Jag har haft Photoshop under hösterminen 2021 då jag gått en kurs på skola Har fortfarande samma abbonnemang och fakturan är dragen för januari men kan inte komma in på PS jobbar från PC Inväntar ny kurs illustration för vt-22 under månaden och i behov att jobba i PS så vad gör jag?

Had Elements 6 (Mac) and 7(Elements). Was running it on Windows. Now I have switched to Mac, got a message that it needs to update. 1. If i previously used it on a Windows machine (now defunct), should I be able to use it on the new Mac?Question 2. When I tried to update it, I accidently entered the Windows S/N. When I realized the error, i re-entered it with the Mac (Elements 6) S/N, but now it comes up as "multiple" with no download button. Is there a way to delete the windows registration?

Why is it that recently the latest updates for most of the adobe software, are not compatible with my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), [MacOS Mojave Version 10.14.6,   Processor 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7,   Memory 16 GB 1600 MHZ DDR3,   Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2 GB Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB]?

Creative Cloud says i'm not online, yet I'm currently online researching and writing about this. What do I do? PS, your *Topics aren't related to this issue but won't let me post without clicking one.  Fyi, it's not a "Collaboration" issue. Lol, why is this so difficult?

Hi there,I had an Adobe account that I signed up to with an email address I am no longer using. I want to tidy up my internet footprint and get rid of all old accounts I don't use. When I went to sign in, it said that the email address was not associated with an account, and yet when I entered my mobile number to find the account in question, the SMS sent to my mobile confirmed it was the email address I was entering and trying to sign in with.I have created this second account so I could post in the forums (since there doesn't seem to be any other way to get in touch with support?), and while I am confident that I can delete this one when it no longer needs to be open, I don't know how to close the other one? I do not want my personal information being stored when it is no longer necessary (since my phone number etc is still stored).Can anyone help?Thank you in advance.

I have a 😧 with 1tb of space on it and also purchased the 1TB of cloud space from Adobe for £9 extra per monthly subscription.  When I try to download Photoshop or other Creative Cloud apps it says that I have an error code 133 and that there is not enough space. I have made sure that 😧 is the main download and not C: and I can't seem to overcome this. Can anyone help advise me please? Thanks 🙂

So...Many years back i bought adobe creative suite (the CS5.5 version). Worked perfectly fine, love my programms and what i can do with them (i'm not a pro or anything). Cumputer broke, realise the newest version of Mac os would not be comptabile with the CS5.5 version, soo i bought an old mac cumputer to get the older OS system  on it.Now, i'm going to school and they required to have a license for adobe premiere pro... which i can't download because of my version of Mac Os...What would be my options? (Beside kissing goodbye to my old programms). Is there a way i can download a newer version of Mac os which will be compatible with both?Thanks  

Hi everybody. I just went to load Illustrator and noticed in my start menu that both the 2021 and 2022 versions are available. Upon checking the same is true for all of the programs I have installed. Does this mean I have multiple versions installed or are they just icons that I can see and 22 did actually overwrite 21?

My account shows 2 activated devices (including current laptop). Whenever I try to open Captivate I get a message "THe Adobe ID is already being used on all allowed computers. To use Adobe Captivate 2019, you must deactivate Captivate in another computer". I have deactivated the current laptopo leaving only 1 device and restarted computer and program. I still get the same message and cannot past this messge. My account now only shows 1 activated device.Any suggestions

After using CS6 for the past 10 years, the start of the new year greats me with the software starting up in Trial mode.  Entering serial number information from original package results in message that it is invalid.  Logging into my account, where I thought I had originally entered product information, is now blank and when attempting to "register" my 10 year old copy of the product results with message that "This serial number is already in use." well... yeah, I'm using it and have been for years!There is no option to "deactivate" any of the programs as some of the suggestions I read said to do. Chat says to come to the forums as the person there said they could not help.

This is my first time posting, as I am not sure where else to get answers since I have been uneable to contact anyone at Adobe. Essentially, I had a student account when I was at school using Adobe. It knows that I have since graduated but continue to use the service. As such, the price of the plan I was using rose, as it should since I am no longer eligible for the student rate. However, now I wish to switch plans to something less expensive, yet for some reason, even though I am paying a full non-discounted price for a monthly subscription, and have changed my e-mail to a personal as opposed to school affiliated address, it sends me to a student/faculty verification page, with no way to move forward without it, no way to verify that I am a student since I am not, and no way to opt out. Even the customer service agent I managed to reach out to once, was not able to undo this step in the "plan changing" process.To sum up, I am unable to change my plan, which I am paying full price for,

I had a problem with my PS cs4 not opening files.  So I uninstalled it and have tried to reinstall it but it would not.  It claims my serial number is invalid.When I contacted customer service they assured me serial number is valid.  So what do I do.By the way serial number is registered in my account with adobe.

