Download & Install

It says I have no plans so I can't cancel it!!! And being charged!!! And no way of contacting Adobe!!! I'm a brand new mum and so don't have time for this!! Please help someone?!!!!

i'm trying to change my default to my d drive and it keep getting the message cannot install to root path, how can I overcome this?

Hello, We purchased CS6 Design Standard and would like to install the programs on our new laptop. We have gone into our Adobe account and downloaded the files that we purchased and use on our other computer, but it is not letting us install on this new laptop. There are no previous versions of CS6 or CC on this machine. When we try to install this is the window that appears. The Adobe Support Advisor is no longer available. How we can go about installing and activating our purchased programs. Thanks!

hello, I have just had this issue and I have read the forums but to no luck unfortunately on a solution though I have done what I have been able to find such as updating all adobe products , photshop, acrabat , Creative cloud as well as updating my browser which is opera gxI have to choose a topic though non are applicable unfortunately.

My Creative Cloud App on MacOS Big Sur only functions intermittently. Today it indicates that I have an update for Photoshop available, but when I clicked the update button nothing happened. I also got a pop-up that said a new version of the Creative Cloud App available and I clicked to download and install it.  Again nothing happened.  This not the first, or even the tenth time this has happened. Can someone please explain what is going on here?

There's a few threads on this already, so you know the basic drill. However, these are all older posts, and while the error recommends I download the support advisor, that no longer exists.  For context: I downloaded the CS6 design & web prem. from my adobe.com account page.

Several times I'll notice that the Creative Cloud app has app updates for the apps I have installed. But then those updates vanish, and the Update panel says "You're up to date!" This morning when I started my computer there were six updates listed. I clicked the "Lern more" link on one of the entries, and while I was reading the pop-up, all the updates vanished. I don not have auto-update enavled in CC app preferences. I don't know if CC app is deciding the updates don't apply to my machine and removing them, or if it's somehow installing them in the background. That seems unlikely since they vanish immediately, and updating apps (when they don't vanish) is pretty slow. Now I don't know if I'm missing updates I should be getting. I do occasionally get notifications for updates that don't disappear, and those install normally (although lately those fail about 50% of the time and I have to re-try). Any ideas what's going on? I am getting error Unable to reach Adobe servers .I am using PfSense firewall I allow adobe.com,adobe.io,adobeoody.com but no option to allow *.adobe.com or *adobe*.com in pfsense firewall. Can you please help ???

If I make a few videos a year, I will never justify the $20 a month (for a year min) or the $240 yearly fee. Why won't adobe offer a payment plan on a per video cost? I get that allowing monthly fee for just one month (or pausing the monthly subscription fee) isn't cost effective for adobe, as some users would just publish all their videos twice a year for $40. But why not offer a per video payment. $5 per upload would equate to 10 uploads for $50 which the user could spread out however they wanted. If they start uploading more videos, then it will make sense to switch to the other plans. This payment method also provides an onramp to new users allowing them time without a large cost to learn and grow.For now I'm using Davinci, but I'd rather have access to the full Adobe Creative cloud.

I was chatting with "customer support" and was told to post in this forum.  I have had a subscribtion with Adobe since about 2012/2013. I recenty updated my laptop and need to get my account on creative suite. However, I was informed from this cutsomer support agent that they were not able to assist me and I needed to post in a forum. Since the product I had was old, it reached an end of life, per this support agent. I do not agree with this ,I have been a customer for years and I should not be punished from using the product I have had for years only because I updated my laptop. I would like my subscription reinstated back to how it was. The agent was able to find my account and serial number for my products. This should be an easy transition. I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service I recieved.

I payed for a year subscription to the 20gb photographers plan. The payment says it went through on the but doesn't show up in my purchase history in adobe. I tried contacting adobe throught chat over 5 days ago, and sent them another message to. They still haven't gotten back to me. Any thoughts on the matter because it isn't exactly cheap?

I keep getting...you must sign end-user agreement then re-launch browser...I am never propmpted to check an end user agreement? Don't understand?

