Download & Install

I was charged for double downloads.  I only wanted the pc version of adobe photo elements and premier student version.  How can my credit card be credited?

The photoshop preferences were not saved last time program was shut down. It seems the easiest way is to uninstall and reinstall program but dont want to lose my paid subscription. Is this possible to do without losing my paid subscription or is there a easier way to get them back on there? Tool setting are there by the way its the preferences at the top that are gone.  

At home, I use CS5 Master Collection on a Windows 7 Professional  64bit PC. I received an offer from Microsoft to freely upgrade my system to Windows 10 Professional at the end of July. Will my CS5 Master Collection work, or have any problems in Windows 10? I understand from Microsoft no applications have to be reinstalled in this upgrade, like one would have to do if installing an OS from a disk, and they say all applications currently installed, will still be so, after the upgrade. Is there anything I need to do before this upgrade, to facilitate a smooth transition to Windows 10 Professional? I despise cloud products(subscription based software) and will not be using or upgrading to any CC products.

 Hi,It would be my first time to buy on paypal the creative cloud. I was planning it to do it continuously. I have no credit card, so I made an paypal account. it is pending already for 3 days.I have just found here , it can take an other 7 days...Are you serious?  Will it stay all the time like this? How does this work?No explanation, no e-mail about my order, no information how and what...Seems sad and ridiculous.I even can not find any place to contact a "real person".. Hello all. Having issues with all my creative cloud programs. a lot in the suite and have it installed. but every application cant very subscription status. I think certifiactes my be an issue. No certificates are in the "manage computer certificates" control panel. Win10. No possible internet connection and for a standalone. Any group policy settings or regisry specific settings may be an issue as well.

Hallo zusammen. Ich habe leider hier im Forum oder im Netz nichts finden können. Zur Zeit habe ich alle meine Programme der Creative Cloud zweimal installiert. Einmal die Intel und einmal die Native Version. Das alles läuft auf einem Mac mini 2020 mit MacOS 12.3. Die Frage ist: Brauche ich beide Versionen? Arbeiten tue ich nur mit der Nativen Version. Wenn nein, was muss ich beachten wenn ich die Intel Version deinstalliere? Muss ich die Banachrichtigungen, Warnungen, Einstellungen, etc. beibehalten oder kann ich die entfernen? Würde mich über eine Antwort freuen! LG Nina

I have just bought a new laptop, my old one died, and I have installed Lightroom 6 from my purchased disc. My version is Lightroom 6.0 and I need to upgrade it to the latest version of Lightroom 6, which I have on my desktop and which was on my old laptop, so that I can read the raw files on my cameras. The upgrade facility in Lightroom no longer works - how can I get the latest version?

Hello, my creative cloud won't sign in. When i launch the app i have a pop up who say that i'm log out, when i click the connection bottum i have the same message again and again.I try to lunch with admistrator, doesn't workI try all fix tool nothing workI disable all my anti virus, doesn't work thanks for the help

Hello,I have a problem with my adobe program updates. Somehow PS and co don't update. It's still the 2020 version andin my adobe creative cloud it tells me, all my applications are on the newest version. Also confusing is that on none of the programs it says installed. It seems like my creative cloud doesn't recognize, that I have alredy installed PS, Lightroom, APremiere and some other. I attached two screenshots so you can see what I mean. I hope somebody knows the issiue.Thanks and regards Vincent

Hi,After I got my new 2021 MBP M1, the Adobe apps have slowed down compared to my 2017 Macbook Air (!). I noticed in activity monitor that my Adobe apps are the Intel versions so I uninstalled and re-installed all of them with my Creative Cloud desktop app but the apps are still running on the Intel version.Would appreciate any tips here, thanks!   MacOS: Monterey Version 12.0.1  Model Name: MacBook Pro 2021  Model Identifier: MacBookPro18,1  Chip: Apple M1 Pro  Total Number of Cores: 10 (8 performance and 2 efficiency)  Memory: 16 GB  System Firmware Version: 7429.41.5  OS Loader Version: 7429.41.5

