Download & Install

Spark is such a great program but so unbelievably mismanaged on the IT side - when it works its great but so so often it just does not load the projects or takes forever - it is absolutley unreliable as a professional tool. I pay for an adobe monthly subscription and learning InDesign is way beyond what I need for certain projects. Why can't either adobe solve this or make availble as an app and not online? Why be the only program I have ever used in any context that doesnt work much of the time? How can Adobe be content with this? Its not excusable and needs to be addresssed. You can't sell a non working program. 

I'm trying to install the trial version of Lightroom CC. I was able to install Lightroom Classic just fine, but I need the CC version because it has a compatible IOS app and Classic doesn't (as far as I know).Anyway, in the Apps section in the Creative Cloud it says "not compatible" and when I click it insists I don't have a newer version of Windows 10 installed even though I clearly do. I have 1809 which is obviously later than 1703. Can anyone help me or explain what's happening? I have signed out and signed back in. I have updated Windows. And I have uninstalled the Cloud and reinstalled it. Nothing seems to help. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi There,I'm a student from 'India' and I want to appear for ACA Certification exam in Visual Design using Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 but I've no clue about the exam structure, procedure, the certified centres, fee and validity specifically in my country. I fail to find any legit source of Information for the same. Also, how can I practise for it, any study material, guides or a sample paper would help? Can anyone please help me!! Thank You

So, whenever I try to install Adobe Animate, it takes me to the screen where it logs me in and it does so! But on the installer window it says that JavaScript is disabled, but it's not. My javascript is allowed for all sites. I'd like to know how to fix this, especially since I bought this program and have subscribed to it. I don't want to have wasted my money on some issue that I know doesn't exist. Since, my javascript is enabled.If I need to provde extra information I'd be glad to do so! I'm sorry I won't be of much help.

hi,i'm about to launch an Animate digital course,just made the "how to install the software" clip and saw there are only 7 days trial!!!!it's too short for learning a new software!!can i get a link for a longer period trial for my students?? my benefit is also yours... these are your future costumers.  

So a few nights ago I was trying to download Adobe XD on my loaner laptop that I got from school. I thought the app hadn't fully installed so I decided to install it again. Then I got an "Error 81" message show up which I wasn't sure what it meeant at first. So it actually means that there was an app already previously installed. But for some reason this installation was not showing up on my laptop. So now I have an error and neither apps will install now. I am trying to resolve this issue. But when I try to look for help there is more definitions on Error 81 than there is actual information to try to help me solve the issue. I am trying to redownload my previously downloaded Adobe XD app, so hopefully this will actually work. Otherwise I am not really sure what to do. If anyone else has experienced this kind of issue, please let me know. 

 When I try to install PhotoElements 2019 on a new PC with Windows 11, I receive this error message:: "update required: your browser or operating system is no longer supported."  I have the latest versions of Windows & Microsoft Edge.  I installed Google Chrome & got the same error message.  I paid a lot of money for PhotoElements 2019 & now when I am replacing my old Dell with a new one, I can't run PE 2019!

can someone please help me I delted my auto saves and everything accidentaly and now i lost a project i been working for more then 10 hours on if i try to open the files i recovered with recuva it says that the project is damaged I really dont know what to do can anyone help me?

Hey yall, I've been a student for the past 3 years, using Adobe at a discounted rate. While trying to open photoshop now, it says I either have to start a trial or buy photoshop. So I go to Adobe to renew the subscription and I get all the way to the student package but upon attempting to purchase it is not letting me select the "School/Company Account" but instead only allows "Personal Account". The issue is that I have all my work, fonts, etc. saved on my school account.  What am I to do? 

I downloaded adobe acrobat DC on the 4th of October 2021.The problems only started happening IMMEDIATELY after downloading the latest version of adobe acrobat.It works when I access it. When I downloaded it, it IMMEDIATELY changed the icons on my screen for my pdf's. That is not a problem, but then when I access any websites that I have a password stored on, I find that NONE of my saved passwords are saved any more.alsoon games, like candy crush, on facebook, every time I use them they insist on guiding me through all the rules before I can playthis never happened beforeI have checked google chrome (7 hours yesterday) and have done everything they suggest to correct the problem but it appears it is not coming from google chrome. I updated InDesign CC to 2015 edition and now when I click on open, it takes me to Adobe Application Manager but then just sits on 'please wait a moment' with a spinning wheel. I have left it for several hours with no change. I have tried shutting down and relaunching both Adobe CC and InDesign and the same thing happens. I have logged out and back in again and the same thing happens. I am running OSX Yosemite.

Hello folks, I am stuck on an issue that is making me sleepless. Hope someone from Adobe will read this, as I doubt anyone but them can solve it, but the heck, who has a penny, throw it.   Story:   Normally I work on an iMac with my CC apps, and I have a Macbook Air that is so old, I could only download the 2017 version of the apps, the iOs is stopped I do not even remember at which era.   I had CC and photoshop only as far as I can remember, on that Macbook Air, since it had 4Gb RAM, and it's been months I have not used it. Though I had my second CC on that archaeological find, as bakc in 2013, it was a fairly good laptop to have.   What has happened is that that laptop has gone kaput, it does not start, produces weird sounds, does not recieve charges from the cables, and even at Apple, nobody wants to put a hand on it.   My issue: I have my second CC cloud installed on that dead laptop. As far as I know, to have it uninstalled, so that I can reuse it on

I just purchased Adobe creative Cloud. Then I downloaded Photoshop, then I wanted to install it and there comes a window with my name and the password I should enter. But it does not work. Do I have to enter something else there, not the password I have from Adobe Cloud? Thanks

Looking for some advice. I hava an older iMac that was running oSX Yosemitewith Adobe Ps and Lr installed on it. I decidedit was time to upgrade the oSX. I wiped the drive anddid a clean oSX Big Sur install. After the install I found out that Big Sur does notsupport printing, no print drivers. I'm using a CanonPIXMA MG8220. So I have not install Ps or Lr yet.Have you ran into this problem? If so what are you advising? Note it is not just Canon printers it's all printersin general. No Big Sur printer support. Is Adobe supported on Mac Big Sur? Should I go back to a prior version of oSX? What Mac version would you recommend? I'm assumingI do not need to go back to Yosemite. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi folks, I keep trying to download creative cloud and illustrator and after a while of loading it says "could not download operation timed out" It says that everytime. Is there something I can do to fix this?
