Download & Install

I purchased A new computer, and want to add my photoshop, and premere elements 14 there also ( I believe I can install it on 2 machines) If not how do I move it from my old computer to the new one?

I purchased "Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 & Adobe Premiere Elements 12" in 2013 for my Windows based Notebook computer, Then, in 2017 I purchased a iMac, I decided to install this Photoshop elements & premiere elements on my Mac today and it won't install, it says "Install.app” needs to be updated"and I need to contact the developer.Would you have a solution for that.

Hi I purchased a CD version of Photoshop Elements 14, and hitting a wall since the installation program tries to install the program in my CD drive, and the location cannot be changed. I've done restart multiple times. I tried installing Adobe Application Manager but that manager doesn't seem to be working either.I'm running Windows 10.Appreciate any input.  Thank you in advance.

I need to reinstall adobe .... I would like to download to my new computer but I still want to put it on anohter computer also.  I completely lost my old computer and hard drive.  I'm concerned adobe will think I'm downloading for a second adn third time when, in fact, I'm not. How do I proceed?  I know to download but how will adobe know I want two downloads (two computers) with ONE replacing the crapped out hard drive where I no longer have the original adobe I downloaded?

Alright information first:I just bought a Dell XPS 15 (9510) new. Has i9 processor, came with Windows 10 pro with free update to 11 pro. If more spec or hardware information is helpful I can supply that. This thing is brand new from Dell and I've had it for 3 days. I tried installing Adobe CC App. While still using running Win. 10 and it failed—received "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud".  I then upgraded to Windows 11 and tried again to receive the same error unfortunately. Now I've tried everything that has been suggested on this forum in related threads. Used both the CC uninstall application as well as the CC cleaner tool. I have restarted, shutdown, uninstalled, removed all adobe related files, disabled firewall in every order on both my main account and the hidden admin account that I enabled. Nothing worked. I contacted Adobe last night,

My computer recently crashed. I purchased adobe lightroom Oct 2017 and, I went to download it. It's no longer available. I will like to get a downloadable file again. Thank you

On reboot Adobe CC attempts to download 'cc.png' from 'connect.ffc.adobeoobe.com'. I've been pressing cancel hoping an update would fix the issue but no luck so far. There is another thread with the same issue but that was marked 'solved' when it was clearly not solved.

My old laptop crashed so I had to get a new one. How do I transfer photoshop to it if I can't access my old laptop to deactivate it?

I am trying to convert a web image of low resolution to a jpeg that I can use to print on a post card.  What is the best product or application to use to modify it? Is there a recommended procedure?  Can the Adobe products that I have access to with Adobe Cloud help me or do I buy an application for that?  Help! 

I was charged for double downloads.  I only wanted the pc version of adobe photo elements and premier student version.  How can my credit card be credited?

The photoshop preferences were not saved last time program was shut down. It seems the easiest way is to uninstall and reinstall program but dont want to lose my paid subscription. Is this possible to do without losing my paid subscription or is there a easier way to get them back on there? Tool setting are there by the way its the preferences at the top that are gone.  

At home, I use CS5 Master Collection on a Windows 7 Professional  64bit PC. I received an offer from Microsoft to freely upgrade my system to Windows 10 Professional at the end of July. Will my CS5 Master Collection work, or have any problems in Windows 10? I understand from Microsoft no applications have to be reinstalled in this upgrade, like one would have to do if installing an OS from a disk, and they say all applications currently installed, will still be so, after the upgrade. Is there anything I need to do before this upgrade, to facilitate a smooth transition to Windows 10 Professional? I despise cloud products(subscription based software) and will not be using or upgrading to any CC products.

 Hi,It would be my first time to buy on paypal the creative cloud. I was planning it to do it continuously. I have no credit card, so I made an paypal account. it is pending already for 3 days.I have just found here , it can take an other 7 days...Are you serious?  Will it stay all the time like this? How does this work?No explanation, no e-mail about my order, no information how and what...Seems sad and ridiculous.I even can not find any place to contact a "real person".. Hello all. Having issues with all my creative cloud programs. a lot in the suite and have it installed. but every application cant very subscription status. I think certifiactes my be an issue. No certificates are in the "manage computer certificates" control panel. Win10. No possible internet connection and for a standalone. Any group policy settings or regisry specific settings may be an issue as well.

Hallo zusammen. Ich habe leider hier im Forum oder im Netz nichts finden können. Zur Zeit habe ich alle meine Programme der Creative Cloud zweimal installiert. Einmal die Intel und einmal die Native Version. Das alles läuft auf einem Mac mini 2020 mit MacOS 12.3. Die Frage ist: Brauche ich beide Versionen? Arbeiten tue ich nur mit der Nativen Version. Wenn nein, was muss ich beachten wenn ich die Intel Version deinstalliere? Muss ich die Banachrichtigungen, Warnungen, Einstellungen, etc. beibehalten oder kann ich die entfernen? Würde mich über eine Antwort freuen! LG Nina

I have just bought a new laptop, my old one died, and I have installed Lightroom 6 from my purchased disc. My version is Lightroom 6.0 and I need to upgrade it to the latest version of Lightroom 6, which I have on my desktop and which was on my old laptop, so that I can read the raw files on my cameras. The upgrade facility in Lightroom no longer works - how can I get the latest version?