I work for a university that has an institution-wide enterprise license for Adobe Acrobat. Through my department, I also have a Creative Cloud Photography license. For the past few years, I've used both side-by-side without having to log in and out of my Adobe accounts constantly.Similarly, on my home computer, which I've been using for work the past couple years, I am able to use Acrobat on my University's enterprise license while simultaneously using Photoshop and Lightroom on my Adobe CC Photography license without logging in and out all the time. However, I had to get a new computer for work and now, in order to switch from Photoshop to Acrobat, I'm forced to log out of one Adobe account and log into the other. This is a massive waste of time and is viciously tedious. I've talked with three people at Adobe and my University's IT department. All of them  have this "Can't get there from here" attitude, and nobody can tell me why, on two separate machines I can do what they

I am running CS5 Design Premium on a Mac under Mac Sierra. It was fine one day, the next it wouldn't open any of the suite saying that the program hadn't been closed down properly (it had). I can't uninstall any of the programs, nor can I reinstall from the disc. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

I've seen that Adobe have now completed their purchase of Contentcal, but wanted to ask what this will mean for CC users - will it mean we will get a social media management platform that will integrate with other CC software? At the moment, I'm creating social media graphics for myself and select clients in Illustrator, exporting as PNGs then using a separate social media management platform to organise and schedule everything! If not, does anyone use other Adobe software (preferrably desktop) to template, create, schedule and publish content for them selves or their clients?

Why is Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC down loading so SLOW 

I'm using the theme "Marta" and I found a example of someone using this theme and the welcome screen is full screen on desktop and on mobile. I can't manage to get it full screen on mobile. What settings do I need to use to achieve this? example my site  

The creative cloud prompts that the system version is low, but my computer can only install macos high sierra. Why can I install different versions of the software normally before, but now I can't? What should I do to install the software?

I have purchased Adobe products for  the last 20 or so years. I have an old computer that the operating system was not updated and was successfully running  all  my CS6 products. These are all licensed to me and I paid for them. I recently bought a new computer and signed up for streaming, this worked fine but now my old computer will not run my CS6 products. This is stealing as far as I am concerned, I have not updated this computer’s operating system on purpose and have paid for this software and now it does not work. I have since canceled my streaming on the same Adobe id that I used for both computers. I started a new Adobe account for my streaming account on the new computer but my CS6 versions still will not work on my old computer with my original Adobe ID. It starts up fine, this fizzles out. How do I get this fixed and working again? when I called tech support, they were not helpful and had no idea how to get me my software back.

Hi I have limited bandwidth and am looking to find out the size of the installer file for Animate CC. Ive looked online and found a table which is outdated and includes Edge (the old program) but not Animate. any help ppreciated, thanks.

Impossible de mettre à jour les applications cc et creative cloud. J'ai essayé la réinstallation et la réparation expliquées par Adobe mais j'ai toujours le même problème. J'ai aussi essayé de désactivé le pare-feu mais rien n'y fait. Quelqu'un a t-il eu le même problème ? Pour info, je suis sur windows 11 depuis peu. 

Good afternoon all!For most of the year now, I've had an issue where Creative Cloud pops up and tells me it has to be repaired after rebooting.  This always leads to it downloading and installing over the top of the existing installation.  This time, however, it told me on the repair installation that I didn't have enough disk space - which is absolutely not true - so I had to download a fresh copy from the Adobe site.I'm running Mac OS X 10.12.6, though this was an issue in the previous version as well.Has anyone else successfully resolved this issue?  It's getting mighty annoying having to reinstall CC every time I reboot my machine.  I've twice contacted Adobe directly about this, only to be told both times to reinstall before rebooting and see if that helps.  Clearly it does not.Thanks for your time!-Dev

Recently I'm having the exact same issue with CC and Windows 11. Unable to connect to Adobe server though I've followed every troubleshooting steps on Adobe support page. So, I started support chat yesterday. Adobe tech spent more than 2 hours trying to remote fix my PC without any success.  So, tried installing CC on a Windows 10 labtop and worked just fine. There is an update obviously either from Adobe or Microsoft that messed up security and connection. I pay annual fee to Adobe and can only use now PS for some reason!! Other apps, including illustrator and Acrobat will not work!! Please fix A.S.A.P

I have been happily running LR 6 on my desktop Mac (Mojave) since purchase in 2015. I now have a used MacBook, also running Mojave. Am I still able to do a second installation of LR6 on the MacBook, under the terms of the original licence? Thanks,Alex
