Hi Guys,I am really new and I just wanted to ask the community If I am able to change the storage location before installing the Creative Cloud.It automatically installs itsself on my SSD (partition C:/) but on that one I dont have enough free space for the other applications...I am aware that the programs will run not that fast on a normal HDD but thats not so important for me cause am a beginner...I would really appreciate some help and I am sorry for my grammar! Thanks!

I had a job to complete using photoshop, you'd completely overhauled the RAW converter and changed terms, I still can't figure out how to make lens corrections so I have to do them in Photoshop. Deselect annoys the hell out of me, you can't just 'click off' after 20 years of muscle memory. I can't just 'will' myself to Ctrl+D...renaming things is also annoying. By far the worst feature you have is this stupid 'creative cloud' feature that I can't disable and just updates itself whenever I turn on my computer. I may have a time important transaction and no...I have to wait for this stupid cloud thing to finish hogging my bandwidth. Your product and customer service have just gone completely down hill. Tell me how to stop the creative cloud!!!

Hi all,Lately, I've been getting a few issues with opening up a few of Adobe's programs through the creative cloud, and I'm wondering if anyone knows how to fix it. I tried uninstalling both the programs' individual and all of the creative cloud, but nothing has changed. It all happened ever since these programs updated: Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop Camera Raw, Animate, and one other (I can't remember which one, but I think it was Acrobat DC.) Ever since they were updated, I haven't had any issues with those products, but when I try to open up the other programs within the cloud, nothing pops up, not even an error code. (the programs being: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, there may be others in the same boat, but these were dominant programs I used.) However, when I try to open up a program through my desktop that was made into a shortcut, the error code pops up: 0xc000007b. Hi! I'm not exactly a computer specialist, so if you guys could give me like an explain-like-I'm-five type of an answer I'd appreciate it lol. Basically, my Creative Cloud updated itself and now it can't connect to Adobe servers anymore. It's telling me to check my firewall and the time settings. I think the time settings should be right, since the date and time are right. What firewall settings should I check? And what do I do to them?

Hiwhen a friend of mine signed up with a yearly student subscription they misunderstood the 14 days cancellation period, thinking day 1 would be the day after signing up (ie. 14 full days, rather than 13.5 days if bought at midday). Is there any way of still getting a full refund in this basis and what would be the best way to pursue it? As a student who has given up their course and no longer needs the software they're understandably upset at the idea of having paid for something they won't use for the next 12 months. Thanks 

Hi, I previously had this software installed on my old Windows XP Pro machine but the PC hardware failed so I've had to buy a new PC with Windows 10 Pro. Most of the software I was previously using has reinstalled succesfully but Photoshop Elements repeatedly fails with this 432 error (uninstallshield in use, see attached screen shot). Photshop Album s/w on the same disc installs without any problems.  I've tried limiting my Anti-virus software but it makes no difference.  This s/w was bundled with my high-end Epson scanner and does everything I need of this sort of program so I'm reluctant to spend any money on upgrading to a newer version.  Thanks in advance for any help. 

No matter what day, or time of day, my update download times out at either 42 or 47 percent, every time.  Download speed is 12.5 megs according to ratemyspeed.  Anyone else having this issue, or is it a security/anti-virus causing this?

I'm getting the new MacBook Pro in a few weeks. I would like to download all my suite apps fresh to the new computer instead of usinf time machine. Can this be done and where is the link. I'm on the subscription program.

Everytime i try to start oculus medium it just pops up a message that says Oculus Medium Cant Launch then you click ok then it closes the program. Hey, I'm a design student and for the last four years I have been using Adobe Portfolio. This year, I started at a new school, and I needed to make a new account with a new email adress. Now the portfolio I made with Adobe Portfolio is unpublished because the payment from my last adobe account hasn't been renewed because I made a new one. Is there any way that I can still use the portfolio site, or any way that I can copy it to my new Adobe account?

I just spent an hour and a half updating, uninstalling, installing and re-updating my cloud subscription. I have to do this regularly and I am only a casual user. This is insane compared to ANY other platform and gets more complex everytime Adobe makes a change. I am sick of having to deal with customer support to keep your stuff working. 

