Please please help me.Yesterday i needed some space on my computer so i decided to uninstall illustrator. Now, being in a hurry i uninstalled it using windows native uninstaller. however, when that didnt work i remembered it was better to uninstall it via CC, so i went there and uninstalled Illustrator. After doing so, i did some other things, shut down my pc and went to bed.today i woke up, and CC has decided that whenever i do anything on my pc, opening a new tab in the browser, alt tabbing, opening a new program, entering or exiting fullscreen, it will open itself, even if fully closed, and ask me the question if i want to keep the preferences when uninstalling illustrator. I have clicked cancel, i have clicked delete and i have clicked keep, nothing does anything. I have uninstalled everything, used CC cleaner to get rid of everything and reinstalled it. Same issue is still there. I have tried using REVO in combination with the above, problem is still there. I have manually hunted

Any ideas please how to complete reinstallation on myMacBook Air. Has now twice stalled at this stage although LRC opens and at first sight appears to be working I am bothered that there are faults waiting to happen.Jeff

When trying to download Lightroom, I'm being told to complete the install , I have to update my Operating System to Windows 11 (version 21H2 or later). My operating system is Windows 11, version 23H2. How can I fix this?

Hey! I've got my hands on a friend's old copy of CS6 Photoshop from way back, now I'm trying to install it on my Windows 11. However, the set-up does not work as after initialising the installator closes itself with no notice. I had to dig in PDApp.log to find the only errors that showed up during the initialisation process - those are what caused the programme to close itself. Tengo un problema con mi instalación. Estaba utilizando mi producto perfectamente hasta que un día al abrir Creative Cloud me pedía actualizar, yo le daba a actualizar pero siempre daba error 44, solo me daba la opcion de salir de la aplicacion. Leí en la comunidad que sería bueno que desinstalase los programas y volviera a instalarlos, Acrobat, Photoshop, Ilustrator... desinstalé todo, y ahora no me deja instalar nada, cuando empieza con la instalación al llegar casi a 40% sale error 44 y me echa de la instalacion. En ayuda solo sale un apartado que dice que pulses en Reintentar, ese boton NO EXISTE, he intentado instalar cada programa por separado en vez de usar creative cloud, siempre con el mismo resultado, imposible instalar productos de Adobe, ahora no se que hacer, este es un PC de trabajo, ya no puedo trabajar

I have a Creative Suite serial number that was purchased in 2011. If I search for the licence number, it says it's already in use, but I don't know which email it's linked to, or if it's linked to one, because I didn't buy it myself, but I'm asked to find out. So I would like to know if a licence purchased in 2011 is compatible with today's Creative Cloud. Many thanks in advance!

I uninstalled some of the applications from creative cloud application. These were Audition and character animation app Fuse i guess. since then, whenever i work with other applications like Quixel Mixer, Cinema 4d, this screen pops up and it doesn't matter which option i choose it keeps popping up,  blocks me sending commands and  this is slowing me down dramatically.any suggestions?

It asks me to enter my registered email and then states that a verification code has been sent to that email address.   However, the code never arrives. I made several attempts, nothing was sent to my email address. So, what exactly is going on here? I understand that Lightroom 6 is out-of-support, but I don't care about support. I just downloaded creative suite and have this issue about not having enough space. Which do I keep, I need to purge apps I dont need for space. All other Creative Cloud apps are fine.

i've bought premiere pro and photoshop, but i cant download them because a message telling me to uptade my system appears. i have no pending updates, and i've read all the minimum requirements and i think i have all of them. i have an asus tuf a15. thanks 

Oh Adobe... So freaking ACROBAT got all jangxy and then couldn't even de-install itself. Doodlee do, and somewhere either here  or other, I get directed towards Cleaner... ... and it's uninstalled ALL my apps? I can't even surf to this web site without having to click to close or tell it if I want french or english (hint: remember) but somehow I can delete all my apps without so much of a 'are you sure you want to delete all your apps that you might want to use to keep the lights on and feed your children?' The amount of shark jumping ... So as I'll be installing for the rest of the day, can you at least comp my account 3 months to a lifetime of subscription fees?  I'm going from product evangelist to thinking perhaps it's time to rid my "tech stack"  of mud houses...  

Hi, I know this has been mentioned before, but I am having difficulties installing Premier or Photoshop Elements 23 on my PC (with Windows 11). I originally had these installed without any issues, but recently I had an issue with my PC and had to reset it. Now everytime I try and install the software I get the same errors - see below. I have removed all versions of the software, disabled antivirus, treid to install as administrator...but no luck.I have followed the 'get help' link - no luckI have updated my MS C++ apps to the latest versions - no luck The error log is as below (which doesn't mean much to me as I am not very technical with this). Can anyone please assist. Note that this is not a creative cloud installation, just a standard license on a PC. Thank you RT

Hello, Issue:Adobe Cloud is activated on Computer 1 and on Computer 2.  I try to open Illustrator, PS, etc.. on Computer 2 and I'm being informed that I have hit the 'device activation limit' and that I need to sign out from another device. I have went through this peculiar sitation a couple of days ago, so signed out and restarted the computer.  But here we are again with Adobe Cloud telling me that this computer is showing as another device. I pay good money every month for this full package so I'm just fed up to be going through all of this. I use Adobe Cloud on two machines only, a 2019 iMac and a beefed up 3970x Threadripper PC - why these two machines are being counted as three and blocking me simple usage of my account is beyond me. Can anyone say if Adobe are dealing with this as priority? Sorry to all of those who are experiencing the same issues as me.  I feel for you all. And right before Xmas too... Sad times. 

Hello there, I'm at my wit's end right now.I did a fresh Windows 10 install on my system and trying to install InDesign CC on it now and it doesn't work. It starts installing and after a few seconds (usually at abou 6%) it stops and gives me the "installation failure" message. Hi, ich bezahle montatlich meine Abos (PS, LR) und konnte die bisher auch sehen und nutzen. Nun sagt Adobe, daß ich keine Lizenz habe. Meine letzte Zahlung war Mitte Dezember 2024 zum regulären Zahlungsverlauf. Auch werden mir keine Probleme/ Fehler bei der Abrechnung/ Abbuchung angezeigt.Was ist mit meinen Abos passiert?

Hello,It says I reached the 20gb stroage limit even though I don't have anything stored in my Adobe Cloud. I checked directly throught the web version and all folders are empty, even the deleted files folder. Both my Photoshop and Lightroom apps are also empty. What can I do?

I lost Adobe PSE 10 thru a crash. I have my serial number. Adobe will allow me to reinstall.

With Adobe continuosly changing the licensing and forcing customers to move to a subscription based model I want to download a full copy of my Photoshop Elements 2024. How can I do that? I guess it might be actually irrelevant as I would still need access to Adobe servers to activate it but I would like a full installer copy anyway. Anyone can help? Thanks

I had to replace my hard drive so I am now trying to reinstall adobe photoshop elements from my account where I have already purchased it. During the installation I get error code 183.  Using windows 10, any ideas how to get this installed? Is there any way to get my full copy downloaded from the microsoft store maybe that would be a more straight forward installation?
