Bonjour, j'ai acheté photoshop élément 2022 et premiere element 2022. A chaque ouverture du programme, j'ai des messages d'alerte.: " Adobe updater les mises à jour ont été désactivées sur cet ordinateur....." et aussi Photoshop server ne peut ouvrir en raison d'un probleme.....". J'ai installé ces programme sur un IMac 10.15.7. Comment remedier à ces problèmes. Merci.

I bought the whole Creative Suite 6 years ago and a couple of years back my PC died from the dreaded blue screen of death but I still have the serial key for PC. I now have a Mac and was wondering if there's any way to swap my old PC serial Code for a Mac serial code so that I can get the suite back? Because at the moment I can't access it in anyway but I have bought it which is frustrating.Thanks!

Pourtant sur mon ordinateur, seules les versions d'essai des applications sont accessibles à partir de Creative Cloud. Merci pour votre aide si vous avez déjà résolu ce type de problème.Laurent.

I am on the fence about purchasing Adobe CC. I have a hard time purchasing a subscription and then being nicked and dimed for features.Two questions:1 - Is web hosting included in the Adobe CC membership          (I found this but online forums contradict it, Adobe Web Hosting - Buying guide )2 - Is there a price sheet somewhere where I can see costs of things such as "stock images" or photo and video editing tools that are necessary but not included in the membership.I really want to make this purchase but I don't want to commit to a year contract and then find out I have to purchase a ton of editing extras.Thanks!

Dear Adobe Support Team, Ref: Intel Core i5. 16GB RAM. Win 10Pro 21H2. 64-bit.  Have recently buy to above mentioned PC. Installed MS Office and later on the Adobe CC package. Since the Adobe CC instalation MS Office started to slow down while opening any of the MS apps (Word, Excel or PowerPoint).  The specific behavior is that when click to open any of the MS APPs it takes 2-3 minutes to finaly open. I changed PC because I thought it was related to the computer age and specifications. I have tried to identify the root cause in multiple forums, but have not found anything. Is there anything that can be done in order to improve the MS APPs startup?  Thanks in advance,

hi! on my new mac 2020 (m1, monterey) i can't download indesign. creative cloud was installed from the start (5.6.0.788). but when i try to install indesign, there is always an error message (403) and it tells me to look for updates. have done this several times, but nothing changes. has anybody had the same problem and can help to solve this? thanks so much!! konstantin

The problem is my C Drive is small and full which blocks updates. Using Treesize, the Adobe folder is a big chunk of it. How do I change this? I have more space on other drives. For some reason Animate alone is using a large chunk of space despite me barely using it after installation. Blue=space used

    I wwould like to download the indesign version 2017 12.1. Unfortunately , its no longer found in my creative cloud, nor when I press the botton on older versions. Anyone have any idea if it s still available ? OR where I can still find the version ?      {Renamed by MOD}

Hi there, we are currently working on a project that requires our designers to download and install InDesign version 15.1.3 (2020) so that their files are compatible with our client's InDesign version. However, when they try to install previous versions of InDesign through the Creative Cloud app, the oldest version available is 16.4, which is 2021. What can we do in this case?

I have been a customer for like a DECADE?!Never had issues, until this newest update, That so many also have.I have tried the intel thing, restarting, fixing drivers,I got three free months, I am grateful for that. ButThis is not ok, adobe.I think Corel is easier now. bc IT WORKS. I cannot even install Creative cloud anymore without gettingEVERY DARN WRONG MESSAGE THER IS ON MY PC.IT SHOULD WORK. Illustrator 16.0 and InDesign 8.0 still show in the Installed Apps list of Creative Cloud even though those old versions were deleted off the computer long ago. The "Open" icon is greyed. All other apps that are listed are the current updates only.

My computer crashed. A new and larger disk was installed and the old disk (the one lightroom was in) have been erased and reformated.I have installed Lightroom on my new disk and wen starting it I get a message stating that "the serial number...... is already on use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deacticate another computer..." I press 'continue' i.e. I have already deacticated...but I get same message again.The current installation does not change the number of installations a all so what should I do?