I have mentioned gson as depedndecy in pom.xml with version as below.<dependency><artifactId>gson</artifactId><version>2.8.9</version><groupId>com.google.code.gson</groupId><scope>provided</scope></dependency>Since all Latest AEM by default have GSON version with 2.8.5 and by project bundle is picking by 2.8.5 not 2.8.9. Because of this for some of the classes getting error like no method found.Please suggest how to upgrade to 2.8.9Please suggest

Scusatemi ho acquistato, credo incautamente, Photoshop da un sito che mi proponeva un prezzo allettante. Ho installato il programma ma all'apertura si blocca dicendo che è sorto un problema forse dipendente dalla Adobe stessa o per la mancanza di internet. Non riuscendo a ciattare con nessun operatore di Adobe chiedo alla comuniti un aiuto per uscire a risolvere il problema o anche sapere se ho preso una cosiddetta "sola". Grazie Alessandro  

Hello-   I'm attempting to install a very old version of Photoshop, CS3 onto my computer.  The version apparently is so old that the activation servers are no longer used, so once I put my serial number in it only allows me to have a 30 day trial of the program I own.   I contacted Adobe support and they gave me a link to a page that instructs me to delete the program, then I use Creative Cloud Cleaner, and finally I navigate and delete a cache file.  The instructions then instruct me to reinstall CS3 from the CS3 product download page, however the program is no longer listed.   I went through this process and attempted to reinstall via my CD, and once again I'm back where I started... with not being able to activate the program.   There's got to be a way around this.....   Help!  Thank you!  

I am trying to move my Acrobat Pro 9 from my old computer to my new one. I went online to my Adobe account and found my registered copy information. I used the download link to install the software and copied the serial number as shown. When I tried using it though I got an "invalid serial number" error. I don't understand, I'm downloading from the Adobe site using the supplied serial number yet I'm getting an error message. Any thoughts on what's going on or how I can install it? Is it possible to see the serial number of the copy that's installed on my old machine? Thanks for the help!!!

I have adobe PSE 11 and it has worked GREAT for me. I had to reinstall windows and now have to reinstall 11. It is asking for a product key.  Problem is, the software is not showing up in my account? My husband and I share the same email address, and when we activated the adobe ID it address an email to him, but now the account is in my name so I have no idea what data we lost over the years. HELP! We got the software when we got a lap top years ago. It worked fine for me? is there anything that can be done??

I used this product once in Novemeber of 2020. In January/February of 2021, I noticed I was getting charged every month and contacted adobe support on the computer to help cancel. He told me I couldn't without paying the rest of what was needed to fulfill the annual plan, plus an extra fee, so I was just going to let it run out for the year so I did not have to pay extra. He told me once the year was over, the plan would be over as well. I just recently noticed my account has been STILL been getting charged every month. I have tried contacting support and I have reached not one employee yet and still trying. I am at a loss for options and do not know what to do. If anyone can help me that would be great. 

Hello! I was working on something using my browser, and I had not used any Adobe programs in the past three months, but I got this...I can't click out, either. This is a scam, and you can't convince me otherwise. The fact that I can't close it, and that the only interactive thing seems to be Learn More... It seems suspicious... I'm doing this on my iPad just in case, but I don't think my father should have gotten Adobe Disks from the swap meet. I hate pirating! Anyway, I'm not going to use my computer until further suggestions (hopefully not tricks) are given.

Hello,My "annual plan paid monthly" plan renews tomorrow. I want to cancel it, yet it this is saying I need to pay a cancellation fee (£9.89) for ending early, which is absurd as it's only one day early and tomorrow it will renew.I have tried to contact a human being at Adobe customer service to ask about this but there doesn't seem to be live chat any more.Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks

Opening the creative cloud app and scrolling through my apps to click the right "open" button for the app I would like to use is a small inconvenience, but it is an inconvenience none the less.  My solution has been to pin the .exe shortcuts to the taskbar in windows, so that I can easily open/minimize/maximize the apps.  However, every single time the apps get updated, the shortcuts break -  I need to remove the taskbar shortcuts, and go sifting through directories for the different .exe shortcuts for all of the 8 apps we use regularly in the office, and re-pin them. Does anybody know of a better solution for this?  Or is there a better way to pin the most up-to-date apps to the taskbar?

Is there a way to change the color of the mobile navigation background from gray to white?Or at the very least, make the gray background cover the entire screen?
