Download & Install

I have all the options for automatiocally starting the Creative Cloud app switched OFF.The Creative Cloud app is NOT in my Startup Items folder.Syncing is OFF because I do not use Cloud storage with Adobe apps. So why does it start every time I boot my iMac (running Catalina)? It's driving me mad.   

I haven´t been able to open my Adobe CC programs all day (p.e. Illustrator). A window opens constantly, asking you to buy a subscription. Even though I have a subscription and it is still running. I am also signed in and when I try to buy it again I get a massage that a purchase has already been made. What can I do to launch the program again?

Hello there!  I have just started on a art school, where we need to use the Adobe package. But for some reason, i'm not able to install most of the programms. Right now we need to work in Indesign and Photoshop, but i can't...  So i was wondering if my Macbook Air is compatible with these programms. I have:  MacBook Air (13'', primo 2015)Processor 1,6 GHz Intel Core i54 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 using OS X EI CAPTAIN Thank you for your time 🙂   

Hi everyone,some years ago, I bought and installed Lightroom 5. Later I upgraded to Lightroom 6.Now I bought a new computer and tried to install Lightroom 6, from which I have the installation file. During the installation process I got the message, that the installation can´t proceed, because no previous installation could be found on the computer.In my Adobe Account I can find the SN of the Lightroom 5-Installation, but there is no file to download.Any help appreciated!Kind regards,Laura

Bonjour, cela la fait maintenant bien 2 mois ou plus que l'installation d'une mise à jour dure. Je suis sur MacBook Pro. Souvent le chargement reste bloqué à 1%, parfois il charge un peu mais ne dépasse jamais les 50% de chargement et ce malgré les différents réseaux Wi-Fi utilisés. Il m'est arrivé quelques rares fois que le chargement n'aie tout simplement pas lieu et que je me retouve sur la page d'accueil "normale" de l'application.Mais en attendant, il m'est toujours impossible d'utiliser l'application à jour et donc de tenir à la page Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc...Une solution à ce problème exciste-t-elle?

Since yesterday CC 2018 is not compatible with Windows 8.1 Users get a notification that Browser or Operation System need to be updatet. Anyone else got this ?

Can I download ps2021 to an external hd and use it without paying fees? Am up to date on fees.

I am setting up my new Samsung Galaxy Book S which runs Windows 10 on ARM64. I've installed the latest Photoshop and Acrobat but looks like Illustrator and InDesign are not yet compatible. Any workarounds to this or do I really need to wait till the official roll out? Am a graphic designer and need these 2 apps to complete my workflow. Thanks in advance,Michelle

I have just bought Photoshop Elements and Photoshop Premiere 2021 for my PC and have now installed them. However, I would also like to be able to use the Photoshop Elements on my old Macbook Pro, which I cannot upgrade beyond High Sierra. Am I able to download the 2020 version on my Mac, whilst using the 2021 on the PC, with the one license? (I am assuming it is compatible for both operating systems.)

Hi All, We are an equipment manufacturer and distributor who works with cutting equipment that uses AI CS6 on Windows 32bit for some of our older machines. Recently, Adobe stopped supporting this version of their software and some of our customers are running in to issues connecting their exiting accounts to the software, which means they cannot use it. If anyone has any experience with something like this or can point me in the right direction, it would really be appreciated.

I mistakenly uninstalled my older version of After Effects. I believe it was 11.1.4. I'd like to reinstall it and open some of my 2017 project files. This systems hardware is also old and I don't think it could quite run the newer versions. However, when I look unster 'older versions' in the creative cloud app, I can't find the version I'm looking for. Can anyone help?

I tried launching my Illustrator and it asks to sign in. When I click on Sign In it tells me I'm not connected to the internet, which I am, so I click on contact customer support. It takes me to a web page that says "The Adobe software you're attempting to install is not genuine." which it is. I called customer care and they tell me to come here to the support community to get the issue resolved. Any ideas?

Photoshop windows task bar at the top is not displaying ie file . View etc.  

Hello, I just got my iMac m1. But I can't install the Adobe programs on my computer without installing Rosetta. It keeps popping up, even with Spotify it says i have to install Rosetta. My collegae also has the same iMac, and he didn't have any problems with installing Adobe on Big Surr 11.5.2. Can somebody please help me? I also have Big Surr 11.5.2.   Thanks! 

How do access my account. I dont know my password for my Adobe account. Is there a way you cna help me retain my username and my password? 

I'm trying to download CS4, but my Login is not recognized as the owner of my CS4 License, when I go to https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/downloaded-older-app.html How do I get the account to recognize me as the owner?  I have the license ID.I would like to move my CS4 Installation to my newer computer (iMac) running Mac OS Mojave (where it worked fine on the older computer). Thanks for any help.

The files linked there are outdated and will not help you if you need to update to the latest version. If you have a more recent version, they will actually downgrade your apps without any warning that they're doing it. From what I gather, this is not ProDesignTools' fault--Adobe has not made current versions available for direct download.

Whenever I tried to open the desktop version of Creative Cloud on my macbook it put me in the "You have been signed out" loop, I was very pissed and bummed about it. After getting in contact with an Adobe chatter and telling him my problem he asked if he could remote control my machine. He fixed it in a couple of minutes and now everything is working properly. Moral of this story: GET IN CONTACT WITH ADOBE AND LET THEM REMOTE ACCES YOUR MACHINE! Hope my story helpes the people that have the same problem. 

Why is Dreamweaver CS4 now failing with error 147:1 after a year of use on this machine? This is not a new install, nothing changed. It worked fine yesterday, and I've made no changes to the computer - did not even shut it down since the last time I used Dreamweaver. After a hard drive crash, we had to install a new one and reinstall cs6. After typing in the serial number there was the message (see "screenshot_1" attached.:"Activation failed. Creative Suite 6 Design Standard cannot be activated. Product must be activated for use.To activate the product you need a working internet connection. Check the connection settings and select repeat."The internet connection is working! - I have checked the clock settings. hello there!i am trying to install photoshop 2020  after finished installing its cant open its forcely closed by itself can anybody guide me with this thank you

So I have a perpetual liscence (for CS6 Design & Web Premium) that I bought back in 2013 for my Mac at the time. I would like to download this onto my current PC since I no longer use my old Mac. Adobe Support gave me the download links so I could install the software. After inputting my serial number, there is an error that pops up stating that the serial number is not valid. Is there anything that can be done?
