Download & Install

Hi all,After installing PSE 2023, tried to upgrade the camera raw plugin to the 15.1 (at this time the plugin installed is 14.4) but it doesn't want to upgrade.I tried from the Photo Editor (Help -> Install camera raw...) but although it seems like installing it, nothing happens and it still shows 14.4.I tried downloding the installer directlyhttps://helpx.adobe.com/uk/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-in-installer.htmlbut still no joy (again it looks like installing but then when I relaunch PSE 2023 it still shows 14.4 and "install camera raw..." available).Tried uninstall/reinstall PSE 2023. Tried to close all possible Adobe tasks (there are 2x that keep reopening almost immediately - IPC broker and Content Synchronizer) but no luck.Rebooted pc and reinstall it.Installed camera raw plugin in both Trial and activated versions.Can you please suggest something else to try?OS: Win 11. Thank you for your time Michele

Okay, now I'm experiencing the same issue as the original poster. I downloaded the InDesign Installer, see a dialogue that says "Double-click the folder to install Adobe Creative Cloud and InDesign", and when I perform the action of double-clicking the folder nothing happens. I'm using a Mac with plenty of space and have restarted my computer. Nothing seems to be changing. Help!

Im tyring to install CS6 on my new computer, when I type in my serial number it gives me a response that the serial number is already in use... How do I get CS6 on my new machine.

I just purchased the elements and download the file. During installation I get an error message: "sign in failed. Please try  to load sign- in window again". I tried login in and out several times , also change the password. It apprears none of them are working. I apprecaite any help I can get, Thank you

I downloaded CS6 Design Standard from my Adobe account. Up to now have used it solely on my MacBook Pro, but want to use it on my iMac (running Mojave) as per the licence agreement. All CS6 programmes are now installed, but when I entered the serial number it wouldn't validate it. The number is correct. The help page I was directed to merely said that the licence "may be expired or fraudulent", and I can't get any further than that. The number is the one that was issued when I bought CS6 nine years ago, and is registered with on my account. The licence has no time limit, so regardless of whether CS6 is "supported" or not, the serial number should still be possible to validate. I'd really appreciate it if Adobe could help, I don't seem to be the only one with a problem getting my genuine number to be validated...

Hi all,  I recently installed Creative Cloud and have not been able to get it to load once.  I have tried every suggestion I've seen:- updated all drivers and system updates- start in administrator- uninstall, use CC cleaner and reinstall- use AdobeLimitedAccessRepairTool to check host file- manually check host file (nothing adobe in there) I have been in touch with Adobe Support and they remotely controlled the PC and tried a few fixes but were also unsuccessful. They recommended doing any updates possible on the computer though was told upgrading to Windows 11 was not necessary. I'm running Windows 10, and Update & Security says the processor is too old and therefore unsupported for Windows 11.  I'm at a loss for what to try next. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

I bought the plan but I can only see some of the apps and most of them don't show,I have tried everything including contacting the agents yet the issue still hasn't been resolved. I have tried logging in to my account from my old mac and when I do, I can see all the apps (Though I can't install any since the sytems is really old) but I can't see the apps from my main (Windows 11) PC. I also can't install the apps from the website because when I click install, it launches the Creative Cloud Desktop app but nothing happens.Image for reference to how my apps look.

Hello! I hope someone can help me. I have claimed the 9month subscription of Adobe XD from Coursera. On my plans it says I have it. But when I go to the app page, there is no place to download. If I click on "try" it asks for another subscription, and when I click on Adobe XD subscription, it says I already have one and it doesnt let me download.  Any idea what am I doing wrong?

Hi,  I purchsed several Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, DC) that are active on an old PC that I would like transferred to my new PC. I have the license keys, but am unable to get them transferred as I did not have a cloud account established at that time. I have been handed off to numerous Adobe support team members with no resolution for what seems to be a fairly trivial matter. Appreciate any assistance that can be shed. Thanks.

Good morning. After receiving the Adobe CC Photoshop error message telling me my scratch disk was full, I recovered a lot of storage space and reopened CC. (No programmes were deleted). When I then tried to open Photoshop CC from my installed Creative Cloud folder, it had disappeared. (Lightroom CC and Camera Raw CC were still there). When I accessed my CC acount, the only available option for Photoshop was for "Photoshop" (without the CC in the title). There was no "Photoshop CC." I installed the available version of Photoshop and it's working fine, but is this the correct Photoshop for the CC Photography Package or should it be Photoshop CC, please? If it IS the correct one, that's great. If it's NOT, where do I find the CC version as it's not showing as being available in my CC account? Will Photoshop (not CC) cost me more? How to reinstall CS5.5 Student Edition on a clean install OSX? Hi all, I am planning to do a clean reinstall of my mac, OSX 10.12.6 (Sierra). I backed everything up using time machine not yet wiping my mac HD. Now I am at the stage of planning how to reinstall my programs... I purchased CS5.5 Student Edition in 2011, and I still have the serial numbers, discs etc . My question: In 2011 I was a student, now, I am out of school. So the former educational email adress is no longer valid.Is it important to have the .edu email adress or is it possible to install CS 5.5 with just the serial number?Reading about troubles installing the mere CS I wonder if it is a good idea if I try to reinstall a student edition CS.

Hello,I just downloaded CC so I can install Premiere Pro, however I cannot see the app on CC. I can see everyting else apart from Premiere Pro.I have a 2018 15" 16gb Intel MBP, feeling I should be able to install and run this to an extent. Does anyone know why I cannot find and install the Pro verion? Thanks.

Downloaded and installed (twice), clicked ok to update LR 5 catalog (don't find a LR 6 cat however) but splash screen won't go away and program wont run.  Blue spinning circle on forever, task manager says Not Responding.Logged out of adobe and back in, no help.

I have just taken delivery of adobe indesign CS5.5 upgrade for Mac. I told the sales guy I was switching from PC with Pagemaker 7.0 to Indesign on the mac. He told me I would have to input my pagemaker serial number. In the Mac install there does not appear to be an upgrade path from PM to Indesign!Ed

I can sign in online, but i can not sign into the application on my laptop. Even though i can sign in on the website.

my box died  hd failure) tried to install cs 2 premium (ed) version.  have serial #.  Got activation #.  Wont connect to "activate"  phone said go to go/activate.  Still not able to activate.  Went to account.  not visible there..  So is there a solution to activate the old product that still meets my needs.Talking to someone with a pulse would be welcome..Qualifier - I"m old and NOT real computer literate...    

Hi, I've just purchased Lightroom plan, but my old Mac doesn't support it. I tried installing LR 5, but it would require a licence key, which I don't have. I'm now on £9.95 /month plan, but haven't been able to use the software at all. Please help!
