Quando comprei o primeiro ano de assinatura, comprei como estudante. Estava 86 reais mensais. Assim que completou 1 ano, a adobe, sem nem me confirmar, passou a cobrar 124 reais mensais. Eu ainda sou estudante (tanto do ensino médio, quanto de cursos técnicos que estudo) e não tenho condições para pagar por 124 reais mensais. Peço que diminuem o valor para como estava antes, já que não entendo o motivo de ter ido para 124 reais sem sequer me confirmar! 

I can’t launch any of the products of Adobe Creative Cloud. It says it's impossible to connect to Adobe servers, the error code 102. I have a good Internet connection. I also reinstalled Creative Clouds and Photoshop but it didn't work. So what should I do now?

HiI have a copy of PSE13 on my current Mac, a 2019 Macbook currently running on Big Sur. It was transferred over with a migration transfer from my old Mac, but of course PSE 13 will not work at all on the new Mac.I have upgraded my Photoshop Elements to PSE22, and would like to remove the old PSE13. However the uninstall PSE 13 in Utilities says it just won't work either on the new Mac.Some people have told me that once I've checked all my pictures, catalog etc are ok on PSE22 I should just drag the PSE13 to the trash. However this page in Adobe Support – https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/photoshop-elements/kb/uninstall-premiere-elements-photoshop-elements.html#Warns specifically against using the Trash/Bin to remove PSE.Anyone know which is right, and the simplest solution? Many thanks,Nick Rider 

so i got a notification in the geforce experience app saying i can get a month of adone creative cloud for free so i went to https://www.adobepartneroffer.com/Adobe_Redeem.aspx but when i try to redeem it it says APO Codes not available for this Product plz help!

Hey I dont have enough storage right now for it to install on my base storage, so I set it to my hard drive to download there and its still saying not enough space like it ignored the change. The hard drive has 1.76TB free.

I keep having to use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaning Tool to get this to clear. And the errors are happening closer to a fresh install.I clean my PC of CC.I reinstall.2 days pass.Update for one of the programs(Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, InDesign) happens.I go to update. Error 306.Get latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud.Install. Restart.I go to update. Error 306.Is there any way to keep this from happening or should I just use the Cleaning Tool every day and do a fresh install everyday? How is it even possible for Adobe Creative Cloud to get out of sync when I am doing a fresh install of CC every two days?Is there a known issue with IoBit's Advanced System Care and Adobe Creative Cloud? I use IoBit for anti-virus, malware and privacy.Thank you in advance for any help yall can offer.

I have a creative cloud subscription and would like to install only lightroom classic in a new mac air M2 that recently purchased. Is that possble or it is required to download the entire package. 

Toda vez que eu tento comprar o creative cloud como estudante, na tela de finalização da compra (depois de eu inserir todos os meus dados certinhos), aparece "Obrigado, Gabriel! seu pedido foi feito com sucesso", só que depois n acontece mais nada, n recebo nenhum email ou confirmação, nem o botão "Iniciar" funciona, e se eu reiniciar a pagina volta para a parte de inserir os dados (E o metodo de pagamento não aparece na tela de finalização)

I recently cleaned up my drives and the cinema 4D Plug-in for after effects got lost in the process.Now I constantly get this error message, which suggests that Cinema 4D will be reinstalled by reinstalling After Effects.That is not the case.Wether or not I keep my settings does not make a difference. Cinema 4D will not be installed under any circumstances.How do I force an installation of the plug-in? 

Hi there,I paid for a perpetual license for Lightroom 5 a few years back and now need to reinstall it on my new Mac.I've searched these forums, which seem to point to the following URL for legacy downloads:Download legacy versions of Creative Cloud apps However, I only see Lightroom 6 available to download, not Lightroom 5.I then tried going to the Order History section of my Adobe account, and my Lightroom 5 purchase shows up there, but when I click on download, I get the following error: "Sorry, this software is currently unavailable for download.  Please report this error to your associated Partner Help Desk.  Apologies for any inconvenience".I then opened a support case, but the support agent told me that I must seek help regarding installation through the Adobe Forums.So here I am.Any help appreciated!Regards,Tim.

macbook Pro 11.6.2 LRC code 205 will not allow LRC to lauch as it has for the last several years. I uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing changes. 

