我要取消我的訂閱，卻被解約費用而系統上說明是因為有訂閱合約，但我在系統上找不到我的"合約資訊"(ex:合約起訖日之類的資訊)這樣我哪知道我什麼時候退訂不會被收這筆費用? ps.Adobe官網都沒有留Email讓客戶發問/寄信，下班後就關閉線上客服/電話客服，所以一定要乖乖等你們上班才能接受客戶意見嗎?   

hello everybody!i have an old mac mini running high sierra 10.13.6.i accidentally uninstalled photoshop and lightroom and i tried to reinstall them from creative cloud but i cant find anywhere older versions of the apps. all the current ones offered by adobe are for newer systems, they are incompatible with mine.could someone point to the right direction?thank you

I can't install photoshop elements 15! My adobe password isn't accepted. Getting a new password doesn't help! I use macos Big Sur 11.6

Hello, I am trying to add CS6 to my new computer. I get an error that says I need to deactivate the program on old compters but I no longer have access to that computer. Please help. It says I can only use the software for 30 days.  Thank you in advance for your help.  

I have ecently puprchased Photoshop Elements for Windows 2022.  I was having a lot of problems with my PC so decided to get a Mac 13 Pro.  Can I redownload the Mac version to it'  Or would I have to buy it all over again?

I received the verification code about 6x in email even without prompting. I didn't use Ps for about 1 day and then wanted to open it - it invited me to enter the verification code. I entered the one I received last. The window disappeared and then appeared loading but nothing happened. I closed it and tried again. All I got was a loading window for the verification code input, it never loaded fully, instead disappeared and started loading again and then closed and this just kept on repeating.Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop just has a forever loading window but nothing happens.Restarting the programs and the PC didn't make any difference.What to do?

I currently have the  Creative Suite CS5 Design Standard on my old computer. I just got a new computer and would like to put that on my new computer. I am having trouble, I don't want to upgrade just want to take from my old computer and put on new one. Anyone able to help me on how to do this?@

Hi, Creative Cloud Free membership is free??I have the CC2018 in my comp now. Can i uninstall or delete it ?What if i use photoshop etc...? Do i need to pay ? Will my membership be changed to a paid one ? Thanks

Hello! I have the Adobe Creative Cloud and have been using Audition, Photoshop and Lightroom quite regularly. I recently wanted to download Premiere as I'm beginning to do some video editing and I have more experience with Premiere in the past than the video editor that comes on my computer. When I realized I didn't have the system requirements on my laptop for Premiere Pro that comes with my cloud, I thought I would just use the editor on my laptop but it's so frustrating and difficult to use compared to Premiere.I was wondering if I would be able to download an older version of Premiere instead of the newer version that comes with the Cloud. I looked up the requirements for some of the older ones and I meet the requirements for those easy. Please let me know if this would be possible or if anyone has any tips to help me. iMovie is too all over the place for me at the current time and I only have

My computer is so old it doesn't support the operating system needed to support the new apps. I need to download Lightroom 4. Can I do this through Creative Cloud?

I set the Creative Cloud to install things to my D drive, which has much more space than my C drive, but when I click "Install" on Photoshop, it gets around 27% in and then stops and says there's not enough space, even though there's 549 gigabytes free in the drive. It makes a folder in the D drive, then doesn't install anything into it. Did I do something wrong? Is it a bug? I need help.

I have CS6 (disks) and need to purchase a new computer which has windows 11 on it. Will CS 6 work on Windows 11?  If not, do I have any options to make it run smoothly?  I do not want to get the cloud version of CS as its too expensive for me being on a fixed income.   

I downloaded the dmg file (2.9GB). Nothing happens when I click on Open button in pop up. I purchased Adobe DC Pro.

J'ai tout nettoyé, bien suivi les instructions sur le site d'adobe creative cloud etc.. et meme les solutions avancées, j'ai enlevé les anciennes appli adobe etc... verifier tout et ça ne fonctionne pas... avez vous deja rencontré ce probleme... je ne sais plus quoi faire . I have two computers, call them Desktop and Laptop. I have an annual subscription to CC through April 2017. Both computers running current version of Windows 10.1. On the Desktop, I had been working in Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC yesterday and everything was fine. 2. This morning after booting my Desktop (internet was and is available), I tried to open Lightroom and I got a sign in screen (I've never seen this screen). I clicked to go the next screen and it said I was signed on. Then it just continued to loop back to the sign in screen. (Same result when I tried to start Photoshop).3. I opened the Create Cloud App (which is set to start and log in automatically). It said to upgrade Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC to the June 2016 release. After upgrading, the buttons next to these two app names said something like "Trial". 4. I can open both Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC but when I view Help/System Info, it says I have a trial license. (Both Lightroom and Photoshop indicate I am signed

I have a MacOS Monterey 12.2.1 operating system.  I recently tried to upgrade my Photoshop program which apparently caused me to have to install the Creative Cloud program.  This has caused issues on my Mac. The program keeps telling me there is an error and it needs to download again because of corruption or some error.  I have tried to just uninstall but it gives me a warning it is attached to other programs on my computer.  Do I need Creative Cloud?

(some small squares rotating)Have tried on 3 different browsers: Chrome / Edge / Firefox.Running Windows 11 on a brand new PC.Have now spent 8 hours trying to install Photoshop Elements 2022 and managed to hit pretty much every single possible installation problem on the way.
