Download & Install

Contacted Tech support and was sent two installation files for Photoshop on my new PC.  Followed installation instructiond and it crashed my PC.  Spent hours on phone with pc tech support including complete reset to no avail.  PC is inoperable and being returned to manufurer for replacement.  :-C

Hello.I am a network administrator for a state prison system and we have special security concerns on our network.  The computers needing it are not on a network and cannot be placed on a network.  That being said, it would be possible to get them on a network one time to do an install, but they would not be able to authenticate over the internet regularly. Is there any way to get creative cloud installed on these computers?  We have already purchased the licensing.

Update to Creative Cloud Desktop for Windows version 5.1.9.377 does not appear to have been installed. Adobe support cannot get it to install either. Suggestions welcome.

Ieri sera ho attivato il piano base da  euro 9,75 per utilizzare solo photoshop. Dopo un po' ho provato ad utilizzare il programma ma mi chiedeva ancora di fare l'acquisto. Sono entrato nell'applicazione e trovavo una finestra aperta che chiedeva la conferma del metodo di pagamento. In buona fede ho attivato paypal e la procedura mi dava sempre importo zero. Alla fine  invece mi è stato addebbitato un importo di 58 euro per un piano che non ho richiesto. Ho provveduto subito ad annullarlo e per l'annullamento vorrebbero addebitarmi 17 euro

Hi what is the oldest photoshop I can download via my adobe suite. All the new apps are piece of [removed by moderator] seriously. The newest the more [removed by moderator] up they are. Im like every 2-4 weeks on support super tired of this. If I remember the 2015 version was the last stable photoshop which actually work.

Does anybody happen to know if the Adobe Master Collection CS6 upgrade licence requires the previous version of Master Collection, CS5, to remain on the machine after the CS6 upgrade has been installed?

Win 10 DesktopHi there,I'm trying to install Photoshop and it won't as it says Javascript is disabled (see attached screenshot).I've looked through a few threads but nothing seems to relate.I don't think i have anything Adobe on my system - manually looked through folders and checked with autoruns and process explorer and i can't find anything related to Adobe anywhere.I've tried logging in and starting the process with different browsers to no avail (Firefox, Edge, Chrome).Can anyone help?Thanks.

This is my first post.Can someone explain me why Adobe does not wan't Linux. I looked at several discussions with request for adobe to support Linux.But I haven't seen adobe answering any discussion. My keyword and Adobe ID were right. I just can't login.Why???

Can't verify my account (REMOVED) because of 2 step verification - it falls on SMS-sending thru CC app... Adobe bot is sending SMS but it never arrives to my phone. Literally NEVER. It blocks on some way and i have no idea where!  My Cell Operator (Megafon-Russia/Moscow) says they doesnt block nothing.  I also can't get into my account on Adobe-ID page-to-enter either, because it also requires SMS verification. Why cannot I verify my account thru e-mail? Why did you vanish this option? I was a faithful loyal customer, and your customer service people went out of their way to ensure that I didn't get help and my subscription was cancelled. I am baffled. I accidentally cancelled and the person insisted I couldn't undo it without paying twice as much a month. Customer retention should matter more than making a couple of dollars. Thankfully there are actual Adobe alternatives now that are decent. Disappointed that you train your customer service people to act like complete idiots. 

​I want to cancel membership. I bought MUSE app but I do not want to use app anymore. I want to cancel the subscription and I'm waiting for the team to cancel, because I could not get the phone and I was waiting for almost 1 hour without success. Grateful!!I want to unsubscribe. I have had to reinstall Adobe CS6 on an iMac running macOS Mojave.  I have managed to install it however when I try to activate the serial number I get a cannot connect to the internet error.  I then tried using the Offline Activation option but when I click on the Generate a Response Code link and try to login using my AdobeID it says 'We couldn't find an account with that email address' even though my AdobeID works on other adobe login pages (including logging in to this community site and the Adobe Licensing site).  Is anyone aware of why this might be happening or if there is another way to do an offline activation?

Thinking of switching from my Mac laptop to a PC, but I still use my adobe apps on my Ipad. Can I download both app versions (i0s and PC) at the same time (and access them at separate times per the accessing rules)?

Bonjour, ou bonsoir, j'ai un problèmes que je n'arrive pas à résoudre et je n'ai trouvé aucune solution nulle part (même ici) : j'essaie de télécharger le creative cloud pour la première fois pour pouvoir installer adobe Illustrators MAIS dès que je lance le téléchargement, la case s'ouvre pis, à chaque fois, un message d'erreur apparaît au bout de 2% de chargement et dit qu'il y a un "problème d’accès à un fichier/répertoire critique qui est survenu au cours du téléchargement. CODE d’erreur 204"..... Je n'en peux plus, j'ai demandé à toutes les personnes que je connaissais et aucune n'a su m'aider. S'IL VOUS PLAIT, AIDEZ MOIII !

Hello! I no longer have access to my old Mac and it turns out the versions of CC apps on iPadOS are lagging behind the desktop versions, so I cannot use my iPad either. I do have access to a different Mac as a guest user, but IT severely limits what can be done on that computer so I can't install anything in it. But, I can plug in an external drive.  So, is there a way to install Illustrator on this external drive, given the Mac I will be using does not allow writing to the internal SSD? Thanks!

Trying to load Dreamweaver MX 2004 I purchased years ago, to a new laptop. I have the original box containing the disk, book and serial number. Enter my serial number but it doesn't "take". Perhaps they want us all to purchase new Dreamweaver, but my Council paid a couple hundred bucks for it in 2004, I think we should still be able to use it.

I have an Intel MBP 2019 running Big Sur. I need to install Photoshop 2019 to run some old plugins. When I run the install I immediatly get an error message "Installer was unable to access a critical file/directory. Please try installing again. Error Code -41.  

I cannot install my 2023 Creative Cloud programs on my Mac. I am given an error message 205, which tells me to temporarily disable antivirus. But I cannot figure out how!! When I google it, it says to look for the Antivirus icon and click "disable" on the drop-down. But...WHERE is this icon?? And what does it look like?? Any advice? I'm unfortunately not a techie so please use simple language not tech-speak. Thank you!!!

It used to work earlier but for a week I have been noticing that I am unable to install apps on my SSD. When I try to change the location to a folder on my SSD. It gives me this error 😭I am on the latest MacOS Ventura version 13.0.1
