Hi We've purchased a total of 6 Adobe CS 6 Design Standard licenses in previous years and I'm now having a problem activating the software on a computer.  The software was previously installed on the same computer but due to hardware failure some of the hardware components were swapped and now I can't activate the software. I have already uninstalling / reinstalling but it is still showing that Adobe Acrobat has a trial license and will expire in approx. 32000 days (although I believe it may expire in 30 days). I noticed that although we purchased 6 licenses throught the academic TLP 5.0 scheme I can only retrieve 3 different serial numbers from the LWS website for use on Windows systems.  Are we missing some serial numbers or should multiple computers be using the same serial number? ThanksAlan M.

Hello, My fan is starting almost as soon as I boot up, getting really loud and draining the battery on my laptop. My laptop was only bought last year and still in warranty so I sent it back for analysis. They said the machine was totally fine and it was a problem when connecting to Adobe. I've seen similar posts on here and tried uninstalling and reinstalling earlier versions but earlier than 2021 doesn't appear to be available any more for photoshop and illustrator.  Does anyone know what I can do to correct the issue? My laptop is:MacOS Big SurVersion 11.6MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i732 GB 2667 MHz DDR4AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GBIntel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB Thanks in advanceTina 

I purchased one of the newly released Apple MacBook Pro (14”) with the Apple M1 Pro chip. During the setup, it asked if I wanted to migrate the prior settings/files/data/applications. I didn’t give it much thought and proceeded to do the migration. Everything worked flawlessly, and I began using the Adobe applications I subscribe to. I’m a bit fuzzy on the details, but I believe the next day (or so) was Adobe MAX, and the introduction of several new releases. Somewhere in the correspondence I received it talked about native applications for the M1 chip. I checked and I was running the Intel version. For a week now, I have been going back and forth with your customer support trying to figure out why I am not running the Universal applications which supports the M1 chip. And for a week I have gotten the same response … just uncheck the Rosetta option, and it will run in native mode. BUT ... Is there a way to download adobe apps and completely bypass creative cloud? Ive had so many issues with creative cloud. Errors, freezing, disconnecting my whole computor from the internet when I'm downloading an app. Im over it. Can I just not use creative cloud?

Creative cloud says all apps are up to date, however the apps I have are 2020 versions.  I'd like to use some features from 2021 but there's nowhere for me to download them via creative cloud. Please help cheersJason

I'm haveing quite afew problems with mainly Adobe graphics app lagging & apparantly crashing on an M1 Mac mini & when I checked the application list in system report only Creative Cloud is installed as Apple Silicon version, InDesign, Bridge, Acrobat are Intel & Photoshop, Illustrator & Lightroom are Universal versions.Surely if PS. ID, Ill & LR are native Apple silicon then how do I install those versions.I've tried uninstalling but it just reinstalles the latest version, I dont get an option on which version it installes.Is there an option to install just the Apple Silicon versions?

I have my Adobe programs installed on a secondary drive ("D").On updates through clicking the Update button on Creative Cloud Desktop, why oh why does Adobe thinks it knows better than I do where I want my programs installed by installing it to my boot drive ("C")?This just happened with updates of Photoshop 2021 to 2022. And now that I noticed it, I'm fairly sure it happened with Acrobat as well.Just no, seriously!

Lightroom v5.5 non-CC application prompted me to download an update to 5.7The link it provides is broken.Link is "http://supportdownloads.adobe.com/detail.jsp?ftpID=5856"Page immediately breaks with a "server reset the connection" error. 

Hi!Where can I find adobe photoshop elements 9 on adobe.com?I have looking every where, but cannot find it. I have installed elements 10, but it isn't the version I want and have. I have a laptop, so I can't put in the disc. PLEEEASE HELP ME!

Hi,I recently bought an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and started to download the setup files. I started the setup, my browser opened and I logged in with my account. When going to the setup-application I get an error that JavaScript is not enabled. I double- and triple-checked my browser settings on chrome and javascript is in fact enabled. I after a couple of times I tried it with other setups like illustrator and photoshop, but got the same problem.Any solutions?

How can I fix the case sensitive issue when loading Creative Cloud onto my Macbook?

