I'm interested to subscribe to the creative cloud student plan, does it matter if I subscribe to the United States version even though I'm from another country?

I have a 2012 MacBook Pro. I’ve been reluctant to update my operating system since I heard that newer operating systems are not compatible with Adobe products. My laptop is currently running macOS Mojave. Before I consider getting a new laptop I want to verify this is an issue. Thank you.

I am not finding a lot of information on this but sure would like to know: Are there any Android Tablets that work well when using Adobe Creative Cloud , Photoshop and Illustrator. Are there any requirements such as display, system and etc.Pat

I am going to format the hard disc on this Mac computer. And then reinstall the operating system. Do I need to uninstall Adobe products, or is it sufficient to sign out?

Hi,I have a Apple Silicon MacBook Pro which I have been running CC apps on since purchased without any issue. I have recently also aquired an iMac with an Intel processor, when I did so I used migration assistant to  copy all my documents, apps, preferences, etc. from the MacBook to the iMac and I now use both machines with all my docs synced on both through iCloud drive. Everything went fine with the transfer, however, when I first tried to opening any of my CC apps on the iMac they would not open - no error codes at all, just nothing happened. I thought this may have been because I had been using Apple Silicon compatible versions of the apps on my MacBook so I removed the apps from my iMac and tried downloading them again. Problem now is when I try to install the CC Desktop App on the iMac nothing happens. Progress bar gets to 100% but the app does not automatically open as it should. Furthermore, after the installation is supossedly complete the app does not appear to

I got a new pc today, when I go to download my Photoshop, on my adobe account there is nothing, while on my email I am paying monthly (receipts). Please help! I have work to do. I am supposed to have a plan running properly.

 Every time I start Lightroom classic I have to sign in. I didn't have this problem before in four years! I tried to change my password but it didn't help. is someone recognizing the problem and has a solution?Lenie  

I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, repairing, OCBE-old, everything I could see that might help.Everytime I launch Adobe Creative Cloud it pops up with "You've been signed out", I press sign in then it proceeds to load for about a couple miliseconds then goes right back to "You've been signed out" This never happened till earlier this week.  I tried almost everything I could find that might help, contacted support, and so on nothing has worked.  What do I do. 

I am having this same problem in Windows 10 (January 2021 here). As soon as I enter my password, or login via a third party such as Google account which I recently linked, I get a "You've been signed out" message from my Creative Cloud Desktop.Are there any known solutions for Windows?

I am having a problem with installing and uninstalling Creative Cloud. Uinstalled with errors is what I keep getting. I do not understand most of the community replies and I noticed that many of them are 5 or 6 years old. Is there anything current about this problem?  I am okay with computers and software but there is a lot I do not understand.  So can someone help step me through the process, please.  Thank you

I have Photoshop 22.5 installed on two computers at work, both running Windows 10 Pro, and have been using it (mainly on one machine) since you released that version. Today I got a notification in ACC on both machines that there was an update available. I ran the updater on one machine to see what would happen, this is System Info after the update. I'm not sure what if anything actually got updated since I had 22.5 already. Hi We have recently come across a number of websites that offer premium Adobe software like Premier pro for free. We believe that Adobe would stop them if they wished to, can we assume then, that Adobe is intentionally overlooking this? And can somoene who's just learning video editing and won't use the software frequently download such?

I'm at wits end on this one, been trying to install creative cloud for over 2 weeks now. It's getting to the point that I'm going to have to seriously consider switching to a different design program!Every single time, no matter which installer I use (the Illustrator trial installer, or the creative cloud desktop app itself), I get error 205. Hi there. I'm trying to install Adobe CS6 (NOT the cloud version) from an old Mac Mini to a slightly less old Mac mini and I get an error 16 code. The Adobe site gives a fix for the Cloud version, but some of the instructions don't match. The newer Mac has High Sierra on it (not ideal, but it should work). Any ideas?

Error code 403 indicates that something went wrong while installing or updating your Creative Cloud app but there are no updates visible. Other Apps do not have the problem, thei're downloading just fine. Only Photoshop has this Error. I already uninstalled the creative cloud App and reinstalled it, but. i have the same issue. I use an IMac with Mojave.

Hi,I installed Acrobat standard 2017 on a Win7-PC by using a redemption code. The installation worked ok (I got a serial number, inserted it, finally it said "installation finished"). Also I opened an Adobe account.When I tried to start the program for the first time, a window opened, which required the input of an Adobe ID. As soon as I click the "continue" button, a window opens which says "no internet connection or clock not set correctly". But I have internet connection and the system clock is correct.How do I get around this? Thanks for help.USt2019

I have problem with instalation of Adobe Creative Cloud, because I have still Win 7. But I have already activated protocol TLS 1.2 for Windows and I have also Google Chrome with TLS 1.2. I have deactivated even security program. Do you have an idea, why it does not work?Thanks.

The point is that I erased my AFTER EFFECTS and my MEDIA ENCODER. Now, I need to reinstall both applications but Creative Cloud only let me to install V. 18, and my computer only supports V.15. When I had installed V.15 I was able to reach previous versions, but not now. What can I do? Thanks!
