desktop accsess keeps asking for archive vcruntime140_1.dll cant desintall it or run it or reintall ontop of the file i sincronized my files with te link given tried updating windows an still fails

The support centre in India has stolen my serial number and product codes. I purchased Adobe Pro 2020 on April 9th,2021. The serial number on the box isn't working because it was stolen by the scammers in India pretending to be Adobe support. Sameer at Adobe Support must be delusional that I would allow him access to my computer.  I live in Canada. I would like to have customer service in Canada.  

As in the subject -  I want to to deactivate my CS Prod Premium 5.5 license on a machine that is no longer in my posession.How should I proceed to make it happen? thanks in advance for any help

I did not write my serial number down how do I find it?? I have my download card.

I using macbook pro M1 Chip. And i installed creative cloud desktop app.But after launch it, its not respone even how i click it! And i try uninstall and reinstall it also nothing change! And now i can't install my adobe that i need and i can't use it! i can't do my worl!Please fix it!

It's been weeks and days trying to contact someone for support as I couldn't solve the problem just following the instruction given (traying multiple times). It's absurd that there is no way to chat or call for support, not even chatting with a robot, to get your problems fixed!! Anyone with suggestions on how to contact Adobe employees?? Thank you. 

I have an Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 design premium disk. I see the requirements need Mac OS X v. 10.5.9 or 10.6. I have snow leopard v 10.6.3 and I'm wondering if it has to be exactly 10.6 to work?

I bought a Dell computer and purchased photoshop through them. The Dell Delivery app gives me a product code, but no install key, and when I click download, it sends me to Adobe. Adobe doesn't have a record of my purchase.How do I find my install key based on the product code? Help! 

After recent update Me Ae Pr Au (all vdo related app) has the same icon color which is very confusing. I found myself and my coworker accidently open wrong app very often ! Which is very frustating.I hope next update adobe will consider make each icon more identical.

I am no longer able to launch Photoshop or InDesign. Whenever I try to start Photoshop I get an error message that says "The code execution cannot proceed because CONCRT140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem".  (Spoiler altert: reinstalling did not fix the problem) When I try launching InDesign I get an error message that says "Cannot load the PATH TYPE.RPLN plug-in. It is depedent on the GENERIC PAGE ITEM.RPLN plug-in which failed to load. Please check documentation for GENERIC PAGE ITEM.RPLN plug-in" I've been working on this problem for hours and cannot find a fix. I've tried reinstalling Photoshop/Indesign, I've uninstalled and reinstalled all of my creative cloud suite, restarted the computer a number of times, I've run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Combed google for insights. Nothing is working.  Photoshop/InDesign had been working just fine on my computer (Windows 10 Pro) until it wasn't. I didn't install any n

I have a Macbook pro from 2009 with OS X 10.11 I have audition on this computer before and had to uninstall it. I need to reintall, but the current version of Audition is not compatible. Does anyone know a way to download Audition software that is compatible is OS X 10.11? I simply cant afford a new laptop right now, but still need to work! Thanks so much! 

I bought lightroom 3 in 2010. I still have access to my account and my serial number but it will not allow me to download the product even though I bought the "multiple platform". I have a new computer and would just like the product I paid for.

I want to own the Photography plan and did, indeed, own it until I upgraded to this laptop as described in the subject. I read the post that stated that, if all else failed, to create a new Administrator User. I do NOT want to have more than one log in on this computer. Is there any way to know when, if ever, all Photoshop issues will be fixed on M1 MacBook Airs running Big Sur. (not shouting here, just emphasizing: I PREFER USING LOCAL STORAGE AND LIGHTROOM CLASSIC WITH PHOTOSHOP) How do I ever know whent to purchase this plan again? I will admit, I am not the most progressive user, but I am using Luminar and Aurora and DarkTable and Canon's Digital Photo Professional 4. It's a workaround, at best. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I have gone through the steps to install photoshop and lightroom, and all goes well until it asks me to open the installer. Then it loads and a dialogue box opens and says "you can't open the application 'Photoshop Installer' because it is not responding." How do I get past this step?

After reinstalling Creative Cloud several times, logging in to the app is not possible. Repair, uninstallation has been done several times, still no direct login to the cloud occurs. I have also tried the solution already suggested in the forum, but have not brought the desired success. Since we are a company, I ask for a solution as soon as possible.With kind regardsTim Baldschun
