Hi there,I am needing access for Adobe CC for a High Sierra 10.13.6 . I already have Photoshop on my account and now I am studying at an Institution that requires us to have a few of the apps. Please are you able to provide me with the older version of CC?Thank you   

When I downloaded Creative Cloud these apps came with it. Which ones can I delete, and which ones do I need.

I am migrating to a new computer and wondering whether I can install Ps and Lr without the dreaded Creative Cloud app. I hate it. It's a hog. It's intrusive, it gets in the way. It clutters my computer which is a Mac, and I hate clutter. I know some disagree but I'm not interested in reasons why I should love it. I'm only after how I can not install it. Legally if possible.

Hi, may i ask for help as i'm facing a problem which apparently users already had in 2017 here, but still could not find a solution.I was a user of LR5 up to v5.7 locally for years, until about 2020, on this very laptop. Wanted to go for an upgrade, which is n/a, and then decided to test the monthly LR subscription. Signed up for it, paid, began install...The CC desktop opens. But cannot connect to any Adobe backend. This is the core issue. Can someone advise? (The german msg translates into „Cannot connect to corporate server – ask your admin!“)The 3 main items "Apps", "Files", "Discover" do not sync. Hi, I'm currently revamping my portfolio site and creating a Homepage of sorts. I'm using the Lukas theme and am having trouble with my headers on mobile. When in desktop view the header is sized perfectly sized to my liking but when I shrink it to mobile It gets super tiny and doesn't look good. Any advice on what I may be doing to cause this or what I can do to fix it?

I'm trying to install photoshop, I've signed up, purchased, and installed creative cloud. When I go to the photoshop page it doesn't give me the option to install - only Try or Buy? When I click these options it says "you already own photoshop" - so how do I install it??

Hi,   I was using the CS-3 in my laptop until 4 days back. But, it suddenly stopped working by prompting me to uninstall and reinstall. While doing the reinstallation, I was prompted for "Adobepdf.dll" file from Windows Vista CD despite I am using Windows 10 64 bit (upgraded from Windows 7). Upon cancelling the dialog box and continuing with the installation, the installation completed with many of the applications failed to install. Deutsch unten...Hi,I bought around 10 Adobe CS boxes with printed license certificates for around 50 licenses from a bancrupt printing company. How can I turn auto renewal off of my creative cloud subscription? Adobe FAQ says that there is an option for that in account management but I can't find such option. I have one year subscription.

Hallo zusammen,kann mir jemand sagen, ob meine originalen Adobe CS6 Master Collection Programme – obwohl mittlerweile "veraltet" – auf einem neuen Apple MacBook Pro (2022) mit M2 Chip laufen werden? Hello, I recently came back to use photoshop and lightroom on my mac, osx 10.11.6. This mac had been running both programs for a few years with no problems. Then I canceled my subscription for a few months. When I came back to pay for them they would not activate. I had to use them on the trial version. Now the trails have expired and I am paying for apps I cannot use. Creative cloud says not compatible on all of the apps. Is there a way to activate on these older versions that are installed on my old Mac? Or older versions I can try to reinstall?Thank you to anyone that can help.

I often need to open project files from older versions of After Effects or Premiere, whether they are my own archived projects or from a third party vendor who uses an older version. Opening these files with newer versions often causes inconsistencies or breaks projects altogether. In previous versions of the Creative Cloud Desktop app, I was able to install other versions of software and control whether or not to keep other installations with no problem; now, it seems that by default any current installations are removed, so I can only have one version at a time. Is there a way around this? I've tried Adobe's suggestion of enabling auto-update then changing preferences for removing other versions, but that seems to ONLY affect auto-update, and not manual installation.

I have a workstation system with a hot-swap SATA drive bay (connected directly to the motherboard's SATA ports, not a USB thing) and a hot-swap NVMe PCIe card installed. I hot-swap drives regularly, often using a specific drive for a specific project or for backing up files. Each time I switch drives in any of my drive bays, Adobe CC "deactivates" - as in, it detects my system as another computer and I have to deactivate the old "instance" in CC.  This is an inconvenience on the surface of course, but what I'm concerned about is that I've seen people get "banned" from CC for "suspected fraudulent activity". For me, my workflow might involve multiple drive swaps per day, so I might be "reactivating" my CC five or even ten times per day. So far this hasn't been a problem, but I'm concerned about it longer-term. I do depend on CC apps and even having them down for a day might cause a serious inconvenience to a project. As a secondary question, I'm considering upgrading the