Having trouble transferring Creative Cloud to new MAC. I am the only User/computer on the account. It givee me the Error 1 code, which requires you to create a new User on the account. It doesn't make sense that I need to create and login to a separate User on my computer to use Creative Suite. I simply want to transfer my one User to the new MAC.  How can I do that?

I have Photoshop, Illustrator and Xd installed on my brand new Macbook Pro 14" (2022 model). A couple days ago I updated CC Photoshop to version 23.5.1. Today I got a message in CC saying update available  to version 23.5.1. with a blue button to click Update!With PS open and clicking on About Photoshop it says "Adobe Photoshop 23.5.1 release" 

Hello,I see that I have old desktop computer(windows10) and 2022 is not working on it because of missing dll.I saw in this forum that I have to download 2020 version on old computer.but I don't see anywhere where I can download photoshop 2020.is that possible with creative cloud to download photshop 2020 ? if yes,how?thanks 

Yesterday I updated my Camera Raw to the latest version my PC supported, which is 12.4. To my horror, the new UI is terrible. How can I remove this version (I already know how to downgrade to 12.2.1)?

Hi, I have Production Premium CS6 with the package. I registered this on 20 december 2014. Likewise, i have Photoshop extended versio and i have registered this on 17.12.2014.The problem is in Photoshop. My registration number is not working. The operating system in my lmac is Mojave 10.14.6. Sure, I have newer versions of Photoshop on other machines, but this particular lmac needs to be on the old operating system, and the CS6 package is just right for it.So how do I get that package to work?Thank you in advance!Jussi Koivunen

Dear reader, I want to change my Adobe plan. I have now the full plan and a Stock membership. But it is too expensive for me. I found a really great option to choose: the Creative Cloud Photograpy + Stock plan. But I'm not able to select it. And I'm not able to select other options on the list, too. How then can I change my membership?I hope there is someone out here who can help me. Thanks in advance! Lianne

Fehler 404. Activitate Seite ist nicht mehr aktiv. Haben fast alles überprüft . Habe Sie dann deinstalliert und neu installiert nach Adobe Spezifikationen. Ich arbeite mit Mac Os Mojave und Mac Os Sierra mit einem Macbook Pro. Mein Internet konnte es auch in meinem Konto herunterladen. Haben TLS 1.3, meine Firewall ist inaktiv, Pong ist auch in Ordnung. Habe s auch versucht über ein neuen Administrator geht auch nicht . Habe zum Adobe Server Kontakt. Aber ich kann es bis heute nicht validieren? Ich hatte es auf Mac Os Sierra neu installiert. Konnte gut damit für 7 Tage arbeiten ohne ein Problem. Ich wäre Euch allen dank

Hi all. I am new here so please let me know if I can do things better. I run Photoshop Elements 9 and Premiere Elements 9, both in the NL version. I realise these are fairly old but they still work for what I do. They run on Win10, 64 bit.The update manager tells me there are 3 updates available. When executing, I get the message (in Dutch) that there is 'an' error while downloading these updates. Please close and try again later. But even weeks later the issue remails. I could not find relevant information on the Adobe website. Anyone here who has a clue how to fix this?Please see attached screenshot of the (Dutch) error messages. Do let me know if you need any specific additional information.

Hey, I have had Adobe CC on my laptop for over a year and recently sent it in to have the fan fixed. I got it back and now Adobe CC no longer will allow me download any additional software. I followed the instrustions provided regarding error 207. I tried a wired and wireless connection in multiple different locations with different internet providers. I tried deactivating the firewall and antivirus that might interfere. I got in touch with my Univeristy tech support team at OSU. He remoted into my laptop and after an hour of trying different things we found that it is an issue where I cannot even connect to the Adobe CC servers somehow. Please if anyone has answers let me know. I have tried finding an Adobe tech support phone number on the website but I cannot find it. At the very least if someone has that number drop the link so I can contact an advanced professional who knows how the software and connectivity works so we can resolve this issue. Thanks
