Bonjour, Depuis hier je n'arrive plus à lancer indesign CS6 sur mon PC. J'ai comme message à l'ouverture : Renouveler votre abonnement. Or, mon abonnement est renouvelé automatiquement et je suis débitée chaque mois. Je n'ai pas de problème de paiement. Lorsque je clique sur le service clientèle, j'ai le message suivant : Votre numéro de série a expiré ou est incorrect ??? Je ne sais pas quoi faire. Je suis complètement bloquée.Est-ce que quelqu'un a déjà eu le problème et peut m'aider ?Merci

Subscribed to full Adobe CC and having major problem with frequent app updates...My MacOS update to Monterey was able to download the installer package to my iPad Pro direct from Apple servers! Then Airdrop the file to my Mac. This takes under an hour a 12.13Gb file, whereas using the native MacOS updater in Preferences would take literally days to complete. I like many today do not use a dedicated landline and so am limited to mobile broadband, which works relatively well for pretty much everything but nosey data sharing download managers, like Adobe CC. It's wasting my valuable time waiting for updates to download to several Adobe CC apps, each taking hours or days to complete, sometimes restarting from 0% if the connection is temporarily dropped... I'm sorry but this kind of data collection paired with app downloads and updates is no longer viable with the era of mobile broadband replacing many traditional network connectivity solutions. I purchased LR 6 in 2015 but it no longer appears on my account. I have just got a new pc and need to install it.   However Adobe say that I must disable the programme on my previous pc which is now in pieces. I therefore need  guidance on how to diable LR to enable it to be  activated on my new pc.   Thank you for any help you can provide  

The Help Manual tells me the following, but there is no place to contact adobe. Please unregister all my old computer. Thank you. Have you lost access to your previous computer?If you cannot access the previous computer on which you installed the app—whether it was stolen, was lost, crashed, or locked—you need to contact Adobe to deactivate the app.If you upgraded your computer’s hardware, replaced a hard drive, upgraded your operating system, or reformatted your computer before deactivating your software, you may have disrupted the activation connection.

Recentemente instalei o Win11 Pro na minha maquina e ao tentar instalar qualquer programa da adobe me deparo com a seguinte mensagem, alguém consegue me ajudar a resolver esse problema?

When I downloaded the Premiere and Photoshop apps to my computer two "Installer" drive icons appeared on my desktop and I cannot remove them. Will these icons disapear? Are they vital to the apps function now that they are both downloaded? I really just want them to be removed from my desktop but also curious if they take up space on the computer.

But it's small also "thanks" to you who are not providing users with professional software so they could finally start doing their jobs without dual-booting/installing VMs. Provide the tools and you'll see market share growing. For the god's sake, there is no even an Adobe Reader available - can you provide at least that?

All I see when I set up is just a text box. Also when I put my website offline and type in the URL, all it is just a page with huge text.      

I'm yet another victim of Adobe's cancellation policy. I signed up for this as a trainee teacher and was forced to get the package because of schools using it. I kept the package till the introductory price and until I noticed my bills shoot up to $73 a month. Before cancelling I spoke to a customer service representative who I asked about to see if they could put together a price package for me. I decided to cancel and was told I owed cancellation fees!!!!! I have cancelled and now I owe 10 months worth of cancellation fees!!!!!!!!!! Its outrageous. A 50% cancellation on six months would still be bearable.I'd been with Adobe for over 3 years!!!!!!!!!!!I intend to lobby both my school and my university on this matter. Thankfully I'm a recent graduate and I know exactly who to contact in the various departments as well as my recent fellow graduate teachers. In short, tedious as it is sadly read the fine print. I am getting an error code 306 when updating Photoshop 23.02, Lightroom Classic 11.01 and Camera RAW 14.01. I have Creative Cloud Desktop 5.6.0.788

Download gets to 10% and stops.  What a fun day so far.  Done it 5 times already and 6 hours on the computer.Adobe says to uninstall Creative Cloud and reinstall.  Yeah, uninstalled and then it wouldn't let me reinstall.  Does it get any better?     Now it says that I can't try to install anything as something is trying to install, but nothing is installing.  Love

I have a PS plug in that will not opperate on PS beyond 21.2.4.  I have 21.2.4 running on my desktop Mac and the plug in works perfectly and now id like to install this version (21.2.4) on my MacBook Air as allowed by Adobe under my Creative Suite subscriotion but can not find where to find a download. The obvious place would be on the app section of the creative suite site however there are no "older versons" offered from the drop down. Any ideas where I can find a download for Photoshop 21.2.4? 

Hi,I'm trying to import some CR2 files made with a Canon 6D in my Lightroom 4. I had to reinstall the app on my old MacBook Pro so now I've the version 4.1 that it seems does not support camera raw 9. Probably I used to have a newer version of the software that support my camera in previous installation made on other computer, but I can't resume that.I checked my Adobe account and Lightroom 4 is correctly registered, is it possible to obtain the 4.4 version or another version that support my camera? Thx, regards,Gianfranco 

I was happily using Photoshop 2021 and one morning when I openeed the program I found it had upgraded to 2022 (23.0.0 release) without any input from me. All my third party plugins had disappeared.While corresponding with FilterForge Support recently, I learnt that during the upgrade I should have been offered the choice to retain the 2021 version as well as the new version, this didn't happen, I didn't even know it had happened till I opened the program.If I could have retained 2021 I would have been able to have FilterForge 10 as a plugin  for it, it doesn't work in 2022.How can I get back the working 2021 as well as 2022?Many thanksWin 

Can I move CS6 cloud from drive C to drive D?Drive C is a SSD solid state drive and is filling up fast. Drive D is HDD drive with much space.If I deactived on drive C then down load to drive D what problems will I encounter?Message was edited by: Geo83

Ich habe CC im Abo (Studenten), ein älteres MacBook Pro (15 Zoll, Mitte 2010) mit 8GB, das maximal installierbare MacOs 10.13.6 und das aktuelle CC Installationsprogram 5.6. Ich kann die Hauptprogramme (Photoshop, Illustrator …) nicht installieren, da der Installer meldet "nicht kompatibel".Die Beschreibung hier https://helpx.adobe.com/de/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html funktioniert nicht, denn ich bekomme keine älteren Versionen angezeigt. Siehe Anhang 1Auch das Aktivieren in Prefs "ältere Versionen anzeigen" bewirkt nichts. Siehe Anhang 2 Kann mir jemand einen Rat geben?

I have read posts and have tried clearing HOST location, turned off firewall and antivirus.  Interesting that on my laptop i can access site and install looks to run properly, but, on my desktop it has error below.Internet connection is no issue through browser but software will not connect to server.  Looks like some windows setting but i have tried resetting and startup windows in basic mode and still have error.
