Bonjour, Je viens de payer l'abonnement et J'arrive pas à installer Photoshop. Mon ordinateur OS X Version 10.10.5 et il est compatible avec la version Photoshop CC18.xMais j'arrive pas à l'installer et il propose toute dernièrre version de Photoshop?? Natalia 

I am running the Photography Suite on a Mac, and when I start LRC I get a message that I need to update Lightroom. However, Creative Cloud says all my apps are up to date, so I can't do it that way. If I try to update either Lightroom or LRC via the "help" menu item, it tells me that updates have been disabled for my machine, and I should see my system administrator (me). I figured that a good start would be for me to find out what, in fact, the latest versions of my apps were, so I could see if I really did need updates, but danged if I can find that information! If it helps, LRC says it's version 9.4 and Lightroom says it's version 3.4.

All I want to do is to redownload PhotoShop 2022 rev. 23. I think that there's a file corruption of the existing software on my PC. It seems I can't just go to the PhotoShop download center and redownload the software. Why is a simply task like this so seemingly hard? Am I missing something? Jim

Just purchased Elements 2022 (Premier and PS) after installing MacOS Monterey. Neither will install due to failed network connection. Tried turning off firewall, etc... All other installs/updates and network connections appear to be in working order. Any suggestions?

I am unable to download Creative Cloud on my old Mac running El Capitan.

At work we are still using the old CS 6 versions of Photoshop and InDesign.We have ordered a set of new M1-Macs, and thinking about buying the latest versions of Photoshop and Indesign. We will run on the case-sensetive versions of APFS, and the local seller told us that - the latest versions of - InDesign CC 2021 and Photoshop 2020 not will run on a case-sensetive file system. Is this correct ?We have some custom made inhouse software requireing case-sensetive file system, so we need to be carefull and do some preparation and research now before we buy and set up new machines.Back on track: Does the latest versions of the mentiones applications running on the case-sensetive versions of APFS and MacOS Big Sur ? Thank you

"Inside _GetOSDetails. Failed to find IsWow64Process2"This appears a myriad of times in the install log after I attempt an install. Trying to install looks like it's going well, int initial install works, but when the creative cloud window opens and the icon appears in the system tray the window is just blank and after about a minute the window and the system tray icon just disappear, no error message or prompt of any sort. I can't really find much on iswow64process2 other than it's basically to tell what bit verion your pc/os is. Please help!

I'm very upset to see that with the new updated Creative Cloud Desktop App, there's still no dark mode option available. It shouldn't be too hard to implement, but it's very important... I don't like being blinded, so dark mode is always the savior (well clearly it's not always). I hope that this can be implemented into your software sometime soon, there's no harm in doing it.

This is the first I've seen of any updates for quite a while so I am confused as to why there is more than one update for Photoshop:Should 22.5.2 be installed before installing 22.3?Thanks in advance. 

Can I buy out right an older version of photoshop instead of monthly fee

I have a license for Photoshop and Lightroom (monthly paid) installed on my Windows laptop.I consider buying an I Mac. Can I use the same license also for the I Mac, next to my Windows laptop? I read different answers on this question in this community. Thanks for your help! Marja

Problem: I run Win 7 Pro 64 Bit with Adobe Premier Pro 2018. It now wont run. It displayed an error message saying my subscription had expired. Creative CLoud would not run either.Situation: The problem is in the TLS 1.2 protocol. Not allowing Adobe to phone home and initiate. After an hour on the phone with Adobe Tech Support, who was really great. He pointed out that Windows 7 Pro needs to be updated to enalbe TLS 1.2. He was unable to locate the update file, but left my case open if I was not successful in finding the update or possibly a Windows 7 Ultimate update. Good afternoon. I have a license of adobe CS6 that I would like to transfer from 1 computer to another... I no longer have the software (i have a CD but not a CD reader). Could you please inactivate it in the old computer, provide me with a link to download the software and activate it in the new one ?thanks!!Valentina

Is there actually any way to get help from a person? Or does Adobe simply think we're a type of pond scum?
