Download & Install

I had an Adobe Creative Cloud account through my university. Since I graduated my account expired and now I'm trying to make an Individual account. I started by trying to open my Creative Cloud app on my mac and I'm running into an issue (see video). It says I need to sign in again, but then it never gives me the opportunity to do so.   I tried to uninsall the Creative Cloud app, but it wouldn't let me because I still had other Adobe Apps that it supported (XD, photoshop, et.) intalled. I gave up and simply moved everything into the trash and deleted everything (I know I should've used the intaller for the adobe apps, but everytime I tried the unstaller it required confirmation from the Creative Cloud app and I got the sign in issue again. It was a maddening loop). Long story short, after I manually deleted all my adobe apps and redownloaded the Creative Cloud app, I got the same sign in issue. Any thoughts?  

Hello, This is my second post. PS 2022 installed perfectly the fist time and opened, then it failed to open. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. It opened for a while then stopped opening again. I uninstalled and reinstalled again. This time it will not open at all.  How am I going to install and keep it open? I am on a 16" 2019 Mac Book Pro Intel running Monterey. Thank you,

I downloaded Premiere Pro 2022, and I can't install the premiere becauseREMatchMulticamAE64.plugin” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.I had the same error message in Premier AE and Media Encoder V22.0 Installation 

Hi,I just bought Lightroom 6 and got a CD as well as a serial. Given that my Mac doesn't support CDs I searched for an installer.But there is none. On Download Photoshop Lightroom there is now download available. Can someone help as this is super annoying...Thanks,Thomas

For whatever reason my even older mac worked perfectly on the cloud website where the site AI automatically new and offered download on homepage for an older mac os because newest stuff isn't compatiable. So PROBLEM: I am downloading on my second computer a desktop and on the home page it just says NOT COMPATIABLE or however you spell that word and your tutorials show options in menus that don't exist anymore. Can you just please send me a direct link to the downloads for my os. thanx

Hello, I'm trying to install pse 2020 on a Windows 10 PC and this message appears: I found this on the Help site: Starting August 2020, only Internet Explorer version 11 and later are supported for signing in. Adobe software uses Internet Explorer during the sign-in process. I've applied all the latest Windows 10 updates which shows in Settings as Up to Date, here's the current info:  Not sure what else I can do re the OS/browser, so this is possibly a misleading message and there is another issue. I noticed a similar post for pse 2019 which required installation of pse 2015 before the 2019 installer would work, but I already have 2015 installed. Do I need to uninstall the 2015 version first (I'd assumed the 2020 install process would remove older versions if required when it actually gets going) or is there another issue? Any help appreciated, thanks  

Hallo, ich habe meinen Computer vor ein paar Tagen zurückgesetzt. Zuvor hatte ich Photoshop 2019 oder 2020 installiert gehabt, da die damals neueste Version nicht mit meinem PC kompatibel war. Jetzt wollte ich Photoshop neu installieren, allerdings hat auch die 2020 nicht mehr funktioniert (siehe Screenshot)  Deshalb habe ich mir nach Empfehlung vom Forum die noch älteren Photoshop Versionen 2019, 2018 und 2017 auf prodesigntools.com heruntergeladen. Beim Start kommt jedes Mal wieder der gleiche Fehler. I've just bought a new MacBook Pro (Apple M1 Pro) and used the Migration Assistant to transfer all my files from my previous Mac. It worked fine but then Adobe didn't allow me to sign in again, so I uninstalled all the apps, including CC and reinstalled. I'm getting the following error and cannot do anything else. Any ideas how to fix it?    

So I had a creative cloud account through my school(because of a class) but it got deleted because I don't have the class anymore, so now creative cloud desktop is stuck on the sign in screen preventing me from deleting the apps, but I can't delete creative cloud desktop because I have those apps that depend on it, how am I supposed to fix this?

