago - isn't accepted (claims it to be invalid)... Any hints about?

My adobe cloud installer wont uninstall 3 prerelease programs I have. I've done all the adobe cloud cleaner stuff. Can I just drag them away, or will that leave gigabytes of hidden stuff? It's the space I want.  Mac OS Ventura 13.1    

Can I have both Photoshop and Photoshop Elements loaded on my computer?  If I remove Elements and want it back later can I download it?  

Bonjour, j'ai téléchargé samedi passé LR mais j'ai fait une petite faute dans mon adresse mail. Hier, à l'ouverture de LR, une fenêtre m'a demandé d'indiquer le code reçu sur mon adresse mail. Hélas, comme je me suis trompée d'adresse, je n'ai pas accès à ce code, et donc je n'ai plus accès à LR, mais par contre, je vais devoir payer l'abonnement à partir de la fin de la semaine, quand la période d'essai sera terminée. Je ne trouve pas comment m'en sortir sur la page d'aide. Pouvez-vous m'aider ? Merci d'avance

Have once bought a CS5 upgrade as the last chance for possible upgrade to CS6.0 from CS4.0.This CS 5 didn't have any serial nummber, because it was never installed, because when ordered the upgrade you could immediately install the CS6.0 upgrade.Now I want to reinsatll the CS6.0 on my new computer, but the system asks me after entering the correct CS 6.0 serieal number for the CS5 serial number - which I NEVER GOT.How can I now install my CS 6.0 on my new computer? Could someone give me some help?
