I had to do fresh OS install and now I need to reinstall Ai 2021 due to a necessary plugin. Where do I download this. It used to be available in CC Desktop, I'm not seeing it in "Older Versions" anymore. 

hello ! I am unable to register an old product - Photoshop CS6.I have the serial number from the dealer. how to fix the problem ?

I need to downgrade from Bridge 2023 back to Bridge 2022. I read that I can do this from my products page. So I go to the products page and it says I have no products, I should register them. I try and it asks for serial numbers of the products. I use the Creative Cloud Photography plan and don't have serial numbers as far as I know. I tried to sign in to the to the LWS but it kicks me out saying  "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site."  How do I find the serial number so I can downgrade back to a verison that actually works?

I'm the primary email account holder for our account, but I can't seem to work out how to get the invoices sent through to my email?

I can't install programs Photoshop and Lightroom. error code 113. I read the instructions for solving the problem, I did everything, the problem was not solved.

i just paid online and dowloaded the lightroom 6trying to install my mac after entering the key its says "we are unable to validate this serial number for adobe lightroom"trying to contact adobe customer care on toll free but its getting disconnecting.is any one can help to sort out this issues.

I copied and uploaded all the files for my CS2 version of Photoshop to my new computer. When I try to open it I get an Error "Your user name, organization,or  serial number are missing or invalid" then the app closes. How do I wok around ths?

So basically I had this problem for a while now. I could not open Creative Cloud, but still had access to all the apps installed. Yet I need After Effects now, which wasn't installed, so I tried to uninstall Creative Cloud and all the programs. Didn't work, I couldn't get Creative Cloud to uninstall via the conventional way. Well then I ran the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. This one did uninstall Creative Cloud, but the Cleaner tool came with an error message. Now I installed Creative Cloud again, still no response. Yeah so currently I don't have Creative Cloud nor the apps 😞 One thing I noticed is, that when looking at it from Task Manager, once I try to open Creative Cloud the Adobe Crash Reporter Service quickly flashes up and the vanishes again.Help is much appreciated  

Hello everyone !Thank you for reading my question and taking some time to help me. Much appreciated I have some troubles with my photoshop 7. When I click on the exec setup file, it starts and then stops. Nothing happens, no window, no error message, just the exec doesn't launch.The setup exe seems to be running in the task manager but appart from this, zero.I've tried the administrator mode, the XP compatibility mode, the installation files copied on the C drive, ... nothing works.I'm running a Windows 7 64 bits system, 8GB ram, and an SSD drive on C:.Could someone help me with this issue ?I've looked into the previous discutions on this website about similar issue but it was on different versions of Photoshop.If my question has been already asked, please forgive me as a first-time user of the adobe community !Best regard

I have photoshop 7 and tried to install on my new windows 7 computer. It won't work because it doesn't recognize this OS. How can I get around this and get photoshop on my computer?  Thanks

I purchased a number of Photoshop add-ins through my university account. I am no longer with the university. I now have a full subscription.How do I go about getting my add-ins moved to my current account? Is possible? I paid a lot of money out of my pocket for them.

I have just downloaded photoshop cc on my main computer and now want to download on to my laptop but I can't see how to do this.

I purchased a teacher version of the Creative Cloud via the Software Resource and Services (SRS) and was given a redemption code.  When I log on to the Adobe ID and enter the code, it says that it has already been redeemed.  No other information.  I need to talk with an Adobe rep to fix this problem, but can seem to get a live person.  Anyone have any problems with this?

I changed the preferences in the Creative Cloud desktop from default to:  D:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe.I first installed Photoshop CC and that installed perfectly in folder D:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC.  Next I clicked the button install Lightroom and it was promptly installed in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.2.  I am down to 3.6 GB on my C:\ drive and need this to be installed on D:\ drive.HelpGary Self

Ihave an older version of Photoshop CS6 and I am unable to load it on my Windows 11 computer. Problem is Adobe is telling me that I have to pay $59 a month to pay for a new copy. Since I spent over $200 for my copy that does not seem like a deal?

I am a longtime Photoshop user, and have legal copies of CS, CS2, CS3, CS4 and CS5, and now have an online subscription to the latest Photoshop. I am trying to reinstall my copy of CS2 on an older vintage Mac and failing. This post asks for help! One of my hobbies is restoring, working with and blogging about vintage Macs. I recently restored a Power Mac G4 AGP Graphics and loaded it with Mac OS X 10.3.9 (Panther). My Photoshop CS2 is fully compatible with this environment and I loaded it, provided it with the registration number on my CD case and it works well... except for one problem. It tells me that I have 30 days to activate it or it will will no longer work. It refuses to activate of course, because those old activation servers are long gone.  Is there a work around for this? I have a legally purchased copy of CS2, but it is going to "self-destruct" in 30 days unless I can provide it with an activation authorization code. Is there anyone here from Adobe that can h

I just purchased a new Imac and want to install my purchased versoin of Lightroom 3. 

Hello! I would like to know if I can have the same Creative Cloud license installed on two computers, without any kind of syncing between them. For example: No files used on computer 1 should ever be visible on computer 2, under "recent files" or anywhere.Settings made in for example Photoshop on one computer should only be applied on that computer.Downloaded content (brushes, fonts, etc.) should only be installed on the one computer they were downloaded to. I don't know if this is how it works already, but I want to be sure. The reason I want this is simply that one of the computers is used only by me, but the other computer is used by several persons and hence I don't want anything I do on my private computer to be visible or affect the common computer. So what I want is essentially to have the two computers behave as if they used two separate Creative Cloud accounts. Best regards,Andreas

Looking for some advice please.Can't get through to anyone in sales and I keep getting cut off. I'm looking at subscrition to the Photoshop Plans and would like more information.What is the difference between the:£9.98/mo Photography plan with Ps and Lr ... and the£19.97mo Photoshop plan with just Ps Has the Photography plan a cut back version of Photoshop?I really need the animation time line and export to movie feature. Thanks,Ed. 

I would like to log into Acrobat on my company login/profile and Photoshop using my personal login/profile?  Ever since I installed Acrobat using my company profile my Photoshop no longer loads with my personal account.  Photoshop is showing as a trial, and when I click on the profile it shows my company logon.  How do I log into my Photoshop account using my personal profile while still using my company login for Acrobat?

i recently re-signed up for adobe nd went to download the apps, started with creative cloud. It downloaded fine butn now im stuck in a sign in loop. i keep pressign sign in an dits continue to ask me to do it again and again. This is the second plan and accoutn I have tried this on and it continues to happens, please help!
