Ik heb een wachtwoord aangemaakt voor Adobe en ik weter zeker welk wachtwoord het is. Nu wil ik Photoshop installeren en en de Photoshop-installer reageert niet op dat wachtwoord. Hoe kan dat?
My computer does not meet the system requirements for newer versions of Photoshop, and I am unable to upgrade it at present. I previously had Photoshop 21/22 installed through my Adobe subscription, and it was working correctly. However, I had to remove the software and am now unable to reinstall it.Could you please assist me in accessing and reinstalling the legacy Photoshop 21/22 version that I was previously entitled to use through my subscription?

It tastes like a scam.I just finished a "conversation" with one of adobe's support guys. An unpleasant experience.Dear Navleen .. I hope you see this.I tried to cancel my subscription 4 months ago and failed, and then got caught up with work and forgot about it, realizing today that I've paid extra 4 months for a month-to-month subscription for Premiere, which I haven't used. ( I used it a few days only after I bought it in April 2017)1)It is unreasonable that you have to cancel a month-to-month subscription, why cant I just pay for one month? Makes me miss the pre CC days.2)it is unacceptable that I have to then, contact tech support for them to cancel it for me. Yes I know, you click manage my plan, you click the cancel button, and ta-da. That's not the case for many of us outside the US/EU zone I guess, as I learned today. That button doesn't exist. And it's so confusing. Made me even believe, the subscription might cancel itself at the end of the month. Boy I was mistaking. A mistak
Hi everyone,I have a question. In 2024, I installed Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 on my laptop running Windows 11, and everything works fine. The software is not registered to my Adobe ID (and I can no longer register it).I am now having trouble installing it on my desktop computer, which also runs Windows 11. During installation, I get an error message stating that the activation limit has already been reached and that my serial number cannot be accepted.I have read that Adobe shut down its licensing servers. Am I right in understanding that, because these servers are no longer available, the installed software cannot verify the license and therefore reports an error? In other words, if I deactivate the software on my laptop to free up an activation so that I can install it on my desktop, is there a risk that I will still be unable to activate it on the new computer? In that case, I would have voluntarily deactivated the software on my laptop and might no longer be able to reactivate it ther
Hello everyone,I have a legitimate license for Adobe Creative Suite 5, and I would like to transfer the software to another computer. Before uninstalling CS5 from my old computer, I used the Help → Deactivate option in Photoshop and possibly in some of the other applications included in the suite. However, I am not sure whether I needed to deactivate only one application or each application individually.I then uninstalled the software from the old computer. Now, when I try to install and activate CS5 on another computer, I receive a message stating that the activation limit has been reached and that the software is already activated on two computers.I understand that uninstalling the software does not automatically deactivate the license. However, I believe I performed the deactivation before uninstalling it.My questions are: Does deactivating Photoshop deactivate the entire Creative Suite 5 package, or must each application be deactivated separately? Is there any way to check or rese
Dear Adobe Customer Support,I'm writing to express my frustration with Adobe's current approach to distributing Creative Cloud applications and the lack of accessible standalone installers for individual customers.I have purchased Adobe applications, including Photoshop, and I may purchase additional applications such as Illustrator and Premiere Pro. I want to be able to download and retain the actual installer packages for the versions available today, so I can archive them for future use.In the past, Creative Cloud made it much easier to access and install previous versions of applications. I remember being able to download versions through the Creative Cloud interface, and I want to preserve those releases rather than depend entirely on Adobe's servers and whatever versions Adobe chooses to make available in the future.Today, however, the normal download process directs customers toward Creative Cloud installation, subscriptions, and trial offers, without making standalone installer
SummaryPremiere Pro 26.5.2.5 always fails to install with error 127 during the extract step, whether as a fresh install or as an update from 26.5.1. Premiere Pro 26.5.1.1 installs on the first try on the same machine, a few minutes later, with nothing changed in between. The two versions' Adobe Premiere Pro.exe are the same size (780,952,072 bytes), so the size of the file alone doesn't explain it. Something about how the 26.5.2 package is unpacked must be different. This looks like the same bug as "Cannot update Beta" and "can't install premiere pro beta", but now in a regular (non-beta) release.SystemWindows 11 Pro for Workstations, build 26200 Intel Xeon Gold 6136, 46.7 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Creative Cloud desktop 6.10.0.253 (installer Setup.exe 6.10.0.252) 700+ GB free on C:Log (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\Install.log), repeated for every extract attempt:ERROR: Path:C:\adobeTemp already existsERROR: Failed to allocate buffer for file C:\adobeTem