I have a M1 Pro Macbook and my CC, Lightroom and Photoshop suddenly stopped wornking. The CC keeps loading forever and nothing happens. I tried to search for a solution, but none of. them work. Please help.

helloSo i was successfully installed adobe cc with some software like AI etc. , and run it all normally fine. But about July 2021, i got an error that say i cannot connect to adobe server, it is said that i don't have internet connection or my laptop's date was incorrect. I tried a lot of troubleshooting on internet to fix it, but everything is failed. And i decided to reinstall my operating system, hope that i can get rid of it.But i was pretty shocked, that after clean install my windows, and the first thing i did was install the creative cloud software, i still get the same error that said i was unable to connect to adobe server. I don't know what to do, can anybody help me? Or is adobe no longer allow me to install cc on my old laptop that run windows 7?i'm so confused T.Tthank you guys, hope i can get rid of this error  i was able to go to login page on the first screenshot, and after that, and error message is popped out

hi. i using adobe CCat first time when i install CC, i installed all softwear to basic setting. so my CC product display to korean.i want to change a language to english cause Adobe's translation is some wierd..very uncomfortable!im already set complete in my Creative Cloud manager's language to english, and reinstalled(or patch?) Apps menu's all product.but it still display to korean...sorry i don't know english very well , and my country don't support Q/A center.plz help me! ;(

I have Photography plan (20GB). I have paid monthly for years. I am now in the Colombiian Amazon. I live in Colombia. Photoshop stopped working because I am not connected to Internet. When I connected it does not work because it can not connect to Creative Cloud. When I go to Creative Cloud it just says Updating 1%. I can not get rid of that. There are no preferences. I spent many hours and it got to 32% but then failed.  So I will not have Photoshop for the next months, when I will be taking thousands of photos???   I see on the support page there is phone and chat but no link, so I think that means my plan does not have that.   I am pissed!!!!!!!

Hello,Suddenly every time i try to open Lightroom or Photoshop it keeps asking me to sign into my account(which it was already in auto sign in) and then I enter the account info and doesn't work, so I try going into the account in my browser, I sign in there and it works fine but now says that Lightroom and Photoshop that I've been using for 3 years are not install when they are obviously install. Something is very wrong here, like if the information in the account wasn't right and very different than my desktop. So basically even known I've been a paying(and current) subscriber for a couple of years now, i can't use Lightroom or Photoshop anymore.Any idea on what to do??i really need to use them since I'm a photographer and NEED to work on my photos.Any help will be greatly appreciate it.Thanks. 

Hi, I'm trying to unistall Abode on an old mac of mine but I keep running into a wall. The creative cloud unistaller says "Couldn't uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it." I've installed all the applications but I think the suspect is Camera Raw. How do I uninstall it, from what I read it's a plugin and their isn't an option to uninstall from my creative cloud account. Jack

Hello,I recently bought a licensed copy of Photoshop CS6 to replace a old CS3 on a Windows 10 PC. Activation went OK, the software runs fine. The only problem is when I want to work on a PSD file, Windows systematically tries to open it with the old CS3, which doesn't run anymore. I changed the "Opens with" parameter in the files properties, it immediately reverts to CS3. I also tried unistalling the old CS3, that doesn't work either. Can you please help me out?Andrei

Error Message 53 /Library/Application Support/Adobe/MACPDFM/MacPDFM.framework/Versions/A/MacPDFM How do I get rid of this error message that requires multiple clicks to go away.  I downloaded from my old mac, but chose to reinstall Outlook 365 from the Microsoft site, rather than use the app from my old computer.  Please assist    

I use the Creative Cloud subscription for PS, LR and BR for my Photography business. It occured that the latest upgrade isn't compatible with my Mac Pro Mid 2012 Computer with Mac OS Mojave 14,6. I cannot upgrade to Mac OS Catalina because my computerhardware isn't compatible for this OS.I am afraid that when I cannot update these programs, I'm still paying for old programs with no future updates. Is it possible to maintain the old version PS 22.5.2 and LR 10.....for a indefinite period of time or does it stop here, because the programs are getting older and useless without any possibility for further updates?
