I have downloaded Adobe acrobat but have used the wrong email address when signing up so I can't get the verifcaion code to use it, been trying to find the online chat but having no luck  

Hi, I've been using a Creative Cloud subscription for a few years now, but recently cancelled and wanted to go back to using my Student Edition of Creative Suite 6 bought approximately in 2010. I have it installed on an old computer I want to sell, and want to uninstall it from there and reinstall it onto my iMac that has no disc drive. However, it doesn't appear in my apps in my accounts online, so I can't download it from there. Also I can't find my Serial Number! I have the box and the Product Code, but I didn't write the serial number there. And I've checked all of my email addresses that I could have used for an email but haven't found anything with a search.  My flatmate tried to find the serial number within the program and found something only in Photoshop, but trying to register that number in my Adobe account didn't work either. Please help!

First of all, I am not in the money. I have to choose wisely what to buy or not to buy. That being said, I am already pissed off that I have to SUBSCRIBE to a product I use about 3 times per year which amounts to the photoshoots I do per year. As if this wouldn't be annoying enough Adobe is subversively forcing me to upgrade to Windows 10. I already applied the last version of Photoshop which works with Windows 7 but now NOTHING works here. Tried all the fixes in the useless crap help articles but CC and all applications don't work anymore. CC error P206 no connectivity etc. can't verify your subscription statu etc. Installed TLS 1.2, fiddled with the firewall, shut off my AV etc. nothing works. It's not funny anymore and I claim it's just a scheme to force Windows 10 on everyone who doesn't want it in the first place. Keep the money flowing, help the technocracy staying alive. Adobe, I hate your guts. Just writing this to get it out of my system. Don't want help and expect help anymor

My system is low on disk space, and I canot update Photoshop.  What can I do?

Hi all, i've seen a few of these posts and have seen some people have been able to get refunds and others haven't. I am a student in Australia and have an adobe creative cloud student subscription for all the apps, i'm writing this post as I was automatically renewed for a year subscription of $527 for an account I am no longer using. I have tried to cancel this account in the past but haven't been able due to the fact that adobe is constantly trying to charge my card to renew my subscription, however, I haven't had enough money on that card for the transaction to go through, therefore, i thought i'd wait until the account automatically cancels itself. Fast forward 2 weeks and I have transferred a large sum of money into said account in order to purchase something and in the meantime adobe has charged me the $527 for the account renewal, it's honestly super annoying that I can't cancel my account because adobe is trying to charge me and the fact that they won't issue refunds for auto r

Received a legitimate looking email asking for feedback.  It said that there had been recent changes to my account, to which I replied NO and there was another question also to which I replied NO.  The survey ended and the emai disappeared from my mailbox. Now I am concerned that I allowed my system to be compromised!  Anyone else?

My error is : You cannot install "Adobe Creative Suite because Power PC applications are not supported". Has anybody seen this? and is there a work around?

After installing the Creative Cloud app, I opened it for the first time. It shows the screen which allows me to log in to my Adobe account. However, every time I log in, it says:'Unable to reach Adobe servers. THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL ADOBE INDIA USERSAdobe is illegally charging us a GST of 18% as they are using an invalid GSTID on their invoices. I have contacted them about this multiple times (Case 0222758112) starting with a month ago, and the only responses i get hint towards either not understanding at all how GST in india works, or an intentional tax fraud.This will result in two things:1) Business owners will not be able to claim an input credit on the GST paid to Adobe, and2) Individuals subscribed to the package will be charged an extra Rs/ 608 per month under the purview of tax, but will serve as Adobes profits instead.Tax fraud anyone?I am hoping that by bring this to the attention of other users, Adobe will finally take action and educate themselves some more.There are extremely poor and uneducated people in this country who have grasped the concept of GST MUCH better than a reputed company like Adobe. I have recently purchased an adobe subscription and my invoice has been generated but it shows the tax rate as 0%. I want to know how can they do this, the right way is to charge GST using the correct percentage and that I should be able to claim it back using ITC. I contacted customer care but was left unsatisfied with their answer that they have applied my GSTIN so I don't have to pay any GST to the government.

I reinstalled my CS6 on my older iMac running High Sierra after a hard drive failure. I used the original disks and serial number. It won't let me use the software claiming that the machine isn't connected to the internet, which is not correct. How can I get the permission to use the software that I purchased legally? My machine can't support the Cloud version.

Wie ändere ich mein Konto in ein Studentenkonto und füge meine berechtigung hinzu. Oder geht das nicht weil ich momentan ein laufendes Abo habe? Ich würde mich sehr über Hilfe freuen.

Hallo, beim Installieren von Illustrator kommt folgende Fehlermeldung: Der Prozedureinsprungpunkt "SetThreadDescription" wurde in der DLL "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2021\ Support Files\Contents\Windows\AIACPL.dll" nicht gefunden. Mehrfaches neuinstallieren hatte auch keinen Erfolg. Andere Apps wie zB. Adobe DC laufen ohne Probleme. OS: Windows LTSB-2016 Kann mir jemand helfen? 😞   

I'm trying to figure out a way to take our photo library including metadata and keywords and make it sharable and seachable for our entire creative team.. Basically like our own Adobe Stock or iStock but it would be just for our team.. I've been trying in Lightroom CC and I can share the gallery but there isn't a search option.. Any suggestions on how to do this?

I have just purchased a new laptop and want to transfer  my Elements 20 (UPGRADE) to it, however I don't still have my old disks withe the original Key.If I deactivate the software on my old computer will it give me some way re-activating it on my new laptop without having a key?Any help would be appreciated.

Ok so my normal boot time would be About 3 sec but when installed adobe it took 30 sec - 1 min ! I am trying to download illustrator for a class I'm taking. I have the account and paid and everythining, but whenever I try to download it and login it says to sign in with a school email (which is what I've been using) and doesn't let me log in with it. I've tried to use a different email but it says the same thing about you can't use it for personal use. But I'm not and I use my school email. Can anyone help ? 

Ik probeer al enige tijd mij photoshop versie Adobe Photoshop Version: 22.4.2 20210602.r.242 a4f6042 x64te updaten via CC. Echter na zo'n 28% geeft het programma aan: Bijwerken mislukt! Dit heb ik nu talloze keren geprobeerd zonder enig resultaat.Hoe kan ik gewoon Photoshop downloaden en simpel installeren. 

Ich kann keine der Dateien CC herunterladen. Fehlermeldung: "Keine Verbindung mit den Adobe-Servern möglich. Überprüfen Sie Ihre Firewall-Einstellungen und versuchen Sie es in einigen Minuten erneut." Selbst nach Deaktivieren von Kasperski tut sich nichts ... Was kann ich machen? Danke für jede Hilfe