I have CS6 master edn. I have previously installed components in Win 11.Due to a hardware issue Windows 11 25H2 has been reinstalled.I was installing Acrobat X, InDesign and Illustrator and got an error msg PxHlpa64.sys could not be installed.I understand this file is related to use of CD/DVD drives.A reboot failed, but I was able to recover using a restore point.Does anyone know which elements use this file?Or any other workaround?ThanksRichard
I currently have a 4-month free trial period for Adobe Creative Cloud Pro 2026, but I am unable to download any applications from creative cloud. Whenever I try to install apps like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Acrobat, the installation status gets stuck on 'Waiting' for long time, and the process never actually begins. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but none of them resolved the issue: 1. Reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application multiple times.2. Restarted my PC multiple times Has anyone dealt with this before? Any fixes would be awesome. Thanks!
Vielen Dank!
I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium Student and Teacher Edition in 2011. I have my original installation discs, serial number, and Adobe-issued redemption confirmation dated July 31, 2011.I recently replaced a computer and followed Adobe's prescribed Help > Deactivate procedure to release an activation. The older installation now offers only trial mode, indicating that it was deactivated locally. However, my new Windows 11 computer continues to report "Activation limit reached," despite repeated attempts to retry activation.I have confirmed that the older computer can reach Adobe's licensing endpoint (successful "pong" response) and has TLS 1.2 enabled. My original email address is no longer recognized by Adobe's account system, and I cannot access support chat without an active subscription.I am requesting that an Adobe employee review my historical educational license record and determine whether the deactivation was received by Adobe's licensing servers. If it was n

Since Adobe saw fit to lock the other informational thread, I'll post here instead. It is unacceptable to pay thousands of dollars for software only to find out that the company refuses to support it on newer operating systems and instead forces you into a perpetual annual payment subscription model. CS6 works perfectly fine on Windows 11 so long as you install only the components that do not include the PxHIpa64.sys driver as follows... --------------------------------------------------Component installs PxHlpa64.sys--------------------------------------------------Adobe Flash Professional CS6 noAIR for Apple iOS support (FP) noAdobe After Effects CS6 noAdobe Audition CS6 yesAdobe Encore CS6 no (conditional on deselecting the SonicWrappers_ph component)Adobe Illustrator CS6 noAdobe Illustrator CS6 (64-bit) noAdobe Photoshop CS6 (64-bit) noAdobe Photoshop CS6 noAdobe Prelude CS6 noAdobe Premiere Pro CS6 noAdobe SpeedGrade CS6 no--------------------------------
My old system is gone, moved to a new system and now I get the error: "The serial number [xxxx] is already in use by themaximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 25days to use this product." Elsewhere I saw an answer that said if I don't deactivate the license on the old system (can't do this, nor can somebody with a crashed hard drive), I can't install CS6 on the new system. Is that true? What kind of crap policy is this? Isn't Adobe a repoutable company that supports its products? Doesn't Adobe have a database that's checked to see if there are multiple computers running the same license? Why can't that be updated to forget the old system? Is there any solution for this? I've got a valid license that Adobe will not allow me to run.And I absolutely loath subscription software.
Can I install photoshop elements 12 on my new computer with windows 11 using the disc I used on my older windows 10 computer?
Photoshop Elements 2020 – activation limit reached – old computers no longer availableI have a legitimate purchased copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 and have the original 24-digit serial number. The software was previously activated on two computers, but I no longer have access to either of those computers.I am now trying to install Photoshop Elements 2020 on a replacement Windows PC, but I receive the message:"The serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers."Is there any way for Adobe to reset or clear the previous activations so that I can continue using my existing legitimate licence?I can provide proof of purchase and the serial number privately if required.I do not want to purchase another licence — I simply need to transfer my existing Photoshop Elements 2020 licence to my replacement computer.
I have an older permanent license for Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium and for Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Production Premium. I have moved both of these products to a new Windows computer. I know the software is old, but it does what I need, and I don’t use it often enough to justify the cost of new versions. After dealing with a driver issues that caused crashes, I managed to get the software installed on Windows 11 25H2, and it seems to work fine. The problem is that the activation does not work because Adobe long ago discontinued the activation servers. I keep getting a message that I have too many activations already, even though I deactivated those on my older computers. I recall this happened to me about 5 years ago when I moved the software to a different computer. Adobe support did something (I don’t recall what) that cleared up the issue. Today, however, Adobe support told me they are not trained at all on the older software, so I need to go to this forum for an
I have reinstalled Adobe XI Pro but when I try to register the product it says that my serial number is already in use. I have already de-activated the same serial number in my old computer AND unistalled the program in the OLD computer. Can you please help? I can provide the serial number as well if needed and tried to call the Adobe Help Line but was advised that for this product, I need to post here.
