Hi All, I see a number of links for CS5 updates using the windows 10 platform.The links take me to the home page where I can see only the main software and not updatesCan anyone advise the UK link to download the individual updates, please? I contacted customer service as it suggested and the response was to contact the community as no support available for CS5   

Dear Adobe, I have an active CS6 purchase (SN verified active by Live Chat assistant) but I am unable to activate my new device due to 2 other devices being registered on my account. I've tried going to my account page to deactivate the old devices but it doesn't show any devices activated on my account, so I can't remove devices to allow registration of my new device. I've also tried the following fix recommended on the forums:1. I have just bought a new Imac with Ventura 13.0.1 OS and see that LR6 is not supported. Is there a version that I can upgrade and run on this new Imac? Is this LR only available as a monthly plan or can you still buy one-off update and do I have to install an LR app on Imac or Icloud? A lot of questions as I havent used for some time and out of the loop. Many thanks for any help. Alistair

My Mac is a Version 10.13.6 and they say I can't download an older version of Illustrator. Anyone have a way around this besides me paying too much money for a new computer?

....ich habe  alle meine  Programme von Adobe deinstalliert und wieder neu installiert; alle Programme sind in deutsch, lediglich Photoshop ist in italienisch und bleibt auch nach mehreren Installationen in italienisch; mit dem Programm in italienischer Sprache kann ich aber nichts anfangen, auch meine Versuche die Sprache  nach deutsch zu wechseln haben nicht funktioniert; ich benötige Photoshop in deutsch und möchte zudem selbst bestimmen, wann ich Adobe Programme update...; nachdem ich jetzt in der dritten Woche nirgendwo eine Lösung erhalten habe, bitte ich Sie mir so schnell als möglich Lösungen an die Hand zu geben, die mir dabei helfen, Photoshop wieder in deutsch nutzen zu können.

A printer supported by this software is not found. Connect a printer supported by this software,   and then install its driver. Exiting Print Studio Pro.  It work find until the latest update. Adobe team fixed the previous problem but now I cannot use Canon Print Studio. I have updated and reinstalled all . What's  my next move

I need an older version (15.1) of Indesign parallel to the current one for a customer. Until recently this was possible, with the new update to version 18.0 this is no longer possible. The last version I can install is 17.0, but I need 15.1.Is there a possibility?

Hi Everyone !! My problem, unlike other posts to this section, is not that setup.exe is not working but that it is. Horribly so. For the past 2 months everytime I connect online, setup.exe loads in the background and proceeds to destroy my data usage allotment forcing me to work at 2x speeds for the rest of the billing cycle. Task Manager does not 'see' it and I have automatic synch turned off in my profile settings. I know it's an Adobe program because Windows 10 displays it in its built in App Usage Utility with a very clear Adobe icon logo. Adobe Customer Support has offered nothing beyond using Task Manager to end it and insuring synch is turned off. I have PS and LR on a subscription basis. Is there anyone who can please, please identify why this program is loading and most important how to slay this ungodly dragon. Help !!!

Hallo und guten Tag, seit Wochen ist es nicht möglich die Creative Cloud Suite App für Desktop auf meinem macOS Catalina,Version 10.15.7 zu installieren. Bis dato funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Es wurden keine Änderungen meinerseits vorgenommen und bin alleiniger Benutzer. Ohne die Creative Cloud App kann ich keine Updates der Programme durchführen. Beim Versuch der Installation erscheint die Fehlermeldung 702!Über die Lösung des o.g. I'm running an older powermac. I don't want to buy a new computer, this one is still plenty fast and capable. But, it won't install an OS past High Sierra (10.13) So, everything was running great until a couple of days ago, when something in Indesign got corrupted. Now, my command, option, shift, control key combinations don't work; for example, I can't use option-drag to make a copy, or I can't use shift-drag to scale or constrain. That absolutely is a deal killer. All I want to do is reinstall Indesign 2018, which is the latest version of Indesign this OS can run. But, there's no option to reinstall. I followed the instructions on Adobe's and it advises to uninstall Indesign, then Reinstall. But, the only option to reinstall once this is done, is the current incompatible version. That required a restore from backup to resolve (And, no restoring from backup didn't fix the command keys issue) Now I'm stuck. How do in reinstall Indesign 2018 when I can't install the

I failed to install photoshop and got error code 106. Adobe suggests to try again but it doesn't work. Could anyone help me? Here's the log detail.  

The version of Photoshop I installed was 2017.I had tried deleting and reinstalling Creative Cloud and Photoshop. Still didn't work unfortunately.Any solution?

I'm just creating a new website and would like to add a privacy policy at the bottom of the page. I've noticed on some other examples that people have put the words 'Privacy Policy' at the bottom so that when you click this another page comes up with the content for the PP. Currently I can add new pages in the navigatioin but I don't know where or how to add another page without having it listed in the navigation bar. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you.

helloI cannot use the purchased plan.I purchased a photography plan as of December 5th, but I don't see my purchased plan in the creative cloud desktop app.Instead, products previously used by the school account are being shown to be installable.I tried deleting and reinstalling all adobe products and creative cloud desktop apps, but the symptoms are the same.If I try to launch a product on the Photography plan (lightroom classic) in this state, I get a message that my account is not valid on this device.If I select End button according to the displayed message, the program will, of course, end.If I click logout button, creative cloud app is permanently be unable to log in to my personal account. Instead, prompted to log in with my school account.Please resolve this action that is preventing me from using my purchased plan as soon as possible. I'm in window 10 with rygen 5950X  A screen that does not show the purchased plan, but shows other programs that were availa

I have an older rMBP late 2012 and have LR+PS installed running.Recent updates the CC app would not update so I thought I'd uninstall / re-install it. Well big mistake as now the CC app won't install or at least won't run after install and my LR/PS versions won't update on their own citing 'Updates have been disabled for tgis machine'.How can I fix/resolve this and have use of my apps back again. (yes, fully legal sub).

Hi,So I don't have much space on my computer but I use all Adobe CC Apps. I have been trying to find ways to make them take up less storage, like installing them on external drives, before being told by Adobe that it is not possible. I was wondering if you could store/install Adobe apps in iCloud (I use a Mac)? As in, run the apps from iCloud so that they don't take up any space? If not, are there any other ways to minimise the amount of space Adobe Apps take on your computer?Thank you!

I am unable to install Illustrator v27.0.1 on the new Macbook Pro laptop with M2 chip. Not sure if others have tried to do this as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated. 

Hi Guys. I have had a copy of Freehand MX on CD (original) since 2008. I have upgraded my computer with Windows 11. When entering the Serial number for registration the app comes up with an error saying it cannot connect to the internet. The telephone option is not available as the number provided has long expired. If I click on buy it magically seems to connect to the internet. How else can I register my Freehand copy onto my new computer?

Hello I started my free trial using my CC details today. I was able to download and install the software. I think i used the wrong email address as when I sign in now it asks me to purchase again. Add my CC details again.  I dont wish to be charged two times. What can I do?