I had a new hard drive put in my iMac running OS 10.11.6 El Capitan. Now when I download and try to reinstall CS-6 it fails and tells me I have an invalid or expired serial number.

Hello liebe Community, seid meinem Update auf Windows 11 lässt sich bei mir die Creative Cloud nicht mehr installieren und ich finde langsam keinen Fehler mehr. Hab schon die Firewall ausgeschalten, Anti Viren Schutz aber nix bringt Erfolg.Was mir aufgefallen ist, ich wage zu behaupten das doch damals unter Windows 10 kurz vor der Installation der Creative Cloud der Browser mal kurz aufgeploppt ist und er sich authentifiziert hat, dass passiert zum beispiel gar nicht mehr. Wäre schön wenn jemand noch was wüsste woran es liegen könnte.

Bonjour, suite à la réinstallation de mon système d’exploitation (Windows 10) j’ai un message d’erreur qui me dit que je ne suis pas à jour et il m’est impossible de réinstaller le logiciel. J’ai mis à jour récemment mon PC avec  Windows 11, le message est le même. Quelle est la solution s’il vous plait ? Cordialement

HELP! I am getting "Unable to Conndct to Server" message. Use Photoshop on PC with Windows 7 and only 4gb RAM.I have updated system as suggested but the only change this has made is I get to stage where an authenticating code sent to me after that get message. I have not reinstalled programme again as do not think my system would be compatible. Clock at correct time.Firewall allowing all Adobe.Windows 7 updated. Previous answers do not cover my problem it seems. Hi all! My Photoshop CC 2014 suddenly stopped working on my PC with Win 8.1 ( Error: Browser or OS too old - I installed the latest Explorer & Edge, but that didn't work ). So I updated Adobe Creative Cloud, uninstalled the old Photoshop and wanted to install a newer version.  Now I am only offered the latest version ( 22.51 for Win 10 )  and it is not compatible with my operating system Win 8.1!I don't have a selection point for an older version! In the settings I have also activated the button "Show older apps". But I still don't have a choice for an older version! So how do I get an older Photoshop version installed for my Win 8.1?Hope someone can help - thank you in advance. David

I have downloaded all apps in my Creative Cloud subscription to give them a try. Now I find that some apps take a long time to load and looking at the Activity monitor on my MacBook Pro, I find a whole bunch of Adobe processes eating up a lot of CPU time. I have no idea what these processes are doing. What does the Adobe Acrobat Synchronizer do? What are multiple Adobe CEF Helpers and multiple AdobeCRDeamon processes doing ? I happen to think that my MacBook Pro is my own computer and I would like to have full documentation on what these processes are doing so that I can decide if the current situation is normal or not. If someone knows where all of this is described, then please answer with a link to that documentation.

Hi all,I purchased and downloaded Lightroom a couple of years ago, and have been using it frequently and now can't imagine life without it.Last weekend following a crash from my MacBook Pro, I needed to install a new hard-drive and lost all the data that hadn't been backed up, which, I found out belatedly, included my emails.I have today visited my Adobe account to re-download to my new hard drive but find that my account shows no download history and therefore no record of my previous purchase.Is there any other way of proving my purchase and being able to download something I've already paid for.Any help or advice would be appreciated.Thanks in advanceNorm

I have downloaded Lightroom and when I try to open it I get a message saying there is a problem connecting to the Mac App Store and that I should contact support team with a reference number of 1005 - can anyone help?

I have a creative cloud membership and have it installed and usable on my work desktop. I would also like to install the programs on my home laptop. How do I do this? I log in to adobe on my laptop and go to the download center, download Adobe Creative Cloud desktop and it gives me Error code: A12E1

I have had this issue for several months now, where I have been unable to use the Creative Cloud desktop app as it simply displays a white screen when opened. I have tried every solution I have seen in the FAQ and these forms, including deleting the contents of the OOBE folder, uninstalling the service through the cleaner, and updating Windows 10. Nothing has helped to resolve the issue. Even booting in Safe Mode, the issue persists. Are there any other methods to fix this?
