Download & Install

I get the message "Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp. " I've tried repairing it but it doesn't work. I've also tried uninstalling it but it says that I have apps downloaded that need cc so I can't, when trying to uninstall those apps it need cc which can't open so I can't uninstall them.I've done every possible fix and I still can't seem to open cc, at this point i'm not sure what do do, if anyone has any tips or something that would be great! Thank you!

HiNach einem Festplatten-Crasch und der Neuinstallation von Lightroom 6.14 öffnet sich das Programm nicht mehr. Es konnte vor dem Crash nicht korrekt  deaktiviert werden, daher wird die Lizenz immer noch vom vorherigen System blockiert.Früher gab es einen Telefon-Support der die blockierte Lizenz wieder frei gegeben hat, wie kann ich heute den Support kontaktieren, bzw wer hat eine Idee, zum Thema "geblockte Lizenz frei geben". Leider bin ich in den unendlichen Weiten der Hilfe- und Support-Links  noch nicht fündig geworden.Vielleicht hatte der Eine oder Andere das gleiche Problem und kennt die Lösung.DANKE

Hallo,kann mir jemand bitte helfen:Photoshop 2022Imac 27 Zoll Modell 2020 / Apple Monterey Ich habe Photoshop installiert. Beim ersten Versuch ging das Programm erst gar nicht auf. Alles gelöscht und neu installiert. Jetzt öffnet es, aber ich kann die wichtigen Updates nicht laden. Unter "Hilfe" Updates tut sich nichts. Das Feld ist nicht aktiv, nur Hellgrau.Hat jemand eine Idee???Vielen DankStefan

I have a practically new machine for which W10 was intalled from new, a Dell OptiPlex 7070. All updates have been installed. Ituses only SSD's.I have a valid license for Photoshop Elements 17, which I used to run without problems on my previous old W7 machine.However, trying to download it and install on the new machine it says that installation is incompatible with my operating system and W11 is needed.Surely that cannot be correct? That a product that worked perfectly on a W7 machine now won't work on a three month old W10 one?Help please! 

Beim aktivieren unserer CS5 wird die Seriennummer als nicht gültig angezeigt. Der normale Support hat die Seriennummer geprüft und mich an seine Mitarbeiter in diesem Forum verwiesen. (CS5 wird vom Standardsupport nicht mehr supported...) Konnte dieses Problem schon jemand lösen oder hat einen Tipp für mich?Besten Dank vorab!

Hello I have a question. I have a license for photoshop which is installed on a computer with windows 10, now I would like to try Apple products such as Macbook. Do I have to buy a second license for the Mc Os system. In general, I would like to have photoshop on two computers at home for Windows and on a mobile McBook computer.

Hi, I need to download and install a previous version of Adobe Animate, is it possible?

Had an HDD go down and it was what I was running CS4 off of.  I reached out today to get it set back up and learned that she's a legacy in the worst kind of way now.  I'm assuming that there is no point to even trying to find a download file, or anything like that (if there is do let me know though) since the activation servers got put to sleep.  Support told me to come here when I asked who I could talk to about paying to roll my license up to CS5 or CS6 so I'm going to guess that's not going to happen.At this point I see that I have to bite the bullet and go to CC if I want to be able to do anything.  I had a full suite (design premium) at my disposal and now I'm going to be sinking my whole work stipend into just one program for the year (yes it's very small) to get the projects that I have completed.  I would need to get at least 2 programs, and I already can't justify the spend there, let alone the subscription to all apps.  Is there anything tha

I use 5 programs from them and every time I update or use a new computer I find myself wasting my time.now all the new presets I spent hours on creating in Lightroom are obsolete, I found out that they did away with the batch copy and paste feature, ....THAT'S RIDICULOUS! Not to mention them constantly changing AE and Premiere mostly for the worst, why get rid of or move around crucial features that will just cause people to waste time and change their work flow? Why!? you should be adding features not moving them around for us to play hide and go seek.[Disguised Profanity removed... families visit this forum... Mod]

My Issue: Every time I open creative cloud, I have to install all my apps. I use Premiere and Media Encoder. I have had this issue for so long. I have tried to reinstall Creative cloud, I have used something used some "Creative cloud cleaner"That's supposed to fix these kinds of issues, I have Uninstalled and deleted every Adobe file I could find on my computer so just I could have some sort of fresh restart and still this issue happens. What makes it even more odd is, Even though Creative Cloud will say "Install" next to my apps. If I search "Premiere" in my PC I will have a Premiere 2021 and Premiere 2022 App I can open and use. Which normally I would say screw the Cloud I will just use that, but after awhile doing that, I get freezes and crashes . please any help would be great. 

I have recently downloaded CS6 from ebay. It works really well in my Acer Aspire 5 laptop with Windows 10. However, if I try to open the program from the desktop or from a thumbnail in 'explorer' in windows I get the pop-up... 'Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?Yes/No' This is most inconvenient.Is there a way that I can go straight to CS.

Hi. For the past ten years I've been using Adobe CS5.5 on OSX, and unfortunately my old computer crashed a few days ago. I've since got a new laptop running:  Mac OS Big Sur version 11.5.2and when I tried to install CS5.5 via disc this morning I got told it wan't able to install on the newer operating system. Is there a way around this, or will I have to buy more recent version of the creative suite?

I am a photographer who uses Adobe photoshop 2022. I have a program called Yervant page gallery and it does not work correctly with the 2022 version. The programs calls adobe and actions are installed in the adobe. So years ago I would use Adobe CS5. So I downloaded CS5  recently and the Yervant page gallery works like it needs to. It works great. My question is since I am in the trial period it will shut down in 20 days. I had spoke to adobe support and they referred me to your community.  I design albums for my client after the wedding and would hope I could have the use of CS5. Please help and solve this issue.Thanks Alan

hi! so, i downloaded creative cloud because i thought i had it through school, and i downloaded photoshop because i need it. it now says that i have the 7 day free trial, but when i go to my account and to my payments and subscriptions and stuff, it says there's nothing there. this makes it impossible for me to cancel the free subscription, can anyone help me?

When I downloaded my PS Elements 2021 there was a connection loss on the wifi and evidently it did not load corectly. When I sign in it just keeps recycling the sign-in and never opens.  What do I do so I can use it?

Hello,1)I have a problem with deactivation Adobe Design Std CS6 on mac os el capitan wersion 10.11.6.This package works but i can't deactivation it. I have access to the Internet and the connection is working,but it keeps showing me the information: "Please connect to the Internet and try again".I checked everything like on this page (https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html )and everything works. Where is the problem?2)I tried to install this package on a different disk with older mac os (snow leopard), but the situation is similar as above with establishing an internet connection.I connected both the internet via wifi and stationary and nothing. How to check how many computers is the license installed on? How can I reset/delete the licenses on another computer if I do not have access to it and the disk on it has been erased?Adobe support won't help and would like to refer you here ..3)I would like to transfer my license to another computer tha
