Bonjour, Je souhaite réinstaller Creative cloud, Lightroom et photoshop sur mon mac.Il était installé précedemment mais j'ai changé la version de mon mac (anciennement bigsur) à cause d'une incompatibilité avec adobe, j'ai donc désinstallé les applications et les ai supprimé depuis mon compte adobe dans les appareils connectés. Cependant, depuis ma nouvelle version (high sierra), je parviens à me connecter sur mon compte en ligne adobe, mais dès que je souhaite accéder à mes applications, une page de connexion adobe s'ouvre et s'ouvre encore sans jamais s'arréter ou me donner la possibilité de rentrer mes identifiants et mots de passe. La page s'ouvre s'actualise et s'ouvre à répétition.J'ai cherché dans les supports d'aide adobe, qui connait ce problème, mais rien de ce qu'ils proposent ne fonctionne...Que faire ?Merci

Having a tough issue trying to get rid of this message and update my adobe products.Will not let me sign in from web either, restarted the computer and refreshed the application with no luck.  

I subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Lightroom etc). I have just purchased a Seagate External Hard Drive which has 4 months free Creative Cloud subscription. I'm not sure if I need to cancel my existing subscription and uninstall programmes or can I  just suspend my payments for four months?

I had a computer crash and lost the installer to my CS3 suite. I got it on adobe.com and it didn't require activation. Now the installer is no longer available. I have the intallation number, but need the installer file. Anyone know where I can get a copy of the installation files? I have the numbers I just need the files, I am pissed a HP a bad naim board shouldn't have required a reformat of the drive. And please no it is obsolte replys. I am on old retired guy and I use ot for a few things at church. Heck my wife still uses Pagemaker. I does what she needs and she is comfortable with it.

Habe mindestens 40 Mal versucht, das heruntergeladene Photoshop Elements Upgrade 2023 zu installieren. Die Installation hat immer mit dem Fehler 183 bzw. mit dem Hinweis, dass die MSCRV120.dll fehle, geendet. Inzwischen ist mein aktuelles Programm auf dem PC ebenfalls kaputtgegangen (konnte nicht mehr gestartet werden). Ich habe es deshalb gelöscht. Jetzt wollte ich die Testversion von Photoshop Elements 2023 herunterladen und installieren, was aber mit dem gleichen Ergebnis endete. Ich kann also auch Photoshop Elements nicht mehr nutzen!!! Weiß jemand Rat? Alfredo

Hi! I want to end my adobe package, because I thought it expired this summer. Now I have one unpaid bill from there, but the programs are blocked on my mac. I don't have access, but this is because I haven't paid. Is it the case that I can just skip paying, so the package is automatically terminated? Can't cancel the subscription on the website, or I don't understand. HELP MEE!

Hello    Downloaded from Dell everything went fine.  However, when I click onto my 2023 icon it takes me to a page showing different things that you can do with the program, and below 3 boxes, a "Organizer" Photo Editor, and Video.    I was able yesterday to access the photo editor, it shows the name of the last graphic.  No matter what I do it will no longer open.   I went and signed into Adobe hoping that was the problem but nothing.  Help!   Thank you

I get this error trying to update Creative Cloud applications on my Windows Server 2016 box.Exit Code: 190 Summary - 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s) FATAL: Sanity check for installation failed. Current OS version 10.0.14393 doesn't satisfy OS requirements. FATAL: Error occurred in install product workflow with error code 190 error messageAny reason that Windows Server 2016 is not supported to the same extent as Windows 10?  It is similarly updated and supports all the dot net frameworks.

Trying to overcome a code 205 with Preimer. Thought I'd try installing Creative Cloud Desktop.2010 Mac Pro running High Sierra 10.13.6

When opening my CC app and trying to download Dream Weaver, I noticed that all of the programs that I currently use are not up to date. I checked to see if my settings were correct for auto updates, and they were. The CC app is stuck at 24% and refuses to budge. The file syncing option says it completes, but the icon never goes away. Any ideas?

I just got a new laptop and am needing to install my ancient version of Photoshop 6.0.will it work? or do I need to upgrade my Photoshop? I really dont want to have to do that.advise?Thanks

I have cancelled my Photography plan to get the creative cloud all apps subscription. But every time I try to purchase the subscription I get a popup saying that it's not supported because I already have the Photography plan. I do see that this plan expires on the 14th of December. Do I really have to wait until then before I can change my subscription?

Hey Everyone, I'm looking to run Indesign, but my O.S isn't compatible with the latest version. I'm still running on Mojave 10.14.6. Does anyone know if/where I can download an older version? 

We all have seen a LOT of discussion about how imposible it is to cancel plans or subscription of Adobe, but you will never be prepared for it unitl you really have to do it. You are going to be frustrated. You are going to understand how horrible it is this company. We all love their products, but the way that people are running this business is awful. Im trying to cancel one of my memberships and it is just made to be imposible. Im felling that I am in that movie Groundhog Day. The steps that you have to go, keeps taking you to the same place. NOWHERE! The auto renewal plan seems to be a scam. Really. Adobe, please, I want to cancel my monthly Creative Cloud Membership. And i want my refund since im still on my 14 days right of cancelation.Please, stop doing this!

Hello,I bought a new PC and wanted to download my copy of Acrobat 9 Pro .  Unfortunately, I can't find the disc.  I do however, have my serial number.  Does anyone know from where I can download it? Thanks.

When I click on the "Install" icon, a box pops up, which says "Install" is damaged and can't be opened. You should eject the disc. Adobe has sent me the same link twice and it's happened both times!I'm editing a book and really need photoshop!!!!!

Hallo zusammen,Ich habe bereits vor zwei Wochen ein neues Abo abgeschlossen.Der erste Beitrag wurde auch schon von meinem Konto eingezogen,allerdings kann ich keines der Programme benutzen. Zusätzlich ist auch sonst nirgendwo eine Mitgliedschaft bestätigt.Any ideas woran das liegen könnte?Oder weiß jemand bei weiler Adresse ich mich melden muss? Danke!

when I open any adobe software on my macbook pro the screen begins to freeze, then either multy coloured dots appear or a series of lines and patches of colour appear on my screen. the computer then makes a wooshing sound and restarts.i have tried many things to resolve this, no idea what to do. as it is now i simpley cannot use adobe software anymore.
