Download & Install

I previously posted that Photoshop CS6 crashed on lauch. I was unable to uninstall Photoshop CS6  (or CS4, CS5.5 and CS6) using the uninstall feature in Photoshop. I downloaded Adobe Cloud Cleaner, but it hangs on lauch and has to be force quit.  Just got off the phone with Apple support. They're recommending making a copy of my files to a preipheral hard drive, erasing the  Mac drive and  doing a clean install from Time Machine.  Suggestions? Other than buying a new MAC. 

I HAVE RECEIVED EMAILS FROM ADOBE WITH ACCESS TO PHOTOSHOP AND AUDITION GIVEN FROM MY COMPANY, BUT I CANNOT ACCESS THEM, THEY DONT SHOW ON CREATIVE CLOUD, HEP PLZ! 

I've just resubscribed to CC  - special offer 25% off. Although this is a good deal, I will still be paying £10 extra each month, and only using three of the many apps. Is there any way my plan can be adjusted to financially reflect this? 

I ve got a problem with installation of Creative Cloud on my new macbook.Ive opened the file to install (downloaded from the official site)Ive signed in, the browser page said that its ok and i can continue process of install,but the window of installation is just rolling downloading without any success.Need help 😞

Hello I currently have Photoshop and Photoshop Beta installed via Creative CloudI also have lightroom and Lightroom classic installed. All software is fine except Lightroom.  It loads and just hangs at the spalsh screen.  The same laptop prior to a windows reinstall (same copy) worked fine for all four apps in the past for some time. I have uninstalled lightroom twice but no progress. I am relying on classic but it isnt our prefered programme. Any ideas?

Hi All - Can I download CS6 Prod Premium (upgrade / Windows) without using somebody's download manager? I've seen links for the ProDesignTool site but has anyone used them recently? They appear outdated - or updated I should say since they take you to Adobe's CC pages. So is there still a way to get CS6 Prod Prem upgrade without using Adobe's donwload manager? Thanks!

I have just purchased a new computer and have problems with installing my Lightroom 6 on the new computer.It is not possible for me to deactivate the version on the old computer. My new Mac will no longer support 32-bit technology at the nwxt update. Current version is Mojave. My CS4 is the only app that still has not updated to 64-bit. Is this an issue with CS4? Is it no longer supported? I have some plug-ins that did not get transferred to this new Mac and don't want to address that issue until I have a photoshop version updated.Mary G.

Hello there!Today I run in a few problems that drive me crazy. It's late so I can't reach out for a support right now.  I got many, many messages from windows 10 that I need to update my profile on CC. I got via mail from adobe a code which I had to sign in with. I had trouble to do it with the first one, even when it was correctly wrtitten but I could do it with the second one.  When signed it I wanted to open Photoshop, but I got stuck in a never ending loading screen. After a while I looked up all sorts of sullions for it (delte files in OBEE folder, new instalation, repair C++ etc. etc.). It did nothing. It loads, and loads and it never ends. On top of that I noticed that when I go to https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop it shows me that everyhing I installed before, says that it needs to be installed? (which wasn't before) Which isn't true because I've used photoshop so I did install it including the creative cloud and other programs.

Bonjour,j'ai acheté le pack photoshop élément 2022 + premiere element 2022.A chaque ouverture du programme, j'ai des messages d'alerte.: " Adobe updater les mises à jour ont été désactivées sur cet ordinateur....." et aussi Photoshop server ne peut ouvrir en raison d'un probleme.....".J'ai installé ces programme sur un IMac 10.15.7.Autre produite Adobe: Lightroom version 2015.14 qui fonctionne sans problème.Comment remédier à ces alertes (je ne suis pas un grand informaticien...)Merci.S.Papin    

I just got a new computer and have been trying to download all my adobe creative cloud apps onto it. I have already signed out of my previous computer, but am still only given the options to "try" or "buy" the applications. I have an account with Adobe under a student email (I am still a student) and am able to login, but when I try to look into my account for specifics it claims I do not have an account with that email, which is clearly not the case. How do I fix this issue?

Hi , I currently use a SD card on my MacBook , but I've noticed when I've tried to change the install location through adobe cloud that it doesn't allow me to choose my SD card as an appropriate place. I was wondering if there was any way I could put my adobe programs on the SD card , so I can save space on my mac.(The error I get when I try to change the location to the my SD card)

Hello,I am interested in your Photography subscription, but I know that the latest versions of Photoshop CC and Lightroom Classic require a DirectX 12 GPU for hardware accelerations. My PC has an AMD Radeon HD 6900 GPU that does not support DirectX 12, but only DirectX11. If I order the Photography subscription, is it possible to download an older Photoshop CC and Lightroom Classic version in which the hardware acceleration still works with a DirectX 11 GPU? What are the latest versions of Photoshop CC and Lightroom Classic that still support hardware acceleration with a DirectX 11 GPU? Thank you!

I'm a long time Creative Suite user and stopped purchasing when everything went to the Cloud. I'm all but retired but still have small projects occassionally. I'm having no issues running all of CS on my Windows 10 computer despite things I've read about it not working. I know how to choose InDesign only for a new install off the DVD. My issue is that my new laptop doesn't have a disc drive. What I thought would make sense was to download the installer on my desktop computer and then upload to my personal cloud drive and install from there. So far I cannot figure out if there's a single file or group of files that would work that way. Is there? If not what do you suggest to accomplish this? Thanks.

Howdy!I'm disabled and futzing around with my computers since arriving home from rehab is difficult from my wheelchair. To this end getting my primary dev machine back up hasn't worked so I turned to the planned upgrade of my Server to 2019. Creative Could wouldn't install under 2008r2 and I hoped this would solve my inability to access the apps I've continued to pay for but have been unable to use for a year. Creative Cloud installed fine. I then went to install Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat and got a blue screen of death KERNAL_PANIC. After reboot I tried just Acrobat and at around 4% BSOD all over again. I've had no problems installing Office, Dropbox, a variety of development tools, even VidCoder. Why won't Adobe's apps that I pay for install? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Chris

Hi,I am running Windows 10 Home, Version 1709, OS Build 16299.248.When I open Photoshop Elements 14.1 (20151206.m.83730)  x64 - I receive a dialog box stating "You have a new update!" for "Camera Raw 9.5"  whichever Install I use (Noe or On Exit) I receive the following error:and when I view the "Error Log" I receive:Anyone got any ideas as this is really starting to hack me off!Kind regards,Jon

As of today, whenever I try to open Photoshop, this is what I get in front of me. It stays this way forever and ever and ever. What to do???? Patiently waiting is taking ages.

I purchased Lightroom 6 in May 2015.In November 2018 I subscribed to the Creative Cloud Photography Plan.  I discontinued this in November 2021 because I did not use Photoshop.  My intention was to revert to my original purchase of Lighroom 6.However, after my Plan was withdrawn, I found that my Lightroom 6 had at some time been removed from my computer.I therefore re-loaded the program which took me to Lightroom 6.0.  Since then, I have been trying, without success, to update to LR Version 6.14 (which I believe is the last of the updates in Version 6).  I need this in order to access RAW files from my Nikon camera.Does anyone know how I can achieve this update.  Thank you for your time.