Hi! I've looked but not found this exact topic elsewhere in the forum, so please forgive any duplication.I downloaded InDesign CS6 from Creative Cloud in 2017 (deliberately, as an older version). I have a valid current subscription to Creative Cloud. However just a few days ago I started getting a warning notice whenever I started InDesign CS6, with a countdown telling me how many days I had left of a 30-day trial period. Apparently the program has been reverted to trial status, and there is now no provision for me to download a later version without first uninstalling it. (That's the only option provided in Creative Cloud Desktop.) I use the CS6 version deliberately, because I work with people who have even older versions; and the publishing software I use requires the same version in order to open a previous job: i.e., I cannot open older documents using a later version (hard to explain briefly—can give more details to anyone interested). Annoyingly, As mentioned in the Title,The CC app has many apps iv'e installed but they are not detected.I've have PS, AI, ID and DW installed on my system however the Apps panel all says "Install" rather than "Update".I tried just installing PS hoping it would be smart enough to remember my settings etc.. It did not AND i now have 2 version on my machine.I searched and tried the renaming of the .db file, but that did nothing.Is there another solution or do i just need to reinstall everything again.Please help.Cheers

  Hi,I just signed up for Adobe Photoshop and wanted to download the desctop app on my MacBook.After downloading the desctop app Photoshop and XD is not even shown on the APP.I have to personally go to the CC website download PS and XD and it appears " XD is not yet available for your device."Any ideas what is going wrong?I am using a MacBook Pro with macOS Monterey (12.01) installed. Thanks for any advice.

Can you go direct from Mac OS MOJAVE to MONTEREY?Will LR Classic V 11 work ok with it?I am currently using MOJAVE but LR Classic V11 is not compaptible with this, so I need to have a more recent Mac OS installed. Cheers  Bernard 

Can you help me? While buying the Adobe Cloud licence I accidentaly signed up with a wrong (unknown) e-mailadres. If I want to enter now Adobe sent a e-mail to this e-mailadres with a verification code. Because I cannot enter this e-mailadres I cannot see this varification code. So I cannot enter Adobe or change mij e-mailadres. What can I do? Dutch:Kunnen jullie helpen? Tijdens het kopen van de Adobe Cloud licentie heb ik perongelijk een verkeerd mailadres ingetypt. Als ik nu wil inloggen wil Adobe mijn inloggegevens verifieren door een mail naar dit mailadres te sturen. Aangezien ik hier niet in kan komen lukt het mij niet om in Adobe te komen of mijn mailadres te wijzigen. Wat kan ik doen?  

When a Creative Cloud Dektop App opens it has just a white screen, refreshes itself multiple times and then shuts down without any errors. I tried deleting OOBE folder, Adobe has full permissions and I tired reinstalling multiple times (on Windows10), what can be the issue?

Safari a téléchargé cette image disque aujourd’hui à 09:52 depuis trials2.adobe.com. et si je clique sur ? on me ditL’autorisation de l’app a été révoquéeIl est possible que l’app présente un problème. Bien que cette app soit signée par un développeur identifié, son certificat a été révoqué. L’app ne peut donc pas être ouverte. Comment je fais? Merci 

Ich finde den Download-Button nicht bei der CS6

Bought a brand new SanDisk external SSD. Was trying to improve my work flow off of 2 computers and decided to install LR Class and Photoshop on to the SSD. However, that didn't work well so I removed the programs from the SSD. Went to reinstall them and accidentally started the install to the SSD. I hit the cancel button. The program then froze and would not finish the cancellation, eventually ending in a force quit via task manager and a restart of my PC. After the restart I plugged the SSD in and Windows advised it was damaged and needed repaired. Ran the repair tool, said there were no problems found. The SSD then no longer worked, it wouldn't transfer files and if it did it would crash after 5 or 6 photos. Managed to pull them of 5-6 at a time and tried to reformat the SSD. Still showed as damaged and the repair tool still said nothing wrong. Returned the SSD for another brand new one. Same thing...in my hurry I once again accidentally started the install to the SSD and cancelled i
