Download & Install

When trying to update Photoshop (v23.0.2) to v23.1 oder LRC v11.0.1 to v11.1 on a Windows 11 System it always says that I should downgrade to Windows 10 1607 or higher. It seems that there is a bug in the installer!

I have a case sensitive Mac OS, so I get an error when trying to download Adobe.  However, I have an alternate partioned drive that is case insensitive (I created it to solve a similar problem with OneDrive).  How do I point my Adobe download to this secondary disc? Alternately, can I simply access the Adobe Pro DC suite online and skip the download? Thanks in advance!

I purchased After Effects on my MacBook and it just finished installing. I tried to open it but it an error popped up saying, "After Effects can't continue: Error while accessing the preference files. Please verify the file permissions and try again." How do I fix this?

Hi, I recently tried to buy adobe second hand, on a website for second hand stuff in Belgium. but it seemed to be a cracked version. I tried to get information how to recuperate my money in some way but the website is not cooperating. If adobe would be interested to know where this is happening, you can contact me. 

I deinstalled it because it was closing in 1 second after opening. And then - there is no Photoshop in my CC.This log I found. Hi, I just purchased the creative cloud and found that it crashes my computer (hp spectra 360 convertible 15 using Microsoft Windows 10) everytime I try to use a program. So far I've tried Illustrator (versions: 26.0.1, 26.0 and 25.4.1) as well as photoshop (version 23.0.2). I tried opening up files I've created on past versions of illustrator (creative suite 5.5) as well as starting a brand new file and it crashes my computer withen the first 5 minutes every time.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still have the same problem. I also tried restoring the preferences but got no help. I then tried launching illustrator with my wifi turned off and it seemed to work fine with wifi disconnected. But when I turned wifi back on it instantly froze my computer.  What couuld be the issue? I have mcafee antivirus that came with the computer, I wonder if that could be the problem. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Recalling the old Creative Suite days, I'd be great to have a $30/month plan bundle that includes:PhotoshopIllustratorInDesignAcrobat Pro I just feel like the All App plan is overkill. Anyone else agree?

Does any one know of another way to limit download / upload speed other than the 25%-100% limiter. My problem is that it appears that creative cloud is limiting by the capabilities of my network card not by my bandwidth. I have 75 Mbps up and down which is 5-8% of my network adapter's capability. So even at a limit of 25% it's not even close to being limited.

I'm about to buy a new PC, which will run on Windowes 11. I see a couple of posts about error messages, or a requirement that Internet Explorer is required to download the exe files (which would be fine for me). Will Creative Cloud, PS and LR all run on Windows 11?thanks in advance for any help on this. 

2016 purchased Acrobat Pro DC -- my computer was vandalism and won't work.  I have a new computer but software registration says my version is already registered.  I cannot active the old computer -- any options at this point?

How do I do it, I only have one license and I have a job that needs to be finished tomorrow. And the charger on my old computer is broken so when the battery is "dead" within some hours I can't use it any more.. Kind of desperate! 

HelloWe are "moving" from personal purchased licenses (by credit card) to a centerlised locationwe have cancelled credit card on the old licenses and moving users gradully to licenses purchased by the company (adminconsole.adobe.com - via company login)simple question - does old subscriptions get cancelled automatically when removing their payment or do the incur debt?if the latter is correct I need assistance on how to remove old subsciptions thank you,Gabriel

After installing Creative cloud it crashes immediately 

Signed up for a 3 day trial with billing slated to occur after 3 days and was charged immediately  please fix or someone tell me where to complain to get it fixed please!!!!

So, I have an old Windows laptop that I had a full version of Photoshop CS5 Extended installed on. I recently bought a new Mac laptop, and would like to move my softwares. However, when I tried to install CS5 from this page - Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products - I received a message saying that the file was damaged or corrupt and I had to eject the disk file. Please help me with this, as I need my software to work as soon as possible. This is annoying and I would appreciate any help.

I can't believe that Adobe has now removed all older versions of Premiere that had Encore from Creative Cloud!!!! 

Hallo,ich habe mir heute ein neues Adobe-Konto angelegt, da mein alter Zugang abgelaufen ist und über die Bildungseinrichtung meiner Ausbildung lief.Nun kann ich mich trotz Deinstallation aller Adobe-Programme nicht mit meinen neuen Zugangsdaten in der Creative Cloud anmelden und Photoshop etc. neu installieren. Wenn die Creative Cloud neu installiert wird, wird immer folgende Fehlermeldung angezeigt und ich bekomme nicht die Möglichkeit, mich mit einem anderen Zugang anzumelden... Ich habe mithilfe anderer Hilfe-Foren schon die opm datei gelöscht, hat aber leider nicht funktioniert... Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

I bought a new laptop and would like to install my previously bought version of Lightroom 6. I don't have a DVD player so I can't insert the disc to install it. Is there still a way to install this version? I don't really want to get a monthly license since I already bought it in the past.Thank you,Michelle

Using Windows 10 I can't update to LR 11.0 or PS 23.1.0.Tried using Creative Cloud, even downloaded new version of Creative Cloud, Tried direct download. Photography subscription is active. Creative Cloud says everying is up to date, it is not. Thanks

Simplement pour faire part de ma colère envers Adobe!depuis septembre 2019 et une mise à jour je ne peux simplement plus utiliser Photoshop avec mon portable!contacts répétés ave le service clients, chat à n'en plus finir, manip diverses style effacement historique navigateur, rien n'y fait.tjs ce "code erreur 205 Photoshop est obligé de quitter prière de contacter le service clientèle" qui apparaît après ouverture et m'empêche de travailler. J'ai dû ouvrir une autre session mais c'est franchement pas pratique…et puis au bout d'un moment, j'en ai marre de payer pour un service autrefois efficace et aujourd'hui médiocre!je sais que ça ne sert pas à grand chose mais au moins je l'aurais dit !