As the title says,tried to install Photoshop via CC Desktop.Installer stalls at 10%-14%.Tried every advice on the super helpful ressource page.Nothing works.Cannot switch from wirelss to cable either.May I mention that this sort of bug exclusively happens with Adobe products?Exclusively, I have a shitload of Apps on my PC never had ANY problems pointing to Wireless or Server.

Hello, some time ago I did a trial period for Premier Pro and following it I decided to sdire my subscription as my usage was very basic and I did not need it.I decided to deactivate the subscription the moment the first payment was made, following the cancellation it was reported that I would get a refund but this did not happen and I have not received any emails about it.Now the payments continue and I can no longer cancel unless I pay the full annual amount. How can I do this?Thank you all

Hi, Anyone has any tips or tricks to update apps in High Sierra. - I can install 2019 versions of the software. Indesign 14, Illustrator 23, Photoshop 20.   But I can't update their versions, to Indesign 14.2, illustrator 23.0.4, Photoshop 20.0.6.  The problem appears to be my version of creative cloud app, that claims that has an update avaiable for my versions. But not allow me to download the files. I also remove everything and install an older verion of creative app ACCCx4_9_0_504, more compatible with older mac os, unfortunately it auto-update for the current version 5.9.0.373.

I can't find a free trial download for just Lightroom 5. I dont want creative cloud package.

Adobe Acrobat 2022.002  on mac os 10.15 it won't start ! i delete all preferences , and start again ... nothing !I delete the app and download again...... nothing ! Please Help !  

I'm tapping out after a few decades of using Adobe Acrobat.  Never use any of the other features, $240 a year just to create a few PDFs every month is insane.  

Bonjour, j'avais une licence adobe creative durant mes études.  Elle était liée à une adresse courriel fournie par mon établissement scolaire.  Je n'y ai désormais plus accès (ni à la licence ni à l'adresse courriel).  Quand je tente de me connecter dans Adobe Creative Cloud, je reçois toujours le même message : Vous avez été déconnecté.  Ma seule option est de recliquer sur ''Connecter'' ce qui me ramène constamment au même message d'erreur.  Sur le site web je peux accèder à mon compte (nouvellement crée, avec une adresse personnelle) mais je n'y arrive pas dans l'application.  J'ai tenté déjà de désinstaller et réinstaller l'application mais sans succès.

I am using VMWARE for the virtual machine and need to install Acrobat DC.  I logged on, downloaded it but keeps on saying that it is a network version and not the desktop version.  I made sure that I downloaded the desktop verion.  How do I resolve this issue?

When I attempt to open the Creative Cloud app, it seems to launch but never opens. I can see it running in Task Manager but it doesn't pop up on the toolbar or in the "hidden icons" menu.  I've tried the following solutions:Closed the app through Task Manager.Re-opened as administrator.Restarted my computer.Uninstalled, then reinstalled Creative CloudUpdated WindowsDownloaded the latest Visual C++ RedistributableTried opening "Creative Cloud Helper" to repair it in the Program Files (it also won't open) The Adobe apps (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc...) all open normally. However, I can't update or uninstall anything without access to the Creative Cloud app. Let me know if there are any steps I'm missing. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I've changed the install location from the CC cloud desktop App, but when I try to install Photoshop it says that I do not have enough space. It seems that Adobe isstill trying to download the installer in the default location instead of using the install location... is there anything I can do to avoid this issue? 

Wo finde ich z.B. im Konto, auf welchen Geräten Programme bereits installiert sind ?
