Us older freelancers are looking at getting iced out by the monopolies. We can't afford subscription services so what else is there. Sorry. I'm just a little bitter because my computer died today, so I am looking at early retirement or... I don't know what. ✊

Tengo instalado Linghtroom y Photoshop en un Pc con licencia por un año y es muy lenta, quiero adquirir una PC de mejor calidad e instalar estos dos programas en la PC nueva, ¿Cuáles  son los pasos a seguir? 

I have read several discussions on this error, but I'm still at a loss as to what to do.  I restarted my PC.  I made sure there were no Adobe processes running (I even ended all Adobe processes showing in Task Manager).  Then I launched the Creative Cloud desktop app.  It says "Creative Cloud Updates are available."  I click Proceed and it begins updating,.  It gets to 78% and then hangs for several minutes.  Then my desktop disappears for a few seconds, then reappears and Creative Cloud displays the red triangle and error 184. The various threads on this topic say that some program has a file locked.  How can I tell what file it is?  Do you have any idea why my desktop disappeared?  

I'm baffled as to why Adobe couldn't update this with native Apple Silicon support - given the release of LrC and all the other apps today that support M1 Macs.

I've been charged by Adobe for my subscription two times this month in a short period of time, Could this be a mistake?

Bonjour, J'ai annulé mon compte et ai fait une demande remboursement le 4 janvier. J'ai conservé l'historique des conversations si besoin. La personne avec qui j'ai échangé m'a dit de recommencer ma demande une fois que le virement de frais d'annulation avait été retiré sur mon compte c'est à dire la somme de 79,21€. Je n'ai pas les moyens pour payer cette somme alors que je n'ai jamais utilisé adobe à part le premier mois. Cela veut dire que je paye chaque mois depuis 1 an pour rien et que toutes les fois où j'ai voulu annuler mon compte il était trop tôt dans l'abonnement ou je ne trouvais pas l'option pour le faire (qui n'est pas très accessible et je ne suis pas la seule à le dire...). Juni 2018Nun meine Frage, wenn ich meinen Vertrag jetzt also im April 2018 kündige, dann bezahle ich noch 50% der verbleibenden Monate, Richtig?Wie ist das mit der Nutzung. Habe ich bis Juni vollen Zugriff auf meine Applikationen oder sind diese mit Beendigung dieses Monats eingeschränkt?Kann ich irgendwo bewirken, dass mein Vertrag am 7.6. 2018 nicht verlängert wird, aber ich bis dahin vollen Zugriff habe? Sodass ich nicht vergesse den Vertrag zu kündigen?Danke für die Hilfe

Yes I have read all the threads. My issue is that I paid a lot of money for my licence which I thought was a lifetime subscription - there was nothing in the fine print to say there was an expiry date.  I cannot afford monthly subscriptions, I only need Photoshop occasionally. I also 'used to' recommend the programs to my fellow students. The fact that Adobe may have had announcements, I did not personally get one and I am not on Adobe's blog sites. This is morally wrong, I think Adobe could at the very least have a compensatary offer for those people who have come back to reregister or reinstall the program. I know this will fall on deaf ears and may evoke an unprofessional rude response (as I have seen to other people's frustrations), but disappointing doesn't come near my feeling about this. I feel ripped off and let down, and I would prefer to find other options. Canva here I come.

I just got this error message which is quite confusing to me:  I hope there is no 16-Bit Program Part of the Creative Suite in this day and age, but who the heck knows. It would be great if anybody could shed a light on this.

I recently wiped my computer clean and I'm trying to download PS back onto it. I logged into my account but when I go to my plan it shows I don't have anything. Yet when I look at my bank accounts it shows I have paid $9.99 for creative cloud and $20.99 for PS this month alone. I don't know what I'm doing wrong or what to do and I can't call anyone.  

I just bought a new iMac with the M1 Chip.So far so good.Now, with my Creative Cloud Account, I can't download any newest version of LRC than the 10.1.1. and apple ask me to download Rosetta. But when I open the program as usual, they said it will work without Rosetta, but it's not.How can I download and update my version of LRC (and PS) to the native one, working without Rosetta?Thanks !

Hello:I uninstalled and reinstalled a few Adobe apps via CC to move them to another drive. I'm on a PC (Windows 11) and logged in as the administrator.The other apps had no issue. Acrobat, however, gives me a code 101. I tried deleting temp files on the C drive; no dice. I also tried installing via the browser and it seems to be stuck at 42%, though I don't know how much to trust that since I still get the 101 error through CC. Thanks. 

So I got a year of Photoshop and Lightroom for Christmas and started my plan around two weeks ago. I set up my account and downloaded Creative Cloud. I installed Lightroom and Photoshop. I noticed that Photoshop didn't download to my desktop, but Lightroom did. I opened Photoshop and got an error message saying that they can't verify my subscription status and said there was connectivity problems. This happened in both applications. I looked at the troubleshoot prompts. They suggested that I should make sure I'm connected to wifi and to make sure that my system clock is not synced with the internet time; so I checked and neither of these were an issue. I researched it a little and tried using commands on my computer but got no luck. I'm not sure what they problem is, I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could help.-Joseph

I just recently reinstalled my OS (Windows 10) and i was installing the creative cloud apps, no problems there, except for AfterEffects. When attempting to install i just get an error:Exit Code: 176-------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s) FATAL: Can't install to a network locationFATAL: Error occured in install product workflow with error code 176 error message -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I have not changed the default install location and do not have any network drives mapped to my computer to start with. I have plenty of room on my C drive. I changed the install location to my second hard drive and again all the programs but After effects. I tried installing using the offline installer as suggested on another post but that gets me another error 182. I uninstalled everything and used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool, then i reinstalle

Оплата за Creative Cloud прошла, но установить внутри программы photoshop, lightroom и другие не могу, пишут - версия windows должна быть новее 10. i'd like to cancel my membership. adobe premiere.i didnt really use this membership.but i needed to pay a lot of cancel fee 😞is there any way to not pay them....?and the price is used to be 24,000 korean won. i paid twice.but recently Adobe try to withdraw 37,400 korean won.i dont know why.I dont think i will use this 'adobe premire' so far.please reply and thank you very much.

I just wanted to share my experience with a recent installation of Adobe CC on Windows. I recently added a new SSD to my computer as I was running out of drive space. As part of that installation, I decided to install Lightroom and Photoshop to that drive. I figured I'd download and install the CC desktop app, and install it from there. I started by going to the Adobe.com webpage, looking for CC. A bit difficult to find, I had to scroll down to the bottom of the webpage, in the footer, under Products. Not obvious, but not that hard either. On the CC website, all I can see is Buy Now or Start Free Trial. I'm already a subscriber, so neither of these help. Let's try signing in (which is annoying BTW. There's NO reason not to have a download button somewhere for existing customers. There's absolutely no reason I need to log in to the website, since I don't want to do anything on the website. I want to install my application. Every other desktop app works like this). No
